As well as the development of the measurement of service quality, various kinds of service measurements are also being developed. Especially the mobile telecommunication service being representative to the mobile telecommunication company would be the mostly developed area. Its development can be understood along with the development of the telecommunication companies as well as cellular companies, not only the service alone. It is a differentiated phenomenon in the current research, such as the organic influence between the service quality and product. Of course there are such products placed on sale and enjoyed the common service, but at present there is another case that the product is on the market exclusively with the mobile company in here. This paper make a suggestion about process to improve how to make a new product include of customers view. So. This paper was using the QFD and AHP.

In this paper we consider an M/G/1 queue where the server of the system has a vacation time and the service policy is limited-1. In this system, upon termination of a vacation the server returns to the queue and serves at most one message in the queue before taking another vacation. We consider two models. In the first, if the sever finds the queue empty at the end of a cacation, then the sever immediately takes another vacation. In the second model, if no message have arrived during a vacation, the sever waits for the first arrival to serve. The analysis of this system is particularly useful for a priority class polling system. We derive Laplace-Stieltjes transforms of the waiting time for both models, and compare their mean waiting times.

Falls are one of the most concerned accidents for elderly people and often result in serious physical and psychological consequences. Many researchers have studied fall detection techniques in various domain, however none released to a commercial product satisfying user requirements. We present a systematic modeling and evaluating procedure for best classification performance and then do experiments for comparing the performance of six procedures to get a statistical classifier based wrist-type fall detector to prevent dangerous consequences from falls. Even though the wrist may be the most difficult measurement location on the body to discern a fall event, the proposed feature deduction process and fall classification procedures shows positive results by using data sets of fall and general activity as two classes.

Innovation on digital compression technology, high speed networking technology, digital broadcasting technology and distributed processing technology provides new interactive multimedia service that integrates telecommunication, broadcasting, and computer application. To meet the new trends, we focus our research direction to integrate the telecommunication services and the broadcasting services. For this purpose, we designed and implemented an interactive multimedia service platform based on the DAVIC specification. Our research results in the development of integrated interactive services and its experience will be feedback to the field trial service that will be launched from next year. In this paper, we will describe the overall architecture and system implementation results of the interactive multimedia service platform.

최근 모바일환경에서 영상검색을 위한 연구가 활발히 진행됨에 따라 MPEG에서도 국제표준을 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 모바일의 제한된 성능환경과 외부적인 실외환경변화에 강인한 알고리즘개발이 시급하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다양한 환경변화에 강인한 영상검색 알고리즘을 개발하기 위하여 기존의 영상검색으로 많이 사용되고 있는 SIFT와 SURF 알고리즘의 성능을 분석하고자 한다. 실험에 사용된 데이터베이스는 MPEG에서 표준영상으로 채택된 ETRI dataset을 이용하였다. 실험결과， 기존의 알고리즘은 특징점 검출과 그 서술자가 서로 의존적임을 알 수 있었다.

RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) 시스템은 유비쿼터스 사회를 만들어 가기 위한 핵심 기술로서 기초기반 기술 및 사회기반 기술의 정비가 진행되어 가고 있으며, 우리나라에서도 IT839 전략의 신성장 동력의 하나로 추진되고 있다. 하지만 RFID에 대한 보안 문제로 인하여 적용 범위와 시기에 대하여 논란이 일고 있다. RFID 시스템은 정보 유출의 위험성을 내포하고 있으며, 개인의 위치 추적이나, 비접근 권한자의 위장행세 등의 사용자 프라이버시 보호에 대한 많은 문제점들을 수반한다. 본 논문에서는 리더와 태그간의 통신에서 태그 고유 ID를 사용하지 않고 리더로부터 사용할 임의 ID를 할당받아 통신을 수행함으로써 프라이버시를 보호할 수 있는 보안 프로토콜을 제안하고 있다.

최근 휴대용 컴퓨터와 무선통신 기술의 발달로 설치 장소에 관계없이 이동 컴퓨팅 환경에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 현재 무선망에서는 핸드오버시 이동 단말과의 연결 끊김으로 인한 데이터 손실 및 처리율의 저하를 가져온다. 본 논문에서는 QoS 보장을 위한 핸드오버 모델 기능 및 수행절차를 분석하고, 시뮬레이션을 통한 무선망에서의 성능 분석을 수행하였다.

IPTV 서비스는 사업자별로 구성되어 있는 폐쇄적 서비스망에서 VoD 및 방송서비스를 특징으로 하였다. 사업자별 폐쇄성은 사용자의 이용환경의 제약뿐만 아니라 서비스 자원의 이용효율성을 저하시킴으로써, 중복투자 등의 비용적인 부담을 초래하게 되었다. 또한, 다양한 유무선 단말의 수용과 사용자 특성을 고려한 다양한 서비스의 제공요구는 사업자간 또는 서비스 제공자간의 서비스 자원의 상호 공유의 동기를 부여하게 되었다. 이에 본 논문은 오픈 IPTV 서비스 플랫폼에서 제공하는 다양한 서비스 요소들을 융합하여 새로운 융합서비스를 생성하고 제공하는 일련의 구조에 대해 연구하였다. 본 논문에서는 주문형 비디오 서비스를 융합서비스의 예로 삼았으며, 주문형 비디오 서비스를 제공함에 있어, 사용자의 주어진 특성(예를들면, 성별, 연령대 등)에 따른 콘텐츠의 추천을 확장하여, 사용자의 사회적 성향을 반영함으로써, 성별, 연령대에 따른 획일적인 콘텐츠 제공을 극복하고 사용자의 개별적인 성향을 반영하는 콘텐츠 제공방법을 연구하였다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the thermal environment of present state and energy consumption and to verify the improvement of energy performance applying free cooling in 5ESS-2000 telecommunication equipment room. Analysis program is used the DOE-2.1E and commercial CFD code, Star-CD. The results of the simulation show that free cooling could reduce 42.1% of cooling energy, increase 48.5% of heating energy because introduced outdoor air must heating and humidification. Therefore free cooling could reduce yearly 34,609.9 kWh of heating and cooling energy and this is reaching to 21.6% of total energy.
