  • 1. Objectives The Face is an important standard for the classification of Sasang Constitutions. We are developing 3D Automatic Face Recognition Apparatus(3D-AFRA) to analyse the facial characteristics. This apparatus show us 3D image and data of man's face and measure facial figure data. So We should examine the Measurement of Facial Figure data error of 3D Automatic Face Recognition Apparatus(3D-AFRA) in Software Error Analysis. 2. Methods We scanned face status by using 3D Automatic Face Recognition Apparatus(3D-AFRA). And we measured lengths Between Facial Definition Parameters of facial figure data by Facial Measurement program. 2.1 Repeatability test We measured lengths Between Facial Definition Parameters of facial figure data restored by 3D-AFRA by Facial Measurement program 10 times. Then we compared 10 results each other for repeatability test. 2.2 Measurement error test We measured lengths Between Facial Definition Parameters of facial figure data by two different measurement program that are Facial Measurement program and Rapidform2006. At measuring lengths Between Facial Definition Parameters, we uses two measurement way. The one is straight line measurement, the other is curved line measurement. Then we compared results measured by Facial Measurement program with results measured by Rapidform2006. 3. Results and Conclusions In repeatability test, standard deviation of results is 0.084-0.450mm. And in straight line measurement error test, the average error 0.0582mm, and the maximum error was 0.28mm. In curved line measurement error test, the average error 0.413mm, and the maximum error was 1.53mm. In conclusion, we assessed that the accuracy and repeatability of Facial Measurement program is considerably good. From now on we complement accuracy of 3D-AFRA in Hardware and Software.

  • This paper proposes a circuit partitioning method and a multifunctional BILBO which can perform the multimodule test in the case of testing VLSI circuits. By using these circuit partitioning method and multifunctional BILBO, test time and cost can be reduced greatly by performing the pipeline test method. And the quantity of circuit that shold be added for testing is also reduced in half by interposing only one BILBO between each module. Also, we confirmed that the multifunctional BILBO proposed here has high error detection capability by analyzing error detection capability of this multifunctional BILBO in mathematics.

  • A full-scale static test for a composite structure small aircraft (KC-100) was conducted in the KARI. The test includes 15 full-scale test and 7 local test conditions. Test requirements with test schedule, test article with dummy structures, test load generation, test system, and equipment are introduced for the test. Test load data of the 1st test condition(U1) was analyzed to evaluate an accuracy of load control for the test. The analysis results show that load data obtained during test were within tolerance of Static Null Pacing Error(SNPE) and the error value of load control was 8.6N. The error of load controls for the full-scale static test using dozens of actuators was calculated by a method suggested by authors. Test data for all other test conditions is also shown in this paper. Finally, reactions measured from restraint system of the U1 test condition show that the reaction changes as load increment. The factors which may change the change of reactions for a full-scale static test are introduced in this study.

  • This study was conducted to analyze the effect of the gear specification and gear quality corresponding to the macro geometry on the gear transmission error. The two pairs of gears with large and small transmission errors were selected for calculation, and two pairs of gears were manufactured with different gear quality. The test gears were manufactured by two different gear specifications with ISO 5 and 8 gear quality, respectively. The transmission error measurement system consists of an input motor, reducer, encoders, gearbox, torque meter, and powder brake. To confirm the repeatability of the test results, repeatability was confirmed by performing three repetitions under all conditions, and the average value was used to compare the transmission error results. The transmission errors of the gears were analyzed and compared with the test results. When the gear quality was high, the transmission error was generally low depending on the load, and the load at which the decreasing transmission error phenomenon was completed was also lower. Even when the design transmission error according to the gear specification was different, the difference of the minimum transmission error was not large. The transmission error at the load larger than the minimum transmission error load increased to a slope similar to the slope of the analysis result.

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the difference of joint position sense between measurements. Fourteen healthy male subjects were recruited for this study. The elbow joint position senses were measured using angle reproduction test. The elbow joint position sense was assessed with three experimental conditions: ipsilateral reproduction test in open-chain condition, contralateral reproduction test in open-chain condition, ipsilateral reproduction test with weight in open-chain condition and ipsilateral reproduction test in closed-chain condition. The angular difference between stimulus position and the reproduced position (angular error) was calculated in all testing conditions to examine the accuracy of the joint position sense. One way ANOVA was used to compare the error angles in all experimental conditions. The error angles between measurements were significantly different in elbow joint. The error angles was smallest in ipsilateral reproduction test with weight in open-chain condition and was greatest in the contralateral reproduction test in open-chain condition. Findings of this study indicate that testing methods, types of task, existence of resistance should be considered in clinical assessment for the joint position sense.

  • The Geostationary Ocean Color Imager (GOCI) is under development to provide a monitoring of ocean-color around the Korean Peninsula from geostationary platforms. It is planned to be loaded on Communication, Ocean, and Meteorological Satellite (COMS) of Korea. The GOCI has been designed to provide multi-spectral data to detect, monitor, quantify, and predict short term changes of coastal ocean environment for marine science research and application purpose. The target area of GOCI observation covers sea area around the Korean Peninsula. Based on the nonlinear radiometric model, the GOCI calibration method has been derived. The radiometric model of GOCI has been validated through radiometric ground test. From this ground test result, GOCI radiometric model has been changed from second order to third order. In this paper, the radiometric test performed to evaluate the radiometric nonlinearity is described and the GOCI radiometric error propagation is analyzed. The GOCI radiometric calibration is based on onboard calibration devices; solar diffuser, DAMD (Diffuser Aging Monitoring Device). The radiometric model error due to the dark current nonlinearity is considered as a systematic error. Also the offset correction error due to gain/offset instability is considered. The radiometric accuracy depends mainly on the ground characterization accuracies of solar diffuser and DAMD.

  • In this paper, we analyzed the correlation among scores of the mathematics B-type grade of College Scholastic Ability Test(CSAT), scores of Mathematics Level Assessment(MLA) and written test scores of Basic Mathematics Subject(BMS) made by students. Especially, we examined the relationship between CSAT grade with results of MLA and results of BMS through survey of students who changed their grades and learned about reasons. In addition, we analyzed error types for the descriptive problem solving in BMS written tests..

  • This study tests the fuzzy linear regression model to see if there is a performance difference between it and the classical linear regression model. These results show that FLR was better as f forecasting technique when compared with CLR. Another important find in the test of the two different regression methods is that they generate two different predicted P/E ratios from expected value test, variance test and error test of two different regressions, though we can not see a significant difference between two regression models doing test in error measurements (GMRAE, MAPE, MSE, MAD). So, in this financial setting we can conclude that FLR is not superior to CLR, comparing and testing between the t재 different regression models. However, FLR is better than CLR in the error measurements.

  • A DC generator control system was designed to control the torque of a rotating shaft precisely. The control system is composed of a strain gage type torque cell, a torque cell amplifier, a computer, a D/A converter, a error detector, a DC voltage amplifier and a resistor. The response test under unit step input and the dynamic stability test for the designed control system were carried out. It was confirmed that the settling time from the response test is about 4 s and the error from the dynamic stability test is less than 0.06% of rated output of torque cell. The designed control system may be used to control a DC generator which may be used to apply torque to a rotating shaft.
