In this study, we realized the broadband home gateway system of dual mode based upon EDR 2~3Mbps transmission speed and 300Mbps of 802.11n, In broadcasting and telecommunication convergence networks to deliver multimedia services, high-quality home. The bluetooth module is designed to use general low rate data speed service and the 802.11n module also is designed to use high rate speed service at various home network situation. The dual mode home gateway system, bluetooth and 802.l1n module, is well realized for many specification such as emission power, spurious power, impedance matching, frequency channel test.

A $2{\mu}m$ CMOS P-well double metal technology has been developed. Phosphorus deep implantation and drive-in diffusion steps were utilized to prevent the low voltage bulk punch through in the short channel, 1.6[${\mu}m$] Leff, PMOS device. Double metal process with the rules of 5[${\mu}m$] 1st metal pitch and 7[${\mu}m$] 2nd metal pitch was successfully implemented by using VLTO, low temperature oxide, as on intermetal dielectric.

동영상 검색 및 관리 기술의 필요성 증가에 따라 동영상 검색 기법들이 제안되고 있으며, 특히 내용 기반 검색 기법에 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 내용 기반 요소중의 하나인 카메라 동작 검출을 위한 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 영상의 평균값을 이용하여 제작된 투영 영상상에서 추출된 edge 의 방향 성분으로 구성된 optical flow 에 따라 적절한 카메라 동작을 검출한다. 효과적인 카메라 동작 요소 검출을 위하여 평균값으로 구성된 투영 영상을 검출하고자 하는 카메라 동작 요소에 따라 달리 제작한다. 투영 영상은 전체적인 영상에 대하여 제작하는 방법과 sub-block 으로 나눈 영상에 따라 각 블록별로 제작하는 방법으로 나누어진다.

특징 추출은 입력 데이터를 인식이 더 잘 될 수 있도록 변환된 영역의 특징 벡터로 변환하는 과정으로 볼 수 있다. 특징벡터가 갖추어야 할 주요 특성은 손실되는 정보량이 가능한 적어야 된다는 것이다. 또한, 높은 인식률을 얻기 위해서, 동일 클래스에 포함된 특징 벡터의 편차는 적도록 만들어야 한다. 본 논문에서는, 방향각 누적 특징을 기반으로 개발된 몇 가지 새로운 특징을 필기 숫자 인식에 적용하였다. 특징을 추출하기 위하여 입력된 이진 영상의 비선형 정규화, 영상의 크기에 의한 특징 정규화, 영상의 전경 영역에 의한 특징 정규화 등의 여러 가지 방법이 적용되었다. 실제 우편물에서 추출된 필기 숫자 데이터베이스를 실험에 사용하였으며, 제안된 방법이 필기 숫자 인식에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있다는 것을 결과에서 보여주고 있다.

본 논문에서는 비디오 압축에 이용되는 블록 기반 움직임 예측을 위하여 육각 패턴을 이용한 블록 정합 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 기존의 3$\times$3 패턴을 이용한 BBGDS 알고리즘과 유사하게 계산 속도의 향상과 더불어 좀 더 강인한 움직임 예측을 할 수 있도록 패턴을 설계하였다. 제안하는 알고리즘을 바탕으로 적은 양의 탐색점(Search Point)을 이용하면서 확장된 탐색 영역(Search Area)을 이용할 수 있다. 제안한 알고리즘의 성능과 계산 속도의 향상이 실험 결과로 보여 진다.

In this paper, impedance characteristics of overhead medium-voltage (MV) power lines is reported for power line communication (PLC) over an MV power line network. For analysis, a two-port equivalent network model of MV power lines is derived. By applying the transmission line theory, reflection behavior and impedance of power lines are investigated. For verification, impedance of power lines is measured at a test field for an MV PLC. The results show that impedance of MV power lines is between $200{\Omega}$ and $300{\Omega}$ and converges to a half of their characteristic impedance.

본 논문은 ARM7TDMI 칩을 사용하여 전광판 시스템을 설계하고 자체적인 한글 입출력 처리가 가능하도록 하였다. 그리고 사용자가 원하는 표출문구의 입력, 편집을 쉽고 편리하게 할 수 있는 여러가지 형태의 입력방법에 대해 연구하였다. 기본적으로 PC에 의한 유/무선 문구입력과 PDA에 의한 유무선 문구입력이 가능하게 하였다. 또한 LINUX OS가 포팅 된 PXA255프로세서 기반의 임베디드 보드에서 Graphic Library인 QT/Embedded 2.3.7을 터치패널사용이 가능하도록 포팅 하여 원격지의 전광판에 문구를 이더넷 통신방법에 의해 쉽게 바꿀 수 있게 하였으며 인터넷상에 링크되어있는 유용한 정보를 전광판에서 실시간적으로 볼 수 있도록 하였다.

Recently, web services concept is rapidly rising as new solution to solve the integration problem among heterogeneous application systems . This web servic es concept is adaptable in the field of 4S application systems integration that handles the spatial information of GIS, SIIS, GNSS and ITS. So, this paper suggests a new 4S web services model for the infrastructures of nationwide spatial clearinghouse, which is mainly based on the OGC and W3C web services specifications. Conclusively, this proposed model that could serve various spatial data and services has some advantages of being flexibly and powerfully capable of integrating the 4S application systems owing to adapting the international standard specifications of OGC and W3C.

Recently, loosely-coupled systems are widely used for distributed computing environment. We develop a web GIS server who conforms to the international standards developed by the Open GIS Consortium (OGC), such as web feature service (WFS) implementation specification, Geography Markup Language (GML) implementation specification, and the simple features specification for OLE/COM. The web GIS server provides interoperable access of spatial data among data formats in the distributed environment.

Recently, there has been rising concerns to integrate and connect a developed spatial information services without consideration of location in the heterogeneous distributed environment. The Open GIS Consortium provides system architecture model related to open web service for spatial information. This paper discusses the issues related to the web service framework for spatial information services using standards of Open GIS Consortium. In particular, we concentrate upon the WRS that support the runtime discovery and evaluation of resources. The technology for integration of spatial information services is expected to get synergy effect and overcomes limit of individual development of each spatial information technology. Also this system provides the interoperability and the reusability and prevents the duplication development of system.
