드론을 활용한 교면포장 품질관리 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Quality Control Plan for Bridge Pavement using drones)

  • 국내에서는 4차 산업혁명의 핵심기술인 드론 등을 이용하여 사회기반시설(SOC)를 디지털화하는 한국판뉴딜 정책을 추진 중에 있고, 국외에서도 열화상카메라 등 융복합센서를 드론에 탑재하여 다양한 산업 분야에서 활용하는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고속도로 교면포장 공사에서 포장 품질을 개선하기 위하여 드론에 열화상 카메라를 탑재하여 포장 작업 구간에 대한 온도 측정 및 검증을 수행하였다. 기존의 방식인 레이저 온도계를 활용한다면 포장 온도를 부분적으로만 측정이 가능하지만, 제안된 방식을 활용하면 포장 작업 구간 전체에 대한 실시간 온도 모니터링 뿐 아니라 온도 분포 확인을 통한 균일성 검증이 가능한 것을 확인하였다. 제안된 방식을 현장에 적용한다면 도로 개방 시기(포장 표면온도≦40℃)에 대한 오판의 가능성을 낮춰줌에 따라 고속도로 포장 품질관리 제고 및 신속한 교통 개방 시기 결정이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

화력발전소의 과열기증기의 온도제어 (Temperature Control of Superheater Steam in Thermal Power Plant)

  • The superheater in the thermal power plant makes the wet steam into the dry steam with high temperature and high pressure by using the boiler heat. The dry steam pressure rotates the turbine-generator system. The efficiency and life time of the boiler heavily depends on the steam temperature regulation. The steam temperature can be deviated from the reference by the MW demand of the power plant. It is therefore required that the PI(proportional-integral) controller should be robust against the disturbance such as the MW demand. In this paper, the PI controller with the integral state predictor is proposed and applied to regulate the steam temperature of the superheater, and it is compared with the conventional PI controller operated in the thermal power plant in view of control performance.

HACCP을 적용하여 생산한 김밥의 유통기한 설정 (Determining Kimbab Shelf-life with a HACCP System)

  • This study was conducted to estimate the shelf-life of Kimbab manufactured using a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP). We performed a microbiological verification after applying the HACCP plan to Kimbab. Additionally, the shelf-life of Kimbab at each holding temperature was calculated as a regression equation between the aerobic plate counts and holding time during the storage period. The critical control points of the HACCP plan, that were applied to Kimbab, included: cold-holding of refrigerated foods, checking the endpoint cooking temperature of heated food, and cold-holding of cooked foods. As a result of the microbiological verification of Kimbab, the aerobic plate counts averaged 3.46 log CFU/g. In contrast, the coliforms, E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Salmonella spp. were not detected in any of the samples. The estimated shelf-life of Kimbab was calculated to be 45 hours at $10^{\circ}C$, 29 hours at $15^{\circ}C$, 6 hours at $25^{\circ}C$ and 3 hours at $35^{\circ}C$. In conclusion, manufacturers should apply a prerequisite program and a HACCP system for a safe consumption of ready-to-eat foods and label products with a proper shelf-life. Distributors should control the proper holding time-temperature until sale and consumers should eat immediately after purchasing ready-to-eat foods.

대학급식에서 제공되는 통도라지 무침의 미생물학적 위해분석과 표준레시피 작성 (Microbiological Hazard Analysis and Preparation of Standard Recipe for Bellflower Roots with Seasonings Served in a University Foodservice Operation)

  • This study was intended to suggest HACCP-based standard recipe for bellflower roots, classified as no thermal cooking process, served in a university foodservice operation. The time-temperature and microbial contamination level in each cooking step were analyzed. The temperatures of bellflower root, peeled garlic and green onion at receiving were at 13.8$\pm$2.8, 12.6$\pm$2.9 and 13.7$\pm$$0.8^\circC$ respectively, which were above the temperature limit. The time consumed for pre-preparation was up to 90 min at room temperature having high microbial growth potential. The levels of total plate counts (TPC) of bellflower root and garlic were over the limit of $10^6$ CFU/g as were the numbers of coliforms in bellflower roots. There were no microbial reductions in pre-preparation and cooking, which resulted in over $10^5$- $10^6$ CFU/g of TPC at service step. Two CCPs identified were washing/sanitation at pre-preparation and service steps. The control measures were washing/sanitation and temperature control. It was verified that CCPs for no cooking process developed in preceding studies were applicable for the microbiological food safety of this menu item. The HACCP-based standard recipe was developed to produce a quantity for 100 servings by observing the critical limits established for CCPs. These results suggest that the selection of proper provider is imperative to control the microbial contamination of raw materials at purchasing step. Also, the sanitary education program should be developed for the employees to understand and comply the HACCP plan and standard recipe.

산악지역 소규모하수처리시설의 특성 및 동절기 운영방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Small-scale Sewage Treatment Plants in Mountain Area and Operation Plan for Winter Season)

  • 소규모 하수처리장의 경우 유입수량의 변동폭이 크고 하수관거 노후화로 인한 불명수 유입 등에 의해 하수처리 운영이 어려운 것으로 보고되고 있다. 특히, 동절기 수온저하로 인한 전반적인 운영문제가 많아 본 연구에서는 산악지역에 위치한 소규모 하수처리시설의 운영현황과 온도에 따른 수질변화를 분석하였다. BOD, COD, SS의 경우 온도에 따라 방류수 수질 농도가 크게 변화하는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 COD가 많은 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 한시적으로 동절기 수온 저하 대책을 적용하고자 생물반응조 수위를 0.4m 상승시켰으며, 생물반응조 덮개를 설치하고 운영하였을 때 결과를 비교 분석한 결과 유의미한 개선효과가 발생하였다. 이외 동절기 생물반응조 처리효율 저하에 대한 개선방안을 생물반응조 체류시간 연장하는 방안으로 생물반응조 규격을 확대하는 방안, 유량조정조를 신설하고 외부반송하는 방안, 무산소에 산기장치를 설치하여 동절기 비상시 호기조로 사용하는 개선방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구결과는 동절기 소규모 하수처리시설 운영방안에 대한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

전남지방 전통주택 하절기와 동절기의 온습도 평가에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Temperature and Humidity Evaluation in the Summer and Winter Season of the Korean Traditional Houses in Chonnam Province)

  • Korean Traditional houses has been evolved and developed in many years, adopting the natural environment to control exterior conditions. These control method are various passive system of using natural materials, considering micro climate, building lay out, and these system are more natural and ecological to make the comfortable indoor climate than active systems of the present houses. This study aims to analyzed control performance of outdoor environment of five Korean traditional houses during the summer and winter. These houses are varied with lay out and floor plan to reflect the way of control for environmental condition, surveyed the reverberation time and sound level difference between rooms of the main living room and other main floored room, master room and kitchen. Especially air temperature and humidity have been measured simultaneously in each rooms to compare with outdoor condition. As a result, the variation of air temperature and humidity of most rooms are considerably static while condition of outdoors are much varied, it is showed that indoor climate has been controled with traditional soiled walls.

  • Even though efficiency of coal-fired power plant is proportional to operating temperature, increasement of operating temperature is limited by a technological level of each power plant components. It is an alternative plan to increase operating pressure up to ultra super critical point for efficiency enhancement. It is difficult to control in that pressure within safety guideline that many unexpected phenomena are happen because that region is highly nonlinear region. In this paper, Advanced process control algorithm, ARX and Fuzzifier, is introduced. Then power plant control logics applied Unit Step Optimizer, which is combination of ARX and Fuzzifier are proposed. Its performance is tested and analyzed with design guide line.

  • Recently, frost damage of storage tank for admixture agent caused by low temperature in winter and quality deterioration of admixture agent ofen happened. But, many problems are caused because of no applicable regulations of admixture agent facility and so on. Therefore, this study presents the reference data about using and quality control of admixture agent in practice and the judgement data about working out a counter plan of suitable heat insulation of injecion equipment of admixture agent exposed at outside in winter by measuring the freezing point of admixture agent for concrete.

  • Mass concreting in cold weather environment should be focused on the control of thermal crack caused by high hydration heat rather than curing method for protecting from frost damage at early age because the thermal stress have much influence on the quality of structure placed in cold weather. Therefore, in this paper, the control of thermal crack of mass concrete in cold weather environment are dealt with preparing the practice plan for mass concrete and placing the concrete according to the plactice plan. According to the results, we can obtain good quality mass concrete without thermal crack caused by the difference of temperature between inner part and outer part.

전남지방 전통주택의 하절기 온습도 측정 및 주관평가에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Thermal Environmental Measurements and Subjective Reponses in Summer Season for the Korean Traditional Houses in Chonnam Province)

  • This study aims to analyzed thermal comfort characteristics and subject response for thermal environment of Korean traditional houses.. The air temperature and humidity in the living area of the residence were measured in during a day. And the subject response were surveyed to evaluate of controling the thermal environment factor (temperature, humidity, comfort) of the korean traditional houses. As a result, the variation of air temperature and humidity of most rooms are considerably static while condition of outdoors are much varied, it is showed that indoor climate has been controled with traditional soiled walls. And environmental control for the air temperature and humidity is estimated considerably satisfactory.
