Development of e-CRM System Using LBS of Cellular Phone and Call Back URL SMS (휴대폰의 위치기반서비스와 Call Back URL SMS를 이용한 e-CRM 시스템 개발)

  • Whenever and wherever, recognizing location of object such as human as well as things, ubiquitous Location-Based Service which provides useful service based on this are rising as an important service. In this paper, we implemented customized real time 1:1 e-CRM system that can communicate with user's mobile phone through using Location-Based Service of mobile phone. Among various scenarios that are applicable to designed system, development and test were conducted based on scenario that provides shopping information and discount information to customers through SMS as they approach to vicinity of large discount store and allow them to download discount coupons through Call Back. The suggested system will be applied to various service event and can be used as a customized real time marketing method according to user's personal activity area.

Effects of Customer Relationship Quality, Customer Perceived Power, and Brand Reputation on Complaint Behaviors (서비스 실패 상황에서 고객관계 품질, 고객 파워, 브랜드 명성이 불만 행동에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose - This study aimed to investigate the effects of customer relationship quality and perceived power on complaint behaviors in a context of service failures in a restaurant. Two different types of complaint behaviors were employed: personal complaining that disappointed customers directly approach to a service manager and public complaining that customers ask for related institutions, like consumer protection organization, for help. This study also examined the moderation effects of brand reputation on the relationships between customer perceived power and two types of complaint behaviors. Research design, data, and methodology - The author developed a structural model in which customer relationship quality is proposed to affect customer perceived power, thus influencing personal and public complaint behaviors. The model also includes the moderating role of brand reputation; the effect of customer perceived power on two types of complaint behaviors becomes stronger when brand reputation is high. To analyze the research model, a survey based on a scenario regarding the contexts of service failures in a restaurant was conducted toward 126 female college students. SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0 were utilized to test the hypotheses. Results - The findings are as follows. First, customers who had positive relationships with a restaurant are more likely to perceive that they have strong power to influence the service provider. Second, customer perceived power had a significant and positive effect on both personal and public complaint behaviors. Finally, when the brand reputation for a restaurant is high, dissatisfied customers who think they can exercise influence to the restaurant complain more actively toward the service provider. Conclusions - The findings of this study are against the traditional viewpoint on customer loyalty that loyal customers compared respond more generously to the mistakes of a company, but consistent with the 'love becomes hate' effect proposed by Grégoire, Tripp, and Legoux(2009). In complaining contexts, companies should manage customers with positive and strong relationship more carefully and strategically to prevent the expansion of economic and social risks from customers' complaining behaviors. This is more significant for companies with strong brand reputations.

  • As a part of NERI:;, Truck Shipment Safety Information is divided into Optimal Route Guidance system and Emergency Response system. This study which is for developing of Truck Shipment Incident Emergency Response System intends to prevent or early response damage caused by incidents through realtime monitoring about the position and the state of Hazard material transport truck. For this, we divide it into three scenarios; realtime monitoring, management of incidents, information provision to related organizations and present functional requirements and architecture coming with each scenario. As a result of the first step among total three steps, it would able to not only realtime management of trucks but also guide for auto-enforcement or management about illegal act like dumping scrapped material. It is now under examination about position of detection and technology of communication to application. From now on, it is expect to test in the range of Metropolitan after selecting appropriate technology.

WIVA : WSN Monitoring Framework based on 3D Visualization and Augmented Reality in Mobile Devices (모바일 기기의 3차원 시각화와 증강현실에 기반한 센서네트워크 모니터링 프레임워크)

  • Recently, due to many industrial accidents at construction sites, a variety of researches for structural health monitoring (SHM) of buildings are progressing. For real site application of SHM, one of the advanced technologies has blown as wireless sensor networks (WSN). In this paper, we proposed WIVA(WSN Monitoring framework based on 3D Visualization and Augmented Reality in Mobile Devices) system that applies 3D visualization and AR technology to mobile devices with camera based on WSN in order to expand the extent of information can observe. Moreover, we performed experiments to validate effectiveness in 3D and AR mode that utilize WSN data based on IEEE 802.15.4. In real implementation scenario, we demonstrated a fire occurrence test in 3-story building miniature.

Proposal of a new Emergency Medical Technician national practical examination (응급구조사 실기시험 개선 연구)

  • Purpose : This study was carried out from September 2011 to September 2012 to indicate improvement and performance schemes and planning strategies by way of scenario based practical examination to inspire adaptable capacity to EMS field for Emergency Medical Technician. Methods : In order to improve the examination, a survey was conducted to EMT-Paramedics (Level 1), EMT-Basics (Level 2), and other expert groups. The researchers visited the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) headquarter and the psychomotor examination site in Ohio in April, 2011. The 21 EMT professors took part in a workshop experiencing the US psychomotor examinations provided by two NREMT examination experts in October, 2011. Results : The results showed that the general plan of new National Practical Examination for EMTs should consist of integrated emergency care examination based on clinical performance and simple skill examination based on objective structured skill protocol Conclusion : The National Practice Examination consists of two sessions and the examinees select the test number randomly in each session. The future examination should include the critical criteria and this criteria should be the decisive factor for the pass or fail.

An Enhanced DSR Routing Protocol for Mobile Ad Hoc Networks supporting Bidirectional Links (양방향 링크를 지원하는 이동 Ad Hoc 망에 대한 개선된 DSR 라우팅 프로토콜)

  • In this paper, we propose a new method to improve tile processing of route recovery of the existing DSR algorithm on detection of route error. In mobile ad hoc networks, mobile nodes themselves have routing capability. Thus, a well-defined routing protocol is required for route set-up between two mobile nodes. However, the existing DSR routing protocol has problem with dropping of packets due to the recovery delay when a route error occurs. In order to alleviate tile problem, we propose an enhanced DSR protocol to reduce the route error recovery tine and evaluate the protocol through simulation. As tile result of evaluation, we found the proposed DSR protocol provided about 4 to 30 times faster route error recovery time according to the test scenario than the existing DSR protocol.

The Effect of Status, Truth of Messages, Involvement on Loyalty When Customer Experience Demotion in Retail Loyalty Program (소매점의 로열티 프로그램에서 고객의 등급하락 시 고객의 등급, 메시지의 진실성, 관여도가 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • It empirically studied the effects of customer status, truth of messages, and involvement on loyalty when customer experience demotion in loyalty program. A scenario based 2(customer demotion: highest status customer/middle status customer) ${\times}$ 2(truth of messages: high/low) ${\times}$ 2(involvement: high/low) between-subjects factorial design experiments are conducted for the hypotheses. According to the result of ANCOVA, highest status customer's loyalty and middle status customer's loyalty decrease when they experience demotion. But middle status customer's loyalty less decreases than the highest status customer. Loyalty of the group who feel high truth of message less decreases than those of other groups. And loyalty of the low-involvement group's loyalty less decreases than those of other groups. Moreover it test three way interactions among customer status, truth of messages, and involvement. The result indicates that loyalty of the group who feel high truth of message and low-involvement less decreases than those of other groups.

  • In this paper, we developed a digital Taekwondo trainer system based on the electronic protector was authorized by the World Taekwondo Federation for the improvement of user's training effects and athletic performances. Our system consists of E-Kick Bag with sensors for sensing hits, taekwondo trainer program and receiver for interconnection of E-kick Bag to program. Taekwondo trainer system also has an advantage to improve training effects and athletic performances such as hit-accuracy and reaction velocity by appointing a hitting target for users with 6 LED indicators. The taekwondo trainer program is a user interface to provide training courses such as progress training of response time and stamina, preparation training for real sparring by training scenario. It has also characteristics which are to strengthen and supplement user's pros and cons by analyzing hitting intensity and accuracy from training. In this paper, we implemented a test targeting eight taekwondo players on the playing list include a member of the Korea national team and conducted a survey in order to evaluate the utility of our system.

Analysis on Flow Control Method for Simultaneous Fuel Filling of the Korea Space Launch Vehicle-II (한국형발사체 연료 동시충전을 위한 유량제어 방식에 대한 고찰)

  • To lunch the Korea Space Launch Vehicle-II(KSLV-II), the second launch complex will be constructed on the Naro Space Center and Kerosene Filling System (KFS) will be also installed newly. KFS of KSLV-II launch complex system is being designed based on Naro Launch Complex. But this must supply fuel to fuel tanks of the vehicle with only a supply pump because KSLV-II is a 3-stage launch vehicle unlike Naro Launch Vehicle or Test Launch Vehicle (TLV). A sudden rise of pump output pressure is recognized during fuel filling scenario selection process. This occurs because return flow can not actively deal with a lot of flow change using flow control method of orifice type. To solve this problem, it is verified that fuel can be stably supplied by installation of accumulator and an appropriate adjustment of filling mode change sequence through flow analysis of various cases.

VIRTUAL PREDICTION OF A RADIAL-PLY TIRE'S IN-PLANE FREE VIBRATION MODES TRANSMISSIBILITY

  • A full nonlinear finite element P185/70Rl4 passenger car radial-ply tire model was developed and run on a 1.7-meter-diameter spinning test drum/cleat model at a constant speed of 50 km/h in order to investigate the tire transient response characteristics, i.e. the tire in-plane free vibration modes transmissibility. The virtual tire/drum finite element model was constructed and tested using the nonlinear finite element analysis software, PAM-SHOCK, a nonlinear finite element analysis code. The tire model was constructed in extreme detail with three-dimensional solid, layered membrane, and beam finite elements, incorporating over 18,000 nodes and 24 different types of materials. The reaction forces of the tire axle in vertical (Z axis) and longitudinal (X axis) directions were recorded when the tire rolled over a cleat on the drum, and then the FFT algorithm was applied to examine the transient response information in the frequency domain. The result showed that this PI 85/70Rl4 tire has clear peaks of 84 and 45 Hz transmissibility in the vertical and longitudinal directions. This result was validated against more than 10 previous studies by either theoretical or experimental approaches and showed excellent agreement. The tire's post-impact response was also investigated to verify the numerical convergence and computational stability of this FEA tire model and simulation strategy, the extraordinarily stable scenario was confirmed. The tire in-plane free vibration modes transmissibility was successfully detected. This approach was never before attempted in investigations of tire in-plane free vibration modes transmission phenomena; this work is believed to be the first of its kind.
