This study reports on the use of the trait and state cognitive/metacognitive strategy use and the difference of the trait/state strategy use according to students' proficiency level. First of all, for checking up the trait strategy use, 119 first-grade male students in a high school completed the questionnaire on strategies which they thought they used during a reading test. Secondly, to find out their state strategy use, students took a fifteen-item reading comprehension test, followed by filling out questionnaires on cognitive and metacognitive strategies used in the test. This study employed quantitative data analysis. The results suggested that (1) the cognitive and metacognitive strategy use in the trait and state conditions are used the most by the high proficiency group and they are correlated respectively; (2) these strategies are used with statistically significant difference according to students' proficiency level, especially to the lower level students. The highly successful group uses the cognitive and metacognitive strategy in the actual test situation more than the lower proficient group; there is no difference in trait and state strategy use.
This paper aims to diagnose the strategy execution ability and to provide corresponding measures for Korean oceanic shipping companies. The analysis method is the t-test between importance awareness and Corresponding ability for strategy execution diagnosis index(XPP). According to the diagnosed results, the strategy development is unsatisfactory because the strategy implemented does not adhere to concurrent environmental change. Moreover, the execution of the strategy is also unsatisfactory. Therefore, an evaluation shows that there is a need for a SWOT analysis using BSC, an organization structure to strengthen the strategy execution ability and the support from the market condition analysis prediction center.
This study tests the significance of momentum and contrarian strategy which challenge the weak efficient market hypothesis (EMH). If momentum and contrarian strategy can make extra return above the market, this can be a significant critics to the weak EMH. By using Monte Carlo simulation we have found that many existing returature, which test the significance of momentum and contrarian strategy, have a significance distortion problem. We test the significance of momentum and contrarian strategy by using reality check test of White(2000) which solve the problem of data snooping bias. The results are following. When we use the KOSPI index as the benchmark portfolio, we can get the best strategy of momentum strategy in the case of mean return. But in the case of Sharp ratio which is the performance measure adjusting risk, we find that the best strategy in the momentum and contrarian strategy can not dominate the performance of benchmark portfolio. Therefore we argue that weak EMH can not be rejected because of superior performance of momentum and contrarian strategy when we consider risk.

This study was conducted to develop and effective strategy for environmental education. At first, the environmental education strategy through personalization of environment was proposed. Then students in a middle school participated the program according to the strategy and its. effect was investigated. The strategy was designed in basis of the role of the limbic system in brain and involved field-oriented experience such as viewing the non-personal environment as the personal environment. Gokneung stream was selected as the site to conduct this environmental education. Students investigated water quality by senses and biological method. The same content was taught for the classroom group and simple outdoor group selected for the comparison by traditional instructional method. The pre- and post-test by the instrument to test environmental attitude, qualitative questionnaire, cognitive test, the pre- and post-interview were conducted to investigate the effect the program. The achievement of the classroom group(personalization group). But the change of the attitude toward environment of personalization group between pre- and post-test was significantly higher than the classroom group. In qualitative questionnaire and pre- and post-interviews, attitude toward environment differed between two group. The behavioral change to discover and to solve environmental problems was demonstrated in case the personalization group, but was unclear in the classroom group. These results indicated the environmental education strategy through personalization of environment was an effective strategy to change the awareness, attitude and behavior toward the environment compared with a traditional teaching strategy.

Test methodology is diversity by devices and the number of test pattern is tremendous because the digital circuit includes TTL and CMOS family ICs as well as high density devices such as ROM and RAM. Accordingly, the quick and effective test strategy is required to enhance the test productivity. This paper proposes the test strategy which is able to be applied efficiently to the diversity devices on the digital circuit board by analyzing the structure and characteristic of the digital device. Especially, this test strategy detects the faulted digital device or the faulted digital circuit on the digital board using SSA(Serial Signature Analysis) technique based on the polynomial division theory The SSA technique identifies the faults by comparing the reminder from good device with reminder from the tested device. At this time, the reminder is obtained by enforcing the data stream obtained from output pins of the tested device on the LFSR(Linear Feedback Shift Register) representing the characteristic equation. Also, the method to obtain the optimal signature analysis circuit is explained by furnishing the short bit input streams to the long bit input streams to the LFSR having 8, 12, 16, 20bit input/output pins and by analyzing the occurring probability of error which is impossible to detect. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed test strategy is verified by simulating the stuck at 1 errors or stuck at 0 errors for several devices on typical 8051 digital board.

The issue of method of software testing process implementation has recently been in the spotlight in korea and some vendor make every effort to improve the software testing process through the evaluation of TMMi. The level of software process is at initial level, nevertheless, so the high quality of software is not guaranteed. This paper apply to the TMMi Level2 Assessment criteria of Automobile control software testing process. The test policy and strategy, test planning, test monitoring and control, test design and execution, test environment goal. The result need to emerge development process connection on the test policy and strategy process, test planning process etc. Also, the study analyzed the infra structure to reach the repeated level via key process area. As the result the process implementation in organization suggests the policy development and the implementation activity. Finally, the practical can refer to this paper in order to implementation the software testing process.
A test plan is a high level document detailing objectives, processes, schedules and so on for verifying a developed software. And a test strategy, a component of a test plan, is about how to test software products to guarantee its quality and find bugs in the software in advance. Therefore, establishing effective and suitable test strategies is important for elaborating test processes. However, these tasks are difficult for project managers who write a test plan if they were not trained well in software test processes. And mis-designed test strategies will also mislead entire testing behaviors that testers would do. As a result, there would be a low quality software product in the end. To solve this problem, we propose a new test strategy reuse technique in this paper. By utilizing test plans of already completed software development projects, we lead test planer to reuse suitable and effective test strategies which were used in previous projects. To do so, we evaluate existing test strategies by utilizing ISO/IEC 25010 quality model for evaluating the suitability of test strategies and also use effectiveness metrics for test strategies. And from these evaluations, we predict completeness of new test plan that is written by reused test strategies. It can help the project manager to write an appropriate test plan for the quality characteristics which are selected as objectives for testing and software product. We show the possibility of our approach by implementing a prototype into the existing framework in a case study.

The SSA technique in the digital circuit test is required to be repeated the input pattern stream to n bits output nodes n times in case of using a multiplexor. Because the method adopting a parallel/serial bit convertor to remove this inefficiency has disadvantage of requiring the test time n times for a pattern, the test strategy is required, which can enhance the test productivity by reducing the test time based on simplified fault detection mechanism. Accordingly, this paper proposes a test strategy which enhances the test productivity and efficiency by appling PAS (Parallel Signature Analysis) technique to those after analyzing the structure and characteristics of the digital devices including TTL and CMOS family ICs as well as ROM and RAM. The PSA technique identifies the faults by comparing the reminder from good device with reminder from the tested device. At this time, the reminder is obtained by enforcing the data stream obtained from output pins of the tested device on the LFSR(Linear Feedback Shift Resister) representing the characteristic equation. Also, the method to obtain the optimal signature analyzer is explained by furnishing the short bit input streams to the long bit input streams to the LFSR having 8, 12, 16, 20bit input/output pins and by analyzing the occurring probability of error which is impossible to detect. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed test strategy is verified by simulating the stuck at 1 errors or stuck at 0 errors for several devices on typical 8051 digital board.
