Nowadays, public domain software CALS/EC projects give their attention to the importance of test and evaluation (T＆E). This article proposed a survey on T＆E procedures of the international standards ISO 9000-3, ISO/IEC 9126 and ISO 14598, and of the U.S. Army pamphlet as well as that of MIL-STD-498. And features of testing tools such as their characteristics were reviewed for a reference in selecting appropriate one. Large-scale software projects often encounter with problems during T＆E, when they become close to the end of development cycle. The problems generally act as a bottleneck of a project, leading to slippage of the entire schedule. This article tried a close look at the problems and solution alternatives of the T＆E policy, management, and technical issues, and proposed a T＆E model to support a variety of software development environment.

The purpose of this study analyzed the overall attitude and perception of course evaluation of nursing students, and suggested improvement direction of course evaluation. The sample consist of 428 A-university students in J province. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 program using ANOVA, t-test, and $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test. As a result, it was confirmed that nursing students participated in course evaluation with a careful and correct response attitude, and course evaluation result was reliable. The instructor should share the process of improving the class by reflecting the evaluation results so that the students can recognize the purpose and importance of course evaluation. In addition, it suggested that it is necessary to develop items of a course evaluation reflecting the characteristic of nursing such as clinical practice courses and to revise the evaluation system.

The purposes of this research were 1) to identify shopping orientation according to customer's personality type, 2) to examine perceived importance of service and satisfaction of service related to customer's personality type, 3) to find the relationships of evaluation of salesperson's service and re-purchase intention in each of customer's personality types. The data were collected via self-administered questionnaires from 434 female formal wear shoppers. and were analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, ANOVA, Chi-square test, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: Shopping orientations varied according to customer's personality type. E type had stronger Hedonic/self-confidence than I type, F type had higher Depending decision making than T type and P type had higher Quick decision making than J type. And service items satisfied the customers with a certain personality type. E type was satisfied with timely and proper A/S, not forcing to purchase and trustful behavior of salesperson more than I Type was. And also with expertise, individualized care, polite attitude, and merchandising promotion. N type was satisfied with individualized care more than S type was. A service evaluation criterion affected the re-purchase intention for a customer with a certain personality type. Customer's convenience in E. I. S, N, T, F, J types had a significant effect on re-purchase intention. And Expertise/ care in E, N, T, J types had a positive effect on re-purchase intention. also Politeness in E, I, S, N, T, J, P types did. But in only E type, Merchandising promotion affected re-purchase intention.

Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) is a management and technical process whereby all the diverse elements needed to fully operate, maintain, and totally support a materiel system in the field are identified, developed, and deployed simultaneously and on an equal priority with the item of materiel being supported. The test and evaluation (T＆E)of ILS act the important role of reduction of life-cycle cost and keeping of good performance for weapon system. In this article, we suggest the alternatives for improvement in the test and evaluation of ILS during weapon system acquisition. It is hoped that this research is valuable and beneficial to persons related weapon system acquisition, in order to maximize the efficiency of defense acquisition management by reducing the life-cycle cost and enhancing the quality of weapon system.

A study for improvement of credibility on test & evaluation result of interoperability in battle management information system which focused in C4I systems is very essential in rapid change of battle field environment. Realization of effective operation process with integration of developed IT also core factor for reducing of operational response time such as information gathering from sensor to shooter, time for commander's decision making. Therefore, by required to meet of high technical T&E, meet of complex software's user requirement, long-term system development period, system integration ability's request by various linkage of systems, it is high a M&S dependency to optimal performance, interpoerability's guarantee. Especially credibility on test & evaluation using M&S is very important. This paper will propse a VV&A applied methods using other VV&A case to improve credibility of M&S on test & evaluation.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an e-learning orientation program for nursing students(junior), to evaluate the program, and to find out its effects on adapting to clinical practicum. Methods: The e-learning orientation program was developed according to ADDIE model(analysis, design, develop, implement, evaluate) using an Active Tutor Program. Twelve nursing professionals and 31 nursing students(learners) evaluated the e-learning orientation program. Thirty one nursing students participated in the e-learning orientation program both on-line and off-line. Results: The e-learning orientation program consisted of 5 parts including 'Taking a lesson in gastrointestinal tract', 'Fundamental nursing skill and reading a medical chart', 'Taking a ward orientation by head nurse', 'Clinical practice with preceptors', and 'Writing for case report'. Adapting scores to clinical practicum were significantly different between pre-test and post-test(t=-5.76, p=.000). Conclusion: The e-learning orientation program of on-line and off-line has an effect on adapting to clinical practicum for nursing students.

The current methods, such as Binomial Probability Distribution or T-test, to calculate the number of samples of Precise Guided Missiles(PGMs) for test and evaluation are statistically problematic to make reasonable decisions thus use the budget efficiently. Also, the method to verify an accuracy rate of the PGMs using these old methods seems to be lack of objectiveness. This paper presents an effective, efficient solution adapted from the clinical medicine testing method of healthcare industry research, which may overcome our problems. This method considers and addresses both manufacturers' and consumers' risk simultaneously. By taking into account the weapon system project characteristics which take a relatively longer time and require higher-level budget, this approach also suggests a reasonable and feasible method to determine the amount of samples of the PGMs and making a criterion to verify an accuracy rate of the missiles that are required to test. Thus, this method is expected to contribute to acquisition and operations of high-reliability PGMs by MND and its field-users.

The purpose of this paper is that investigates the dynamic behavior characteristic of W.T.S(Wind Turbine System) and carries out the evaluation analysis during operating W.T.S. To investigate the dynamic behavior characteristic of W.T.S. the experiments to measure vibration of the blade from the attached accelerometer on the flap and edge section of the blade that is one of the most important elements of dynamic characteristic of W.T.S are performed. Natural frequency and mode shape are calculated with commercial program (STAR MODAL) using the measured vibration acceleration that receives the signal with F.F.T Analyzer from the accelerometer. For validation of these experiments. the finite element analysis is performed with commercial F.E.M Program (ANSYS) on the basis of the natural frequency and mode shape. The results indicate that experimental values have good agreements with the finite element analysis.

In this study, the effects of specimen size and side-groove on the results of the J-R test for leak-before-break (LBB) evaluation were investigated. A series of J-R tests were conducted at both RT and $316^{\circ}C$, using three different sizes of compact tension (CT) specimens machined from SA508 Gr.1a piping material: 12.7 mm-thick 1T-CT, 25.4 mm-thick 1T-CT, and 25.4 mm-thick 2T-CT with and without side-groove. The results showed that side-grooving reduced the J-R curve for all specimens and the effect of side-grooving was more significant at $316^{\circ}C$ than at RT. As the thickness of the specimens decreased and the width of the specimens increased, the J-R curve slightly decreased at RT but it increased at $316^{\circ}C$. However, the variation in the J-R curve of SA508 Gr.1a with the thickness and width of CT specimen was insignificant.
