최근 국내외적으로 활발하게 전자거래가 활성화됨에 따라 많은 양의 건축 설계 정보가 디지털 포맷으로 변환되어 데이터베이스에 저장되었으나, 정보의 활용도는 초기에 기대한 것보다 활발하게 이루어지지 않고 있다. 여러 가지 이유 중 건축 정보의 용어의 표준화가 이루어지지 않아 검색이 효과적으로 이루어지지 않는 점도 포함되어 있다. 건축설계 과정에서 같은 객체에 대해 서로 다른 용어들을 사용하고 있는 경우가 많고 용어들 간의 관계도 충분히 활용되지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 건축 정보의 효과적인 검색을 위하여 용어들 간의 관계를 이용하였다. 이러한 용어들 간의 관계를 온톨로지 DB에 저장하고 검색에 활용하는 방법을 기술하고 그 프로토타입을 설명하였다.

Through the correspondence works with international electrotechnical vocabulary(IEV) in the smart grid field and power information technology field, we analyzed cases for discussion of terms and definitions in the IEV and then proposed an advanced procedure and computing system for standardization of International Electronical Committee(IEC) terminologies. The standardization procedure consists of processes for existing terminology, new terminology and correspondent terminology which have different structures. An example of the standardization work of correspondent terminology is given. The standardization computing system are based on the process for terminology extraction, terminology verification and terminology management which could provide the Wikipedia type terminology search function. In order to prevent that there exist multiple terminologies in IEV, the database search system is needed to be developed. We proposed the 'IEV_Term_Search' program which is the database search system. Terminology standardization of different technical committees(TC) and completion of the IEV to promote cooperation between TC 1 and the TCs must be followed by revision and standardization using the standardization computing system.

Through the correspondence works with IEC in the smart grid fields and power IT fields, we set up the interpretation work procedure and defined the work rule for correspondence by analyzing the work results. In addition, we suggest cases for discussion of terms and definitions in the IEC and analyze them and then propose a matrix classification system for standardization to solve the cases for discussion. The matrix classification system with 3-axes of classification has been applied to newly emerging terminologies followed by smart gird. We drew the usefulness in search of terms in application fields and showed the cases of applying the matrix classification. The IEC Electropedia classification standard is unclear and the classification is mixed with principle, application and product areas. We proposed a new working group in IEC TC1 for research on the matrix classification system and then TC 1 decided to organize a new WG titled in the "IEV structure and supporting tools".

Having examined the literatures on the terminologies. UlkyuK and Banui, the following results were obtained. 1. since Ul accompanies the symptom of dysphagia. it is thoughr ro indicate the disease and ailment in the larynx and pharynx. and the esphangus. 2. Kuyk is used in the contextof Kyuksak. Kyukjung. Bikyuk. Ulsakamnd Ulkyuk. and since it also includes the meaning of Ul. it is thought that disease and ailment in the esophagus. stomach and duodenum are included in this category. 3. Although Ul and Kyuk are differentiated. since they appear in conjunction with the other clinically. they can be refferred to as Ulkyuk. 4. Banui represents the phenomenon of vomiting. because it is oresent in a bad case of Ulkyuk. it can be seen to be included in Ulkyuk. Thus. Ulkyuk and Banui can be refferred to as one. 5.Although the name of an ailments in oriental medicine and that in the western medicine can not be in perfect match. Ulkyuk is refferred to as ailments in esophagus such as esophagitis. esophageal ulcer, esophageal deverticulum and esophageal cancer. while Banui is refferred to asailments in stomanch and duodenum such as stomach cancer. chtonic spasmic gastritis. it is reasonable to differentiate the two in general. As seen above, since the concept of the terminologies. Ulkyuk and Banui are somewhat different among Oriental medicine doctors. a consensus is needed to come up with terms that all can agree on.

세월호 침몰사고, 판교 환풍구 붕괴사고 등 재난은 점차 복합적이고 대형화되고 있다. 따라서 이러한 재난에 신속히 대응하기 위한 기관들의 협업 또한 중요해지고 있다. 다수기관 간 협업과정에서는 다양한 용어를 바탕으로 의사소통이 이루어진다. 의사소통은 '용어'를 기반으로 하므로 '용어'에 대한 중요성 또한 간과할 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 재난현장에서 사용하는 용어를 선정하여 텍스트 마이닝 및 소셜 네트워크 분석(SNA: Social Network Analysis)을 이용해 어떤 용어가 대응과정에 있어 핵심적인 용어인지를 파악해보았다. 텍스트 마이닝의 TDM을 이용하여 역문헌 빈도수를 산출해 용어와 문서 간의 관계를 알아보고, SNA를 통해 노드(용어)와 노드 사이의 관계를 파악하였다. 용어분석의 결과 표현은 용어 간의 유기적인 관계를 시각화할 수 있는 마인드맵(Mind Map)을 이용하였다. 용어는 미국의 NIMS, EMR, 그리고 우리나라의 재난 및 안전관리 기본법을 토대로 온톨로지 개념에 따라 계층적(Class, Object, Instance)으로 분류하였으며. 신문기사와 사설, 정책보고서 등의 정부 간행물에서 선정하였다. 이러한 재난대응 핵심용어의 파악은 재난현장에서 사용하는 용어를 표준화하기 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있으며, 온톨로지 개념에 따라 용어들을 계층적으로 분류하였기 때문에 재난 대응에 대한 다양한 자료들을 축적하고 검색하는데 용어의 분류체계를 활용할 수 있다. 이 밖에 사고대응 시나리오 작성 시에도 핵심용어를 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구의 목적은 남북한 가정생활분야 관련용어 가운데 아동 가족분야의 용어를 비교 고찰함으로써 통일 이후 가정생활교육의 효율성을 도모하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 남북한 용어비교를 위한 자료 수집은 북한 용어 사전, 통일부 및 정부기관 발행보고서와 관련 웹사이트, 북한의 가정생활을 주제로 한 단행본을 활용하였고, 수집된 용어는 '2015 개정 교육과정'의 고등학교 기술 가정 교과 내용체계 가운데 '인간발달과 가족'영역을 기준으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 발달영역용어가 관계영역용어보다 큰 차이를 보였으며, 발달영역 중에서는 '사랑과 결혼' '임신 중 생활과 출산'에서, 관계영역 중에서는 '자녀 돌보기'에서 큰 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 남북한 용어에서 차이를 보이는 주요 내용은 호칭관련, 혼례관련, 임신관련, 출산관련, 자녀돌봄관련 내용이었다. 셋째, 남북한 용어 차이의 주요 양상은 상이한 남북한 사회체제로 인한 차이, 말다듬기로 인한 차이, 표기법으로 인한 차이가 주를 이루었다. 본 연구는 남북한 아동 가족분야 용어 비교를 통해 통일 이후 가정생활교육의 기초자료를 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다.
