When decommissioning a nuclear power plant, it is difficult to make an appropriate plan to ensure sufficient space for temporary placement and conveyance operations of dismantling targets. This paper describes a system to support temporary placement and conveyance operations using augmented reality (AR). The system employs a laser range scanner to measure the three-dimensional (3D) information of the environment and a dismantling target to produce 3D surface polygon models. Then, the operator simulates temporary placement and conveyance operations using the system by manipulating the obtained 3D model of the dismantling target in the work field. Referring to the obtained 3D model of the environment, a possible collision between the dismantling target and the environment is detectable. Using AR, the collision position is presented intuitively. After field workers evaluated this system, the authors concluded that the system is feasible and acceptable to verify whether spaces for passage and temporary storage are sufficient for temporary placement and conveyance operations. For practical use in the future, some new functions must be added to improve the system. For example, it must be possible for multiple workers to use the system simultaneously by sharing the view of dismantling work.

경비업법상 경비원은 단순노무 종사자가 아닌 부족한 경찰력을 보완하고 국가중요시설, 산업시설, 공동주택 등의 경비를 전문으로 하는 보안관련 서비스 종사자이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 보안관련 서비스직인 경비업법상 경비원과 단순 노무직인 파견법상 경비원을 혼동 내지 혼용함으로써 경비원의 업무범위에 관한 논란이 끊이지 않고 있다. 경비업법상 경비원의 경우에는 엄격한 결격사유를 규정하고 있으며, 경비원 신임교육 및 직무교육을 받게 하고 있으며, 경비업자가 경비원을 배치하거나 배치를 폐지한 경우에는 관할 경찰관서장에게 신고하게 하는 등 경비원의 자격 등에 대하여 엄격한 제한을 규정하고 있다. 이는 경비업법상 경비원을 파견법상 경비원과 구분하여 전문 서비스직으로서 경비원의 직종을 인정하고자 함에 있다고 할 것이다. 따라서 경비업법상 경비원에 대하여는 경비업무 외 업무를 시켜서는 안 된다. 경비업무 외 업무를 시키고자 할 경우에는 경비업법상 도급계약을 체결할 것이 아니라 파견법상 경비원을 사용하던지 또는 고용계약에 의한 경비원을 고용하여 자체경비를 하여야 할 것이다. 이렇게 경비업법상 경비원을 전문 보안관련 서비스직으로 인정할 때 궁극적으로 경비산업 전반이 발전할 수 있을 것이다.

Sensors collect information for Internet of Things (IoT)-based services. However, indoor construction sites have a poor communication environment and many interfering elements that make it difficult to collect sensor information. In this study, a network was constructed between a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)-based IoT device based on a serverless IoT framework and a router. This experimental environment was applied to large- and small-scale indoor construction sites. Experiments were performed to test the communication performance of BLE-based IoT devices and routers at indoor construction sites. An analysis of the received signal strength indication (RSSI) graph patterns collected from the communication between the BLE-based IoT devices and routers for different testbed site situation revealed areas with good communication performance and poor communication performance due to interfering factors. The results confirmed that structural components of the building as well as the materials, equipment, and temporary facilities used in indoor construction interfere with the communication performance. Construction project managers will require improved technical knowledge of IoT, such as optimizing the router placement and matching communication between the router and workers, to improve the communication performance for large-scale indoor construction.

목적 : 본 연구는 2011년부터 2018년까지의 작업치료사 채용공고를 분석하여 작업치료사 구직 시장을 파악하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 국내 작업치료사 국가시험 응시 및 합격 현황과 작업치료 포털사이트(오티브레인)에 게시된 총 15,869건의 작업치료사 채용 공고를 수집하여 지역, 고용형태, 급여수준, 채용시기, 채용분야를 기준으로 작업치료사 구직 시장을 분석하였다. 결과 : 연도별 작업치료사 전체 채용공고 건수는 국가시험 합격인원보다 평균 544건 높게 나타났으며, 서울과 경기지역에 채용공고가 집중된 것으로 확인되었다. 고용형태의 경우 연도별 정규직 채용비율이 감소추세를 보였으나, 비정규직 채용비율은 증가추세로 나타났다. 급여수준은 연봉 2,000만원 이상 2,500만원 이하의 수준이 가장 높았고, 채용분야는 성인 및 노인분야 공고가 아동분야 공고보다 약 4.6배 이상 많은 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 : 본 연구는 작업치료사 구직시장을 파악하기 위한 기초자료로써 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
