Elementary education in Korea has variously changed and developed during the last thirty years. Among all the progressive changes, the improvement of teaching conditions is considered to be the most fundamental one. The number of students assigned to a class or a teacher has decreased to a considerable extent. Cyber teaching-learning has been peformed at school and home, and English education has been emerged as a significant part of the Korean public education. The research issues constantly considered essential over the past three decades starting in the 1980's are those related to curricula, teaching-learning methods, training of teachers in-service, and education for upright characters. The practical and political issues should be dealt with to revise the three integrated subjects and text books into a sole integrated subject and text book, to double the credential of teachers in terms of professionalism and to decrease the number of students per teacher in Korea to the OECD level.

1. Objectives The objective of this paper is to understand on treatment of in critical state patients based on the text book of Sasang Constitutional Medicine. We expect this study can be helpful in treating the critical state patients. 2. Methods The study is mainly based on the bibliographical research on the "Dongyisoosebowon" and on the "Principle of dosing for patient in critical state". 3. Results and conclusions Lee je-ma suggested a health scale which people can measure his health grade from a standard healthy state to severe diseases. We investigated the treatment of 'critical state' patients according to his scale. Lee je-ma also confirmed the standard dose of herbs and how to take herbs in compliance with the state which each patient in. We tried to find a rules of treating the critical state patients based on the text "Dongyisoosebowon" and we suggested brief principles in treating patients.

This study examines the meaning of medical-text publication in the Joseon Dynasty by applying anthropological notions of "health care system" and "popular health care sector" to the social and political contexts of the pre-modern state. The present study focuses on the social network of senders and receivers in which medical knowledge is communicated and shared. Exploring the multi-layered structure of the network among the state, the author-practitioners, and populace, this study argues that the network of knowledge sharing system by publication of medical texts itself is a core structure in the health care system of the Joseon Dynasty. This pre-modern health care system aimed to vitalize and reinforce the "popular health care sector" by sharing medical knowledge with populace through the book-publication system. Foucault's notion of "biopolitics" provides a comparative window between the modern health care system and the health care system of the Joseon period, articulating the particularity of the pre-modern health care system.

To instruct in accordance with learner's trait & preceding knowledge, letting the learner control the learning activities is the important task of educator & major goal of the Education Department this year. This article intends to provide useful Instructional Model for the teachers in fisheries marine high school, when they design the individualized teaching model using motivation. One of the major reason for the fisheries marine high school students' low learning achievement is due to the neglecting motivation elements in teaching - learning processes. Recently, with assistance of the information communication technology development, various teaching methods such as Individualized Multimedia Mediated Instruction, Internet Instruction, have come to the major method in activating motivation and computer-mediated instruction considering the learner's individual difference is the useful tools for the instructional efficiency. Because current navigation text book of fisheries marine high school have special characteristic considering the spacial context & time series from departing port to entering port, Teachers can maximize learner's learning accomplishment by using individualized multimedia & providing similar situation like a real navigation(simulating), representing this text characteristics. Thus this paper searches for the specifications of Keller's Motivation Model & Sweeter's Tutorial Model to solve instructional efficiency problems in fisheries marine high school & developed an efficient instructional design by integrating two models.

Purpose - Stakeholders play a vital part in the company's CSR activities and they are part of the company's achievement and affect the company's achievement or business objectives. This study aims to add insight into the already existing knowledge how the organizational culture can promote corporate social welfare activities. Research design, Data, and methodology - The current authors obtained text data for the possible practical suggestions which might be used for the creation of coding method. That implies that the present author investigated only trustable textual sources to provide for the possible solutions such as peer-revied sources and published book. Result - Research results indicated that organizational culture promotes corporate social welfare activities by making people know their values and understand how they come about. Not every community knows what its members want and how to achieve its needs. Sometimes, a community can obtain the values and principles of an organization and incorporate them into community values. Conclusion - Executive leadership and customers are part of society. Any strategy that influences their operation and works ethic influences the contact of the community. This research found methods vital in setting up an excellent culture that enhances profitability and the corporate social welfare activities through motivation and communication.

This study explores the social phenomenon of the universalization of one-person households through a literature analysis and text mining in order to explore a future direction for Home Economics Education(HEE) development in the one-person household era. From 2010 to 2018, texts from newspaper articles and book content of one-person households were analyzed through R program. The results of the study are as follows. In order to develop students' competency to live a happy life in the one-person household era, it is necessary to: (1) expand the preemptive and collaborative research of HEE, (2) develop and operate a curriculum to raise the living competency to live alone, (3) expand opportunities for secondary school students as well as off-campus youth, middle-aged, and elderly students, and (4) develop various HEE's elective curriculum focusing on the ability to live as one-person household. Also, (5) in order to overcome the psychological and social poverty and isolation of one-person households, HEE should strengthen the learner's ability to form relationships through self-esteem, care of others, community life, communication and conflict resolution education. In conclusion, HEE's independent living competency, relationship formation competency, and practical problem solving competency are all necessary competencies to live in one-person households. In this study, it is meaningful to suggest a future direction for HEE and to use new research methods such as word cloud techniques in the absence of HEE's previous research in relation to the increase of one-person households.

This study would understand the overall perception of our society about public libraries, analyzing the texts related to public libraries, utilizing the semantic connection network & sentiment analysis. For this purpose, this study collected data from the last five years with keywords, 'Library' and 'Lifelong Learning Center' from January 1, 2016 through November 30, 2020 through the blogs and cafés of major domestic portal sites. With the collected data, text mining, centrality of keywords, network structure, structural equipotentiality, and sensitivity analyses were conducted. As a result of the analysis, First, 'reading' and 'book' were identified as representative keywords that form the social perception of public libraries. Second, it turned out that there were keywords related to the use of the library and the untact service due to the recent spread of COVID-19. Third, in seeking a plan for the development of public libraries through the keywords drawn to have positive meanings, it is necessary to create continuous services that can form a new image of the library, breaking away from the existing fixed role and image of the library and increase the convenience of use. Fourth, facilities and facilities for library services were recognized from a neutral point of view. Fifth, the spread of infectious diseases, social distancing, and temporary closure and closure of libraries are negatively related to public libraries, and awareness of librarians has been identified as negative keywords.

The purpose of this study is to find out the results of synesthesia speech training using similar language for shaping audiobook text. The audiobook text for training uses Tolstoy's work, and uses similar language of tone, tone, pose, speed, intonation, accent, and expression of emotions. The participants who ten visually impaired trainee in H library were selected for qualitative research. Based on the research questions raised in this study, the results are as follows. First, synesthesia training, in which more than two senses of the five senses work simultaneously in voice training for audio book text shaping, produced the result by visualizing the original purpose, meaning, and background of the text. Second, the use of similar language was helpful in the whole process of expressing the meaning of sentence and dialogue for audiobook text shaping. In addition, although there were some differences among the study subjects, they found commonalities that considered tone, pose, and intonation important. Third, the visually impaired have advanced sensory aspects and memory, which resulted in rapid acquisition of metabolism and acceptance of transmission during training. In addition, the teacher's friendly behavior was a very important key mediator in the training process.

Objectives : DongUiBoGam is a representative medical literature in Korea. This research intends to structurally grasp how DongUiBoGam understands the human body and review the methods of acupuncture and moxibustion in the NaeGyeong chapter of it using text mining. Methods : The structure of DongUiBoGam was analyzed with specific parts of the book that described contents, major premises of understanding the human body, and processes of treatment. We analyzed characteristics of each acupoints in a relationship with causes of diseases & symptoms in the NaeGyeong chapter using a Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency(TFIDF). Results : Three different categories of pattern identification(PI) were formed after structural analysis of DongUiBoGam. Every causes of diseases & symptoms were transformed according to the three categories of PI. After analyzing the relationship between acupoints and causes of diseases & symptoms, 114 acupoints were visualized with TFIDF values of three PI categories. Conclusions : The selection of acupoints in NaeGyeong chapter of DongUiBoGam were linked to causes of diseases & symptoms based on the three PI categories. Through visualization of bipartite relationships between acupoints and causes of diseases & symptoms, we could easily understand characteristics of each acupoint.

Korean dramas since the 2000s are continuously experimenting with new narrative possibilities. Especially in the recent Korean drama, various modes of hybridization, mixing, and transformation are attempted. Therefore, this study aims to examine the consensus of literature and drama through popular drama in 2010. This study examines how literary texts are utilized in dramas through the use of Kim Eun-sook's lonely and glorious god-goblin and gentleman's dignity, and how these narrative and visual effects are gained. These two dramas are not only popular drama in Korea but also have important implications for interpreting literature and drama consciousness because they actively utilize literary texts in drama. This is the process of interpreting the main scene in which literature and the drama conspire, and grasping its significance. Through this study, we analyze the process of borrowing the part of the text of the text, drama, and taking the effect of storytelling by using 'book' as its materiality. This will confirm the way in which various genres are mixed and juxtaposed in one video text and its effects.
