The sequence data of the plastid DNA (trnL-F IGS, trnL intron, and trnH-psbA) and nuclear DNA (RNApol2_i23) markers were utilized to study phylogenetic relationships among the taxa in the Polygonatum odoratum complex (Ruscaceae). European P. odoratum individuals form a clade with a high bootstrap value, which is a sister to the clade of Korean P. odoratum var. odoratum, P. odoratum var. pluriflorum and P. robustum. The formation of the clade with P. odoratum var. odoratum, P. robustum, and one accession of P. odoratum var. pluriflorum indicates geological speciation in isolated populations in the islands following dispersal events from the mainlands. All data sets form two major clades, which are congruent with the subgroups divided by the basic chromosome numbers (x = 9 and x = 10). Although it is not easy to test the hypothesis of the decrease in the basic chromosome number due to scatter taxon sampling in this study, the molecular data strongly suggested that aneuploidy plays an important role in lineage diversification in the genus Polygonatum. The cytological data was not strongly supported by the cpDNA sequences. Further investigations of the cytological, morphological, and geographical characteristics with comprehensive sampling are desired to understand the evolution and lineage diversification in the genus.
This study examines the relationship of the industry-specific factors that effect innovation of manufacturing technology and the market share within the defense industry. Since the establishment of the basic defense industry framework in 1973, there were numerous interactions of the industry-specific factors of the defense industry structure with the technological innovation and market organization of the defense industry. During last three decades, the domestic defense industry has achieved the considerable level but the framework of the basic system has not developed much in areas of the military science and the defense manufacturing technology. Industry-specific factors were formed in the process and appeared in a variety of behavioral characteristics as subsystems. Currently, there IS a growing trend where the management of defense industry is gradually deteriorating due to limitation of the domestic industry-specific factor (e.g. defense technologies, amount of demand, etc.). If there is a prominent imbalance of the industry-specific factors. it can trigger the potential problem of conflict, lack of cooperation and control, slowing the growth of the manufacturing technology thereby diminishing the market and deteriorating the defense supply/demand relationship. In a research conducted by Joe S. Bain, Bain analyzed the relationship of the traditional industrial organization where industry-specific factor(S) not only impacts the conductor(C). And, conductor(C) influences the shaping of the performance(P) of relationship of the traditional industrial organization. Consequently, the researcher has identified the demand monopoly, barriers to entry, and market competition with comparison of defense industry issues. These defense issues were three industry-specific factors identified, which are 1) The demand monopoly and The entry barriers to new market competition, 2) the industrial technical factor to a production technical competitiveness and a market sharing competitiveness, 3) the probability factor to revolution for military affairs(RMA) and a R&D production. According to baseline with these factors, the following research model is established from the special companies group(Group A), the systematization companies group(Group B), and the general companies group(Group 0. The hypothesis is that if there are more industry-specific factors, then there will be more relationships of defense industry relation statutes. This research is an empirical study on the relationship that the industry specific factors effects the innovation of manufacturing technology and the shaping of the market in the defense industry. Moreover, the existing models to evaluate the industry specific factors of the defense industry IS much to be desired with the controlled statistical analysis of the result. It is vital to study on current situation with suggesting alternative strategy to the efficient strategy. The descriptive analysis approach analysis is conducted with SPSSWIN to conduct reliability test, factor analysis, correlation analysis, cross-tabulation analysis, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. However, there were some limitations of the survey such as the rigidity of concept about the technical factors and various market management factors. The wishes is that the decision-maker could be utilized these defence industrial factors to formulate efficient defence policy and strategy in the future.
The purpose of this study to investigate is as follows. First, this study examines the effects of WLB on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior among domestic small and medium-sized company members. Second, this study examines the mediating effects of psychological safety on the WLB, and organizational commitment. Also, we will examine the mediating effects of psychological safety on the WLB, and organizational citizenship behavior. Third, the causal relationship between the dependent variables is verified. To test the hypothesis of this study, we analyze the statistics program using SPSS 25.0 and Macro Process. The results of this study through empirical research are as follows. First, WLB has a positive effect on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Second, psychological safety was found to play a mediating role in the relationship between work-life balance and organizational commitment. Third, psychological safety was found to play a mediating role in the relationship between work-life balance and organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, organizational commitment has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

This study aims to investigate the effects of emotional labor level on the level of job satisfaction and library information service provision in public libraries. The research model used emotional labor levels as an independent variable; job satisfaction and level of library information service provision as a dependent variable; and organizational culture as a control factor. The data were collected randomly from 220 librarians of public libraries in Seoul by distributing and collecting internet surveys. Reliability analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, multiple regression analysis, and regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 18.0 program. The statistic hypothesis test results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, public library librarians did not like to express their emotions to users, trying to express their emotions more positively than what they were actually feeling. Second, although librarians experience emotional labors, they feel a sense of achievement when undertaking their tasks and develop pride and happiness in their work. As librarians perceive their work professional, they overcome emotional labors, and have pride in their work. Third, although librarians experience emotional labors, a reasonable job evaluation with goals, and their relationships with colleagues would lead to accomplishment in their work. In addition, although the evaluation of employees is focused on performance, librarians improve their service if library users are satisfied with their service and the services are provided adequately.
In performing implant procedures in the anterior portion of the maxilla, many difficulties exist because of anatomical reasons, such as the proximity of the nasal floor, lateral extension of the incisive canal, and labial concavity. On the other hand, in the posterior region of the maxilla, there is often insufficient recipient bone between the maxillary sinus and alveolar ridge due to alveolar ridge resorption and pneumatization of the maxillary sinus. In order to perform implants in such regions, ridge augmentation procedures such as onlay bone graft, guided bone regeneration, and maxillary sinus grafting are performed. In studies of Caucasians, use of autograft from mandibular symphysis has been reported to be highly successful in maxillary sinus grafting. However, in a clinical study of Koreans, autograft of mandibular symphysis has been reported to have significantly low success rate. It has been hypothesized that this is because of insufficient cancellous bone due to thick cortical bone. In order to test this hypothesis, bone quality and morphology of Koreans can be compared with those of Caucasians. In this study, the bone density and morphology of the cortical bone and cancellous bone in the mandibular symphysis of 35 Korean cadavers were evaluated. The following results were obtained: 1. In terms of bone density, type I, type II, and type III consisted of 1.4%(3/213), 72.3%(154/213), and 26.3%(56/213) of the cross-sectioned specimens, respectively. In general, the bone density tended to change from type II to type III, as cross-sectioned specimens were evaluated from the midline to the canine. Type IV wasn't observed in this study. 2. The distance between the root apex and the lower border of the cancellous bone was 18.34mm-20.59mm. Considering that the bone has to be cut 5mm below the root apex during the procedure, autografts with about 15mm of vertical thickness can be obtained. 3. The thickness of cortical bone on the labial side increased from the root apex to the lower border of the mandible. The average values ranged from 1.43mm to 2.36mm. 4. The labio-lingual thickness of cancellous bone ranged from 3.43mm to 6.51mm. The thickness tended to increase from the apex to the lower border of the mandible and decrease around the lower border of cancellous bone. From the above results, the anatomic factors of the mandibular symphysis (bone density, thickness, quantity and length of the cortical bone and cancellous bone) didn't show any difference from Caucasians, and it cannot be viewed as the cause of failure in autografts in the maxillary sinus for implants.

The present study tested the hypothesis that adolescent's prefrontal lobe growth plateau and spurt exists and that this plateau and spurt influence students' ability to reason scientifically and to learn theoretical science concepts. In theory, maturation of the prefrontal lobes during early adolescence allows for improvements in students' abilities to inhibit task-irrelevant information and coordinate task-relevant information, which along with both physical and social experience, influences scientific reasoning ability and the ability to reject scientific misconceptions and accept scientific conceptions. Two hundred six students ages 13 to 16 years enrolled in four Korean secondary schools were administered tests of prefrontal lobe functions, scientific reasoning, and theoretical concepts derived from kinetic-molecular theory. A series of 14 lessons designed to teach the concepts were then taught. The concepts test was then re-administered following instruction. As predicted among the 14-year-olds, performance on the measures of prefrontal lobe functions, scientific reasoning, and conceptual change remained similar or regressed. Performance then improved considerably among the 15 and 16-year-olds. Because so few of the present students were able to undergo this apparently necessary conceptual change, the value of introducing theoretical concepts to early adolescent is questioned.
This study attempts to effectively manage service orientation for deluxe hotel buffet restaurant workers in the kitchen organization. For this, the organization's service orientation in the relationship between employees' job satisfaction and organization performance was empirically tested. A survey was conducted to 300 restaurant employees working in the buffet kitchen of deluxe hotels in seoul. 276 copies of questionnaire were selected to take a regression analysis using Amos 16.0. The results of the test are as follows. First, the effect of service orientation on employee's job satisfaction showed that service leadership and service system of service orientation were significant factors about it. Second, hypothesis testing for the effect of service orientation on organization performance showed that human resource management of service orientation was a significant factor about it. The effect of employee's job satisfaction on organizational performance was significant as shown in previous studies. In conclusion, service leadership and service system should be a priority in order to improve service orientation and job satisfaction because employee's job satisfaction and organization performance have a direct relationship.
A Major aim of this study is to test the hypothesis that there is an association between empowerment, organizational memory, and new product creativity. In addition to exploring these relationships, this study examines the effect of new product creativity on new product performance, and identify the moderating effects of market uncertainty in the relationships between new product creativity and performance. For this purposes, we developed a research model based on the literature reviews of empowerment, organizational memory, market uncertainty, and new product creativity. A total of 121 usable survey responses has been used in the empirical research for foods manufacturing industry. The findings indicate that (1) Empowerment has a positive effect on new product creativity, (2) Organizational memory has a positive effect on new product creativity, (3) New product novelty has a positive effect on new product performance, and (4) Only competition uncertainty has a moderating effects between the new product meaningfulness and performance. The findings have implications for managers wishing to acquire the new product creativity and to better the new product development performance.
This paper aims to examine the relationships between Leader Supervisory Style, Creativity and Job Involvement in the age of convergence. In addition, this study examined the moderating effects of Leader-Member Exchange. To accomplish these purposes, the main factors of the Leader Supervisory Style were found from the previous studies. The following are the summary of hypothesis test : First, Leader Supervisory Style have differential influence on Creativity. Second, Leader Supervisory Style have differential influence on Job Involvement. Third, the moderating effects of Leader-Member Exchange have partially moderated effect on the relationship between Leader Supervisory Style and Creativity. Forth, the moderating effects of LMX Leader-Member Exchange have partially moderated effect on the relationship between Leader Supervisory Style and Job Involvement. Therefore, the results of this study have many theoretical and practical implications.

Although small and medium-size enterprises are facing the significant trends in the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Open Innovation which are increasingly in need, the subjects of absorptive capacity and entrepreneurship has not been studied sufficiently in order to enhance the competitiveness of SMEs' products and cope with the current trend. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of absorptive capacity of SMEs on product competitiveness and the moderating role of CEO's entrepreneurship between the absorptive capacity and the product competitiveness. The data were collected from 313 employees of 22 SMEs in the Seoul metropolitan area, Kyunggi-do and Chung-cheong province, and analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis. As a result of the hypothesis test, both the absorptive capacity of SMEs and CEO's entrepreneurship had a positive effect on the product competitiveness. In addition, also found out the innovativeness and the proactivness out of the three entrepreneurship had the moderate roles between the potential absorptive capacity out of the absorptive capacity and the product competitiveness. On the other hand, the risk-taking out of the three entrepreneurship had the moderate roles between the realized absorptive capacity out of the two absorptive capacity and the product competitiveness. These results suggest that open innovation and technological entrepreneurship are needed to help SMEs learn external resources and information to create performance. After discussing this conclusions and implications of the study, the direction for future study was presented.
