People feel gloomy or delightfulness psychologically according to characteristic of the music when they listened the music. this effect called acoustic psychology effect. In this paper we have analyzed the music felt with gloomy or delightfulness in spectrum to find out characteristic of that music.

The goal of telecommunication may be to enable the participants in distant places to communicate with each other in an environment as if they were in the same room. This paper introduces the reason why realistic audio display is useful in telecommunication, reviews some approaches to its implementation, and proposes an audio teleconference model which realizes a two-way telecommunication with realistic sensations using binaural and auralization techniques.

The objective of this paper is to help organizations select a suitable telecommunications media and dynamic route guidance system (DRGS) for an intelligent transport system (ITS) taking into account both cost and functionality. The media selection criteria and wireless communications for an ITS are discussed along with various DRGS. We describe which kind of telecommunication media and DRGS are suitable. The strategy of an ITS in Korea is described in regards to telecommunication media and DRGS.

본 논문은 현재 사용되는 라우팅 프로토콜을 이용하여 MPLS망에서 다중 LSP를 설정할 수 있도록 CLSR을 정의하고, CLSR을 이용하여 트래픽을 분산시킬 수 있는 방안을 제안했다. 이 방식을 통하여 MPLS망의 전체 Throughput을 향상시킬 수 있으며, fast rerouting에서 재 라우팅 되는 플로우가 입구 LSR을 거쳐야 하는 단점을 보완함으로써 기존의 fast rerouting 방식에 비해 평균 재전송 시간을 단축시킴으로써 성능을 향상시켰다.
