일개 대학병원 간호사의 근골격계 부담작업 분석 (Analysis of Musculoskeletal Burdened Work among Nurses at a University Hospital)

  • Severities of musculoskeletal diseases (MSDs) have been recognized at the regular work such as manufacturing but incidence of MSDs are increasing also at the atypical work. The examples of those are health medical workers, office workers and service workers etc. Nurses among health medical workers are accomplishing to manage and recover the patients' health in the first place. Therefore, they are exposed to very stressful work conditions during caring the patients. This study was performed to analyze the musculoskeletal burdened work among nurses at a university hospital, in order to grasp the realities of the MSDs, analyze and prevent MSDs. We surveyed risk factors for ward, intensive care unit, delivery room, newborn room, operation room, function test room and central supply room at a university hospital in Seoul. It was executed for 2 months as the field study that was composed of simulation, real measurement, work motion assessment and subjective assessment. And the results were analyzed into ergonomics techniques. Works according to the criteria of musculoskeletal burdened work by the Ministry of Labor were scrub in operation room and heart ultrasonic function test. And a lot of works that need attention and management were also detected. So it should be required the education and systematic managements of MSDs for nurses.

가사노동의 가치인식에 관한 연구 (A study on the Perception of household Work's Value)

  • This purpose of this study was to analyze the perception of household work's value between husbands and wives. The data were collected using questionnaire and in-depth interview method for this purpose. 297 couples for questionnaire and 20 couples for interview were sampled. The data were analyzed by the statistical method such as frequency, percentile, paired t-test, t-test. The major findings were as follows; 1) The wives played primary role in doing household work. 2)the level of husbands's social value perception of household work was higher than wives's but the differences between them was not significant statistically. 3) The level of economical value perception of household work between husbands and wives was lower than the level of their social value perception.

INFLUENCE OF ALLOY COMPOSITION ON WORK HARDENING BEHAVIOR OF ZIRCONIUM-BASED ALLOYS

  • Three types of zirconium base alloy were evaluated to study how their work hardening behavior is affected by alloy composition. Repeated-tensile tests (5% elongation at each test) were performed at room temperature at a strain rate of $1.7{\times}10^{-3}s^{-1}$ for the alloys, which were initially controlled for their microstructure and texture. After considering the yield strength and work hardening exponent (n) variations, it was found that the work hardening behavior of the zirconium base alloys was affected more by the Nb content than the Sn content. The facture mode during the repeated tensile test was followed by the slip deformation of the zirconium structure from the texture and microstructural analysis.

병원 간호사의 직무스트레스와 대처유형 (The Work Stress and Coping Type of Nurses in Hospital)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 병원 간호사의 직무 스트레스 수준과 스트레스 대처 유형을 알아보고, 상관 관계를 확인하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 서술적 조사 연구이며, 연구의 대상자는 168명의 병원에서 근무하는 간호사가 대상이었다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 t test, ANOVA, Sheffe's test와 피어슨 상관관계를 분석하여 실시하였다. 병원 간호사의 직무 스트레스 수준은 4.27점이었고, 대처 유형 점수는 2.67점으로 나타났다. 결혼은 학력, 근무 부서, 경력, 직위와 양의 상관관계를 나타 내었으며, 학력은 경력과 직위와 양의 상관관계를 나타 내었다. 직위는 스트레스대처 유형과 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 본 연구의 결과는 병원 간호사의 직무 스트레스와 스트레스 대처 유형을 이해하는데 기여 할 것으로 보인다. 향후 병원 간호사를 대상으로한 보다 나은 스트레스대처 유형을 개발하고, 간호사의 직무스트레스를 감소시키기 위한 간호중재의 개발에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 병원 간호사의 스트레스 관리와 대처 유형을 개발하고 적용하는데 필요한 기초 자료로 활용 하고자 한다.

집단미술치료가 성인지적장애인 이용시설 사회복지사의 직무스트레스와 심리적소진에 미치는 효과 (The Art Therapy in Groups' on the work Stresses and Emotional Burnouts of Social Workers for Diabled Facility)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 집단미술치료가 성인지적장애인 이용시설 사회복지사의 직무스트레스와 심리적소진에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 있다. 연구 대상은 A시에 위치한 성인지적장애인 이용시설 사회복지사 8명으로 연구기간은 2016년 2월 16일부터 2016년 5월 31일까지 주 1회, 70분씩 총 13회기의 집단미술치료 프로그램을 실시하였다. 치료적 효과를 알아보기 위하여 프로그램 실시 전 후 그리고 4주 후에 직무스트레스와 심리적소진 검사를 실시하였다. 집단 간 동질성을 알아보기 위하여 맨 휘트니 U 검정(Mann Whitney U test)을 실시하였으며, 이후 사전 사후 추후 차이를 알아보기 위해 윌콕슨 부호 순위 검정(Wilcoxon's signed ranks test)을 실시하였다. 연구결과 집단미술치료 프로그램은 성인지적장애인 이용시설 사회복지사의 직무스트레스와 심리적소진 감소에 효과가 있었고, 그 효과가 긍정적으로 지속되는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과로 볼 때 집단미술치료는 성인지적장애인 이용시설 사회복지사의 직무스트레스와 심리적소진을 감소시켰으며 효과적인 발전 방향을 제시하였다.

사회복지윤리교육의 현황 및 효과에 관한 연구 - 윤리적민감성을 중심으로 - (The Present and Effects of Korean Social Work Ethic Education - Focused on Ethical Sensitivity -)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지 안팎의 윤리에 대한 관심이 고조되는 현실에서, <사회복지윤리와철학>교과목으로 대표되는 사회복지 윤리교육의 현황과 그 효과성을 조사해 보기 위해 진행되었다. 윤리교육 현황파악을 위해서는 사회복지교육협의회 회원교들을 대상으로 윤리와철학 교과목 개설현황 및 운영 방법을 조사하였고, 윤리교육의 효과성은 윤리적 민감성에 초점을 두어 윤리와철학 교과목 수강 여부와 수강전후의 차이를 비교하였다. 그 결과, 사회복지 제도교육 체제에서 윤리교육에 큰 비중이 주어지고 있지는 않지만, 이런 상황 속에서도 실제 이뤄지는 윤리교육은 윤리적 민감성을 제고하는 효과가 높으며 이는 여타 요인들에 비해 윤리적 민감성에 더 큰 차이를 가져오는 것으로 조사되었다. 이러한 결과는 사회복지 교육에서 사회복지윤리와철학 교과목의 위상 강화와 사회복지윤리와 관련된 인력 양성 및 연구의 필요성을 제시해 주는 것이다.

요양병원 간호사의 간호근무환경과 이직의도 관계: COVID-19 심리적 스트레스의 매개효과 (Effect of Nursing Work Environment on Turnover Intention of Nurses in Long-Term Care Hospitals: The Mediating Effect of COVID-19 Stress)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the mediating effect of Psychological stress of COVID-19 stress on the relationship between nursing work environment and turnover intention of nurses in long-term care hospitals. Methods: The participants were 176 nurses working at three long-term care hospitals in Changwon City. Data were collected from August 11 to 14, 2021, using self-report questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and hierarchical regression, using the SPSS 23.0 software. A mediation analysis was performed according to the Baron and Kenny's test, and Sobel test. Results: Turnover intention was positively correlated with Psychological stress of COVID-19 stress (r=.23, p=.002) and negatively correlated with nursing work environment (r=-.44, p<.001). Psychological stress of COVID-19 stress had a significantly negative relationship with nursing work environment (r=-.15, p=.045). Psychological stress of COVID-19 stress partially mediated the relationship between nursing work environment and turnover intention. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that a positive nursing work environment can help nurses reduce their Psychological stress of COVID-19 stress and turnover intention. To reduce the turnover intention among nurses' in long-term care, it is necessary to promote better work environments suitable for COVID-19 and to establish detailed strategies for reducing their physiological stress.

The Effect of Police Officers' Participatory Decision-making, Supervisory Quality and Attitude and Organizational Justice on Job Satisfaction: Focused on Mediating Effect of Work-Life Conflict

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of police officers' participatory decision-making, supervisory quality and attitude, organizational justice on job satisfaction focused on mediating effect of work-life conflict. As a result of analysis of 185 police officers, the results were as follows. The causal relationships between participatory decision-making, organizational justice and work-life conflict, the ones between supervisory qualities and attitude, organizational justice, work-life conflict and job satisfaction, all of them reached the significance levels, not the causal relationship between supervisory qualityand attitude work-life conflict. Thus, the results for the interaction have shown, participatory decision-making and organizational justice and work-life conflict have negative influences on work-life conflict respectively, and supervisory qualities and attitude conflict, organizational justice conflict, work-life conflict have effect on job satisfaction with positive and negative effect. The Sobel-test showed that the Sobel-test statistic of the mediating effect of work-life conflict on causal relationships between organizational justice and job satisfaction is significant, but not in the mediating effect of work-life conflict on causal relationships between supervisory qualities and attitude and job satisfaction. According to the analytical results, work-life conflict is an important factor that can improve police officers' job satisfaction in the public organizational context with an open-oriented- system and culture for employees' participation in the process of decision making and equality and fairness for organizational management. It is also noted that work-life harmony for employees may be incompatible with the supervisor's perception of the work-oriented or prioritized-way in hierarchical organizations like police agencies.

  • Pullout test known as Lok test among the test methods to evaluate concrete strength strength is a test method which is used to decide the form removal time by assessing the early strength of concrete in a new construction, or to control the quality of newly placed concrete. This method has inconvenience to place inserts on the form work in advance, however, the placing work is quite simple and it has advantage that the strength can be measured at field as long as the inserts are placed. In this study, the first step is to investigate the properties of test method itself, by performing the laboratory test which covers deviation of the method and factors affecting the results, etc. The second step is to correlate the result with cylinder strength and other NDT methods such as rebound hammer, ultrasonic method, etc. And that, the results are compared with foreign results to find the differences between the two. In this research, new factors such as moisture content, area of aggregate failure cross section and area of aggregate separation cross section, etc as well as wate-cement ratio and age are investigated.

간호등급 상향에 따른 직접간호활동, 간호업무성과와 직무만족 비교 (Differences of Upgrading Nurse Staffing in Nursing Care Activity, Work Performance Outcomes, and Job Satisfaction)

  • Purpose: This study examined differences in nursing care activity, work performance outcomes, and job satisfaction associated with upgrading nurse staffing of a nurse-to-patients ratio. Methods: Descriptive design was used in this study. In total, 148 medical and surgical nurses were recruited from one university hospital. Three instruments were used for data collection: Scale of Nursing Care Activity, Nurses' Work Performance Outcome Measurement Scale and Nurses' Job Satisfaction Scale. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and paired t-test. Results: There were significant differences in nursing care activity (t=-5.06, p<.001), in work performance outcomes (t=-5.46, p<.001) and in job satisfaction (t=4.61, p<.001) when the grading for the nursing staff was changed from three to two indicating increasing number of nurses. Conclusion: The findings from this study showed that there were more nursing care activities, better work performance outcomes, and higher job satisfaction when numbers of nurses were increased. The changes in the scale to evaluate nursing staff influence nursing activities, work performance and job satisfaction.
