항만물류 서비스품질 차원이 고객만족도에 미치는 영향 - 인천항 컨테이너 터미널을 중심으로 - (The Relative Effects of Three Dimensions of Port Logistics Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction)

  • The main purpose of this study is to develop new measurement device of the quality of terminal service, applying the existing research output of service marketing to the specific industrial aspect of container terminal. Especially we tried to help marketing managers present the points of effective marketing strategy with each dimension of service quality. To achieve this aim, we defined the service quality demensions of container port as the following three ones; the internal, the external, and the interactive qualities. The applied measuring instruments could be divided into three dimensions by carrying out factor analysis. Additionally, by analyzing the relative effects of the three dimensions of service quality on customer satisfaction, we found that the relative importance are as follows; interaction quality>internal quality> external quality. We confirmed that the three dimensions of service quality could affect customer loyalty and information, through customer satisfaction.

인천국제공항에서 환승하는 중국인.일본인의 환승만족도에 대한 차이분석 (A Comparative Study of Satisfaction of Chinese and Japanese Transit Passengers at Incheon International Airport)

  • This paper tried to find out what the main factors are to impact on satisfaction level of transit passengers at Incheon airport. Incheon airport has made lots of transit facilities and services to attract transit passengers from neighboring airports to increase transit rate as high as advanced foreign airports such as Heathrow, Schiphol and Hong Kong. A survey was performed on 450 transit passengers resting at airport transit lounge in airside area. According to the result, it was found out to be significant factors affecting satisfaction of transit that convenience of security screening, price of duty-free product, a direction board & signage and terminal orientation among Chinese transit passengers. On the other hands, it seemed that Japanese transit passengers thought diversity of airline routes, convenient transfer flight schedule, total transit time and terminal orientation are major variables affecting their satisfaction. Considering the effect of demographic factors, Chinese passenger's satisfaction was more affected by age, travel purpose, the number of travel per year and flight destinations. However, Japanese transit passenger's satisfaction was only affected by the flight destinations, especially willing to travel to North America and Europe.

요양병원 간호사의 임종간호 스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects on Turnover Intention due to Terminal Care Stress of Nurses Working in Long-term Care Hospitals)

  • Purpose: This study was done to examine the effect on turnover intention (TI) of terminal care stress (TCS) on nurses working in long-term care hospitals (LCH). Methods: Participants were 182 nurses from 6 Seoul LCH. Data were collected from October to December, 2017. Self-report questionnaires were used to collect data on general characteristics, TCS, and TI. Results: Subjective satisfaction on the job (r=.52, p<.001), number of monthly terminal care elders (r=.16, p=.043), TCS (r=.16, p=.027), and sub-categories of TCS, 'difficulty for assigning timetable to care for terminally ill patients' (r=.17, p=.025), 'feeling a burden of caring for terminally ill patients' (r=.23, p=.002), and 'conflict with terminally patients' (r=.16, p=.034) showed statistically significant correlation with TI. Multiple regression analysis showed significant influence of subjective satisfaction with job (${\beta}=.52$, p<.001) and TCS (${\beta}=.23$, p=.001) with a 30.3% explanatory power. When sub-categories of TCS were entered, subjective satisfaction with the job (${\beta}=.50$, p<.001) and 'feeling burden of terminally ill patients' (${\beta}=.28$, p<.001) were factors significantly influencing TI with explanatory power of 32.8%. Conclusion: Findings of this study suggest that it is needed to develop standardized practice guidelines and educational programs for terminal care in LCH as well as stress healing programs for nurses.

  • 본 연구는 국제여객터미널 대합실의 환경요소와 감정, 만족 간의 영향관계에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 구조모형 검증결과 첫째, 대합실의 물리적 환경요소는 감정에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대합실의 사회적 환경요소는 감정에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 감정은 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 환경적 요소는 감정에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소이므로 장소의 특성에 따라 환경적 요소들에 대한 관리가 요구된다. 또한 환경적 요소는 감정을 매개로 만족도에 영향을 미치게 되므로 관광객들의 감정에 부정적 영향을 미치지 않도록 국제여객터미널 관련 주체는 대합실 환경에 대한 지속적인 관심과 관광객들의 이용 만족도를 향상 시킬 수 있는 환경마련에 노력해야 할 것이다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 활성화되어 있는 천안 종합버스터미널 상업지역과 침체된 천안역 상업지역의 도심환경 인식 차이에 대한 분석을 통하여 천안역 상업지역의 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 도심 환경요소를 찾는데 있다. 요인분석을 통하여 도심환경 요소들은 보행환경의 쾌적성, 상업 업무시설이용의 용이성, 도심환경의 쾌적성, 대중교통 접근성, 거리디자인(상징성) 등으로 분류되었다. 천안역 상업지역의 만족도에 상대적으로 크게 영향을 미치는 도심환경요인은 보행환경의 쾌적성과 상업 업무시설이용의 편리성인 2개 요인들인 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 향후 천안역 상업지역의 활성화를 위한 사업시행 시 보행환경이 쾌적하게 유지될 수 있도록 개선이 필요하며, 상업 업무시설인 은행이나 복합쇼핑몰 등을 효과적으로 배치할 수 있는 방안을 찾을 필요가 있다.

Burdens, Needs and Satisfaction of Terminal Cancer Patients and their Caregivers

  • Objectives: Terminal cancer patients and their caregivers often experience traumatic stress and need many types of assistance. In the present study we interviewed terminally ill cancer patients and caregivers to determine how much burden they experienced and to find out what factors are most important for satisfaction. Design: We constructed a questionnaire including overall care burden and needs experienced, and administered it to 659 terminal cancer patients and 659 important caregivers at 11 university hospitals and 1 national cancer center in Korea. Results: Finally, 481 terminal cancer patients and 381 caregivers completed the questionnaire. Care burden was not insubstantial in both and the caregiver group felt more burden than the patient group (P<0.001). While the patient group needed financial support most (39.0%), the caregiver group placed greatest emphasis on discussion about further treatment plans (44.8%). Stepwise multiple logistic regression analyses showed that in the patient group, patient's health status (OR, 2.03; 95%CI, 1.16-3.56) and burden (OR, 2.82; 95%CI, 1.76-4.50) influenced satisfaction about overall care, while in the caregiver group, high education level (OR, 1.84; 95%CI, 1.76-4.50), burden (OR, 2.94; 95%CI, 1.75-4.93) and good family function (OR, 1.94; 95%CI, 1.24-3.04) were important. Conclusions: Our study showed that burden was great in both terminal cancer patients and their caregivers and was perceived to be more severe by caregivers. Our study also showed that burden was the factor most predicting satisfaction about overall care in both groups.

부산항 컨테이너터미널의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 전략에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Strategies for the Container Terminal in Pusan)

  • This paper aims to derive the strategies for the container terminal in Pusan. So it has focused on analyzing the current conditions of Pusan container terminal while evaluating the difficulties arising from the existing facilities/equipment and the operating system in the Pusan Korea Container Terminal through the workers at the container terminal and at off-dock CY. The object of this study is to assist the existing terminals to operate the facilities/equipment reasonably and to contribute shaping the ports policy which will be the basis of constructing new ports that will remain competitive while maintaining superiority over the ports in northeast area. According to the analysis 68% of the supplier answered that their terminal services which are the most important factor in running a terminal were superior to the other while only 28% of the user answered that they thought the current services were superior. For the areas of supplementing the terminal the people working at the terminal answered in the order of business operation equipment the number of berth service and management ability while the user answered in the order of service computer system transportation system and equipment. According to the regression analysis it became clear that there should be more effort toward improving or supplementing the facility scale facility usage charge transportation facilities which will assist in developing competitiveness of the terminal. It was also noted that management ability and business ability were mentioned as the important factors in operating a terminal.

  • 본 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 주를 이루고 있는 컨테이너터미널이 아니라 벌크터미널에 초점을 맞추어 서비스품질을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 전문가집단과 브레인스토밍을 통해 속성을 정리하고, 벌크터미널을 이용하고 있는 고객이 인지하고 있는 각 속성에 대한 서비스품질을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 또한 벌크터미널을 이용하는 각 이용주체별 인식차이 비교를 통해 제공받은 서비스에 대한 속성별 만족도를 살펴본다.

  • 컨테이너 터미널에서의 선석 및 크레인 일정계획은 일정 기간 동안 입항 예정인 선박들을 대상으로 선석을 배정하고 접안 시기와 기간을 결정하며, 또한 각 선박별로 컨테이너를 싣고 내릴 크레인을 배정하되 각 크레인의 서비스 시작과 완료시간을 지정하는 전 과정을 포함한다. 이 문제는 기본적으로 다양한 제약조건을 만족해야 하는 제약만족 탐색 문제인 동시에, 각 선박의 희망 입출항 시간을 최대한 존중하면서 터미널의 운영 비용을 최소화할 수 있는 계획을 도출해야 하는 최적화 문제이기도 하다. 본 논문에서는 이 문제를 효과적으로 해결하기 위해 반복적 개선 탐색의 틀 내에서 제약만족 탐색기법을 적용하는 방안을 제시하고 있다. 실제 컨테이너 터미널에 대한 실험 결과 기존 알고리즘을 적용했을 때보다 더 좋은 계획을 수립할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

말기암 환자에 대한 간호사의 부담감과 태도 연구 (A Study of Nurses Burden and Attitude on Terminal Cancer Patients)

  • This study was to investigate the degree of the nurses' burden and the attitude on the terminal cancer patients, as well as the relationship between two variables using questionnaire. The non-randomized convenient samples were 252 nurses with the experiences in caring the terminal cancer patients more than 1year in 5 university hospitals in Seoul and Inchon city. The cross-sectional one time survey was conduced by using the modified questionnaires on the burden and the attitude on the terminal cancer patients at October, 2000. n SPSS for Window, the demographic information and the degree of the burden and the attitude of subjects were analyzed with descriptive statistics. Pearson correlation coefficiency was used to investigate the relationship between the degree of the burden and the attitude from subjects. The additional analysis were performed to examine the differences the degree of the burden and the attitude by the general characteristics of the nurses using t-test and ANOVA. The result was as follow: 1) The degree of the nurses' burden on the terminal cancer patients was the mean of 2.91 ranged from 2.08 to 3.96. 2) The degree of the nurses' attitude on the terminal cancer patients was the mean of 3.52 ranged from 1.83 to 4.68. 3) There was no significant relationship between the degree of the burden and the attitude on the terminal cancer patients(r=.08, p=.23). However, the burden and. the nursing environment among 4 aspects of the attitude showed a significantly positive relationship each other (r=.16, p=.01). 4) The degree of the nurses' burden was different by the nursing specialties (F=2.79, p=.03) and the professional perspectives on nursing(F=3.52, p=.02). 5) The degree of the nurses' attitude was different by the age(F=5.33, p=.01), the married status(t=3.93, p=.05), nursing specialties (F=7.42, p=.00), the amount clinical experience(F=2.85, p=.04), the job satisfaction (F=10.58, p=.00) and, the professional perspectives on nursing (F=6.30, p=.01).
