The increase of meteorological uncertainty and unstable fluctuation of its behavior due to the global warming affect the temporal variation and spatial distribution of water resources and water use patterns in agriculture. There have been steady efforts to understand hydrological components and deal with such water related problems. This paper reviews firstly, the future effect of water resources due to climate changes, secondly, recent progress for precipitation, evapotranspiration, soil moisture, and thirdly, GIS/RS based integrated information systems conducted by both researchers and government ministries. There should be continuous studies and investments to cope with climate changes, and to accomplish sustainable development with the help of agricultural water resources. Some research topics were suggested to attempt with substantial contents considering our present capability and situation.

This note summarizes the application of zooplankton indices for water quality management and estimation based on main research topics of articles focusing on wetland ecosystems, topics that are remained poorly investigated in S. Korea. The aquatic ecosystem-based consists of indices that respond to different target environmental factors, including environmental disturbance. Among the major indicator species and biota, we reviewed that management strategy for the wetland environment has to be focused more on small-sizes, in terms of zooplankton ecology and indices. The ecology of zooplankton communities in freshwater ecosystem has been the focus of an increasing number of studies since 2019, and considerable progress has been made in understanding the major mechanisms involved in regulating their abundance, diversity and spatio-temporal patterns. Even though studies on the freshwater ecosystem in Korea have a long history, a few of studies on zooplankton biota were conducted at wetlands. We suggested the candidate zooplankton indices proposed by the U.S. EPA and EU to suit Korean conditions. In the step of selecting metrics, the best available metrics are species-related variables, such as composition and abundance, as well as richness and diversity. Overall, in spite of several limitations, the development of a plankton-based multivariate assessment method in Korea wetlands is possible using mostly field research data. Later, it could be improved based on qualitative metrics on zooplankton, and with the emergence of further survey data. The present information can be used as basic information for researchers who are dealing with aquatic environments and its interaction with organisms.

최근 실시간으로 생성되는 대용량의 SNS 데이터로부터 유의미한 정보를 찾아내고 분석하는 것이 중요해지면서 핫 토픽 예측에 대한 관심도 크게 증가하고 있다. 기존 핫 토픽 검출 기법은 시간적 속성을 고려하지 않기 때문에 빠르게 변화하는 사회에서 이슈화되는 핫 토픽을 예측하기에는 부적합하다. 본 논문에서는 소셜 네트워크 환경에서 변형된 TF-IDF를 통한 핫 토픽 예측 기법을 제안한다. 변형된 TF-IDF을 이용하여 과거의 IDF 값에 대한 현재의 IDF값의 비율로 순간적으로 이슈화되는 후보 키워드 집합을 추출한다. 추출된 후보 키워드에 사용자의 영향력과 전문성을 고려한 가중치를 부여하여 핫 토픽예측 지수를 계산한다. 제안하는 기법의 우수성을 보이기 위해 기존의 핫 토픽 검출 기법과의 성능평가를 수행한다. 또한 제안하는 기법이 핫 토픽을 정확히 예측하는지를 보이기 위해 네이버 한글 뉴스 기사를 통한 핫 토픽 예측 기법의 질을 평가한다.

In this paper, we investigate various factors that are relevant to design and implementation of an integrated management system for various speech corpora. The purpose of this paper is to manage an integrated management system for various kinds of speech corpora necessary for speech research and speech corpora consrtructed in different data formats. In addition, ways are considered to allow users to search with effect for speech corpora that meet various conditions which they want, and to allow them to add with ease corpora that are constructed newly. In order to achieve this goal, we design a global schema for an integrated management of new additional information without changing old speech corpora, and construct a web-based integrated management system based on the scheme that can be accessed without any temporal and spatial restrictions. And we show the steps by which these can be implemented, and describe related future study topics, examining the system.

Risk has been considered as one of very important topics in traditional consumer behavior theoretically and practically since its tendency of minimizing errors rather than maximizing utilization in addition to its intuitive appealing with very high explaining power. In addition to a traditional view of risk, importance of risk in online transactions such as Internet banking is due to technical instability in security of the Internet as well as temporal and spatial separation of transaction partners. Therefore, risk in online transactions should be analyzed by a very comprehensive way since it is very inherent in the Internet. The objective of this study is to suggest a research model for explaining the use of online transactions in some risk related variables including risk results, security result, perceived security, and social influence and show its validity by applying it to Internet banking users. In result, hypotheses suggested by our research model are shown to be valid ones.

Purpose - In recent, a research finds that advanced selling can influence a consumer's choice(Kim et al., 2013). Advanced selling is defined as the new product launching strategy which company allows consumers to preorder new product before its release(Chu & Zhang, 2011). Prior researches have focused on the benefits of advanced selling(e.g., information gathering for demand prediction, an advantage for pricing strategy, and so on) for companies using this strategy(Chen, 2001; Chu & Zhang, 2011; Li & Zhang, 2013; Tang et al., 2004; Xie & Shugan, 2009). However, Kim et al.(2013) find it can also influence a consumer's choice. In detail, they suggest that when consumers use advanced selling, they are likely to prefer high-performance options rather than low-price options based on construal level theory(Trope & Liberman, 2003). In this paper, we tried to expand the prior researches for finding the mechanism of the influence of advanced selling on a consumer's choice. The purpose of this research is to test the mediating effect on the influence of advanced selling. Research design, data, and methodology - To find the mechanism of the influence of advanced selling, we designed an experiment for testing mediation effect. we recruited 93 students from a university. We assigned participants into one of two groups using randomization method. The participants with each group were given a scenario describing the sales strategy. Finally, they made a choice between high-performance option and low-price option. Sequentially, they also responded some questions for testing mediation effect. Results - First, we replicated prior research to test the influence of advanced selling. As a result, we could find that consumers prefer the high-performance option when they preorder it to purchase at the time of consumption. Thus, the replication result is the same as prior research. Second, we tested that advanced selling can influence the perception of temporal distance. The results confirmed that consumers perceived longer temporal distance in advanced selling condition(β = 1.575, SE = 0.272, p < 0.001). Third, we predicted that temporal distance can increase the importance of desirable attributes and decrease the importance of feasible attributes. The results suggested that temporal distance decreased significantly the importance of attributes related to feasibility(β = -0.19, SE = 0.07, p < 0.01), however, it had non-significant effect on increasing the importance of desirable attributes. Finally, we used Sobel-test for testing mediation effect, and it confirmed that the importance of feasible attributes had mediating role of the influence of advanced selling(Sobel test statistic = -2.110, SE = 0.111, p < 0.05). Conclusions - In this paper, we tried to find the mechanism of the influence on advanced selling from a consumer's choice. With an experiment, we confirmed that the importance of feasible attributes could mediate the effect on advanced selling. Therefore, we suggested some theoretical and practical contributions from this research. Finally, we discussed research limitations and suggested future research topics.

1980년대 이후 음악과 학습에 관한 많은 연구들은 다양한 학습 기술에 필요한 인지기술의 영역에 대한 음악의 효과성을 계속해서 입증해 오고 있다. 음악과 학습에 관한 많은 연구들은 주로 음악의 인지기술과 학습의 세부적 기술들을 개별적으로 연관 지어 다루고 있으며, 음악이 비음악적 능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지에 관심을 두고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 인지 학습기술과 음악적 인지기술과의 상관관계를 설명하고 있는 다양한 이론 및 연구들을 소개하고, 이를 통해 음악이 비음악적 능력 중 학습 기술에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 정리해 보고자 하였다. 먼저 음악적 능력과 공간 지각력과의 상관관계를 설명하는 두 가지 이론으로서, "신경적 연계성(neural theories)" 이론과 "근접적 전이(near transfer)" 이론에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 음악적 기술과 공간적 기술을 담당하는 대뇌의 신경망 구조에서 음악 정보를 처리하는 과정이 어떻게 공간적-시간적 정보처리 과정과 연계되는 지를 설명하였다. 또한 음악이 학습과정에 필요한 주의력, 관찰력, 독립적 사고, 문제해결력, 비판적 사고 등을 강화시킨다고 제안하는 "동기이론"을 소개하였다. 이러한 이론들에 근거하여 음악과 학습기술과의 상관관계를 메타분석한 연구들을 살펴보았다. 많은 연구들이 음악기술과 학습기술의 상관관계는 물론 유의미한 인과 관계가 있음을 보여주었으며 이러한 결과들은 음악적 훈련 과정에서 습득되는 음악의 공간적, 시간적 개념이 학습기술에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 점을 지지한다. 다양한 학습기술에서도 공간 지각 능력을 주로 사용하는 수학과 읽기에 관한 연구가 많았는데, 특히 수학적 개념 중에서 분수나 집합 개념과 같은 추상적 개념들이 가장 높은 상관관계가 있었으며 읽기 능력에서는 시간적 개념에 근거한 단어 나열, 문자로 상징된 언어를 해석(decode)하는 기술이 강화된다는 점을 보여주었다. 음악과 학습과의 관계를 설명한 많은 연구들은 음악의 지각인지 기술이 다른 학습 분야에 전이된다는 사실을 이론적으로 지지하며, 또한 이러한 현상을 설명하는 세 가지 가설은 구조화된 음악활동이 학습 현장에 있는 아동들에게 효율적인 치료 교육적 개입이 될 수 있다는 근거를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

최근 개인 정보 유출 사건이 빈번히 발생하고 빈도가 갈수록 증가하는 추세이지만, 개인 정보 유출 사건에 대한 사회나 정보주체인 시민들의 반응은 크게 대두되고 있지 않다. 또한, 개인 정보 유출 사건들에 대한 정보 주체의 반응을 여러 해 기간동안의 데이터에 기반하여 비교하는 연구는 많이 수행되어 있지 않다. 따라서, 본 연구는 2014년 1월부터 2022년 10월까지 국내에서 발생한 주요 개인정보 유출 사건들에 대한 정보주체의 소셜미디어 반응 변화를 분석하였다. 각 사건들이 발생한 직후 일주일간의 기간 동안 네이버 블로그에 작성된 총 1,317건의 포스팅을 수집하였다. 이 포스팅들에 대해 LDA 토픽 모델링 기법을 적용하여 주제를 분석한 결과, 개인정보 유출, 해킹, 정보기술 등 5개의 주요 토픽이 도출되었다. 토픽 분포의 시간변화를 분석한 결과, 개인정보 유출 사건 직후에는 해당 사건에 대한 직접적인 언급 토픽의 비중이 가장 높았으나, 시간이 지나면서 개인정보 유출과 간접적으로 관련된 토픽의 언급 비중이 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. 이는 개인정보 유출 사건 발생 후 정보주체의 관심이 시간이 지남에 따라 해당 사건에서 벗어나 관련 토픽으로 옮겨지고, 개인정보 보호에 대한 관심 또한 줄어든다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 개인정보 유출 사건 이후 정보주체의 프라이버시 인식 변화에 대한 연구의 필요성을 시사한다.

Objectives : The aim of this study is to introduce pain measurement tools that are considered suitable for clinical practice and research for Korean Medicine Doctors. Methods : We analysed some widely used and also useful pain measurement tools in terms of their methods and dimensions. Results : Diagrams, scales and questions are usually used to measure pain intensity, temporal pattern, treatment including exacerbating and/or relieving factors, pain location, pain interference, pain quality, pain affect, pain duration, pain beliefs and pain history. Specific pain measurements are also available for specific conditions such as Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index, Oswestry Disability Index and Neck Disability Index. Conclusions : Faces Pain Rating Scale, numeric rating scale, visual analogue scale, McGill Pain Questionnaire and Brief Pain Inventory and commonly used pain measurements. Specific measurements should be considered depending on research topics.

Change detection using aerial and satellite images is one of the important research topics in photogrammetry and image interpretation. It is of particular importance especially in the fields of military, political and administrative affairs. When there is a need to detect changes in multi-temporal images, the most efficient methods for change detection and thresholds of change/no change area need to be chosen. Also, the images obtained from the various methods need to be analyzed. To do so, we need a system that can support our decision making process. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the Decision Support System for Change Detection. This system is composed of Data Base, Model Base and Graphic User Interface(GUI). Data base is a compilation of previous change detection results, and Model Base comprise of numerous operations. The data can be input and have the results of change detection analyzed by using GUI. In this paper, we will explain the entire operation of the system and demonstrate the level of its effectiveness.
