무기체계의 사이버보안 시험평가체계 구축방안 연구 (Research for Construction Cybersecurity Test and Evaluation of Weapon System)

  • IT 기술이 발전함에 따라 군의 정보시스템은 효율적인 작전 수행 및 신속한 통신을 위해 현 IT 환경에 맞추어 발전하고 있으며, 이에 따라 네트워크 기술을 사용하는 첨단무기체계에 대한 사이버 공격 위협도 동시에 증가하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 예방 및 완화하기 위해 미국은 무기체계 개발 초기부터 전반에 걸쳐 사이버보안 시험평가체계를 적용하고 있다. 그러나 국내의 경우 사이버보안 시험평가 프로세스가 미약하여 사이버 공격에 따른 피해가 우려된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 미국과 국내 무기체계의 사이버보안 시험평가 현황을 분석하여 국내 무기체계 시험평가에 대한 문제점을 제기하고, 사이버보안 시험평가체계를 도입하는 방안을 제안한다.

세종학당 성취도 평가 응시 현황 및 결과 분석 연구 (An Analysis of the Achievement Test in the King Sejong Institute: Current Status of Applicants and their Performance)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze Language Achievement tests of King Sejong Institute which have been carried out from 2014 to 2017. Language Achievement tests of King Sejong Institute has been developed since 2014, the test is operated in 99 institutes of 46 countries now (As of first half of 2017) When this study analyzes the result of evaluation for 4 years, it was found that the number of nations enforcing the evaluation, institutes and examinees has continued its growth. In the early stage of evaluation, the examinees from Asian regions take up majority but the recent proportion of European region is getting bigger gradually. In addition, only beginner level evaluation was carried out in the early stage but recently its range is expanded to the intermediate level. This Language Achievement tests of King Sejong Institute can be utilized very valuable data which can diagnose the present and future of oversea Korean language education. In order to elevate public confidence as Korean language achievement test, this study suggested, first, increase the feedback effect of evaluation, second, establish the learning history information of examinees along with the test scores, third, conduct the training for evaluator in order to increase the validity and reliability of the evaluation, fourth, seek to utilize the results of the achievement test.

Fault Evaluation Based on Fuzzy Logic for Analog Electronic Circuits

  • In this paper, a fault evaluation method is proposed, which is to determine whether analog electronic circuits are faulty or not. In our method, evaluation characteristics of an expert test engineer are defined by means of directed graphs. By performing a multi-stage fuzzy inference based on the graphs, novice test engineers can derive a fault evaluation result satisfied by the expert. The effectiveness of our method is checked by some experiments for an amplifier circuit.

  • Needs of fuel's performance evaluation for the dual-cooled fuel pellet (annular shape) necessitate the irradiation test in the test reactor. Irradiation test rig for the HARARO reactor, which is a special-purposed equipment used for material, irradiation and creep test, must satisfy the operational requirement on the hydraulic characteristics and structural integrity. In this paper, pressure drop and flow-induced vibration test for the newly developed non-instrumented test rig were carried out using FIVPET as a out-pile evaluation test. The test results show that the new test rig satisfy the HANARO operational requirement with sufficient margin. The spectral response characteristics of the flow-induced vibration of the test rid were also discussed.

자율주행 안전성 평가 시나리오 개발 및 검증 (Development and Validation of Safety Performance Evaluation Scenarios of Autonomous Vehicle)

  • Regulation for the testing and operation of automated vehicles on public roadways has been recently developed all over the world. For example, the licensing standards and the evaluation technology for automated vehicles have been proposed in California, Nevada and EU. But specific safety evaluation scenarios for automated vehicles have not been proposed yet. This paper presents safety evaluation scenarios for extraordinary service permission of automated vehicles on highways. A total of seven scenarios are selected in consideration of safety priority and real traffic situation. Six scenarios are relevant with lane keeping and one scenario is relevant with lane change. All scenarios are developed based on existing ADAS evaluation scenarios and repeated simulation of automated vehicle algorithm. Safety evaluation factors as well as scenarios are developed. The safety factors are based on existing ADAS ISO requirements, ADAS safety factors and current traffic regulations. For the scenarios, a hunter vehicle is needed in addition to automated vehicle evaluated. The hunter vehicle performs multiple roles like preceding vehicle, cut-in vehicle and so on. The hunter vehicle is also automated vehicle equipped with high performance GPS, radar and Lidar. All the scenarios can be implemented by driving a lap on a KATRI ITS test track. These scenarios and safety evaluation factors are investigated via both a computer simulation and an experimental vehicle test on the test track. The experimental vehicle test was conducted with two automated vehicles, which are the evaluated vehicle and the hunter vehicle.

  • 다단연소사이클 엔진은 가스발생기 기반의 개방형 엔진에 비해 성능이 좋기 때문에 현재 한국형발사체사업(KSLV-II)의 후속사업의 일환으로 선행연구가 진행 중이다. 기술검증시제 명칭의 TDM0A, TDM0B를 통해 다단연소사이클 엔진의 시동 조건과 연소 특성을 이해하고, 산화제 과잉 예연소기와 연소기 개발을 위한 연소 성능 시험이 수행되었다. 시험 데이터를 토대로 엔진 형상 모델 TDM1A를 제작하여 연소 시험을 수행했으며, 주연소기 연소압 91 bar, 터보펌프 회전수 28,000 rpm의 안정적인 결과로 개발요구조건을 만족하였다. 본 논문에서는 TDM0A부터 TDM1A까지의 개발과정과 특징에 대해 논하고자 한다.

  • The stud female threads for stud bolts tend to degrade faster by high temperature over 450 C. Therefore, inspection for replacement cycle of stud bolts is used to carry out many kinds of method such as ultrasonic test(UT), magnetic test(MT), wobble test, visual test and hardness test. The visual inspection among those has been only applied for stud female threads generally and wobble test is often used to apply stud bolts. In this paper, wobble test is applied for evaluation of stud female threads on the contrary stud bolts especially. It is also applied three types of inspection method included wobble test on the two sites which is used for each other different operation cycle and three kinds of acquisition data are compared with evaluation methods. From the results, we have studied the characteristic exchanging of integrity evaluation data distribution according to using time and proposed managing method for female thread of stud on the power plants.

Ground Test and Evaluation of a Flight Control Systemfor Unmanned Aerial Vehicles

  • UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) has become one of the most popularmilitary/commercial aerial robots in the new millennium. In spite of all theadvantages that UAVs inherently have, it is not an easv job to develop a UAVbecause it requires very systematic and complete approaches in full developmentenvelop. The ground test and evaluation phase has the utmost importance in thesense that a well-developed system can be best verified on the ground. In addition,many of the aircraft crashes in the flight tests were resulted from the incompletedevelopment procedure. In this research, a verification procedure of the wholeairbome integrated system was conducted including the flight management system.An airbome flight control computer(FCC) senses the extemal environment from thepehpheral devices and sends the control signal to the actuating system using theassigned control logic and flight test strategy. A ground test station controls themission during the test while the downlink data are transferred from the flightmanagement computer using the serial communication interface. The pilot controlbox also applies additional manual actuating commands. The whole system wastested/verified on the wind-tunnel system, which gave a good pitch controlperformance with a preUspecified flight test procedure. The ground test systemguarantees the performance of fundamental functions of airbome electronic systemfor the future flight tests.

간호대학생의 평가두려움과 시험불안이 사회불안에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Fear of Evaluation, Test Anxiety, and Social Anxiety among Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 평가에 대한 두려움과 시험불안이 사회불안에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 실시한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 일개 대학교의 간호학과 학생 383명으로 2015년 6월부터 7월까지 평가에 대한 두려움, 시험불안 및 사회불안에 대해 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 조사하였다. 연구결과, 긍정적 평가에 대한 두려움, 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움 및 시험불안이 사회불안에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었고, 이들 변수는 간호대학생의 사회불안을 30% 예측 설명하였다. 간호대학생의 사회불안은 경제상태, 간호학 전공만족도, 학업스트레스에 따라 차이가 있었으며, 긍정적 평가에 대한 두려움(r=.45, p<.001), 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움(r=.29, p<.001) 및 시험불안(r=.29, p<.001)과 정 상관관계가 있었다. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 평가에 대한 두려움과 시험불안이 사회불안의 영향요인임을 검증하였다는데 의의가 있다. 간호대학생 대상의 사회불안 중재 프로그램을 개발 및 적용해 볼 것을 제안한다. 또한 간호대학생의 사회불안을 사전에 스크리닝하여 중재프로그램을 적용하는 방안도 필요하다.
