최근 창업 휴학제와 창업 강좌 등 창업 친화적인 학사제도가 확산대면서 대학생 기술 창업이 활성화되고 있다. 그러나 대학생의 기술창업이 성공적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 아직까지 해결되어야 할 많은 문제들이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 높은 실업율과 평생취업이 힘든 사회적 환경 속에서 IT전공 대학생들이 기술 창업을 활성화하기 위한 창업영향요인들을 알아보고, 창업영향요인과 기술창업의지와의 관계를 분석한다. 특히, 본 논문에서는 IT전공 대학생을 대상으로 기술창업의지에 영향을 미치는 대학생의 기술능력과 창업가특성 및 창업동기, 외부창업환경 등의 평가 항목을 추출하여 IT 기술창업에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 분석결과, IT전공 대학생들은 취업의 대안으로 기술창업에 관심이 높았고, 기술능력과 창업가 특성 및 창업동기가 독립심과 취업의 대안에 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 대학생 기술 창업에서 창업교육은 외부창업환경에 따라 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Since 2014, the wave of "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation" has been set off in China, and various innovation and entrepreneurship communities have emerged and become gathering places for entrepreneurs. The purpose of this study is to consider the needs of entrepreneurs and combine the characteristics of entrepreneurial space to put forward effective environmental design and improvement strategies for the smart entrepreneurship community. This study was conducted through a literature review, online information survey, and field survey, and the research objects included high-quality entrepreneurs(refers to entrepreneurs with higher education background and certain technical advantages, mainly including master's degree and doctor, overseas returnees and university professors) and various entrepreneurial communities at home and abroad,(it includes cultural entrepreneurship community, science and technology entrepreneurship community, residential and office integration entrepreneurship community).

With the decline in the college student population and the increase in the youth unemployment rate, the university began to be interested in starting a business. Under the initiative of the government, the start-up support project was reflected in the university's educational programs, which led to the university students receiving various start-up support benefits. In response to the expansion of entrepreneurship education, various entrepreneurship education programs and support programs were applied in line with the government's efforts to start college students. As a result, students' entrepreneurial competence and willingness to start up increased. College student entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs are increasing. The increase of university student start-up companies is taking place in the entrepreneurial education environment within the university, and the support of university, community, and start-up support institutions for university student start-up, the starting point of the start-up ecosystem, is paying off. It can be seen that the youth entrepreneurship ecosystem based on university entrepreneurship education is in place. The university supports the entire business process from idea development, such as start-up classes, start-up club support, patent application support, prototype development support, and investment linkage. However, there is a university that develops and operates a unique program for each school and a university that does not. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an education program that can produce efficient results. The purpose of this study is to support the start-up program of the university to be the consumer-centered start-up support.

본 연구에서는 대학의 창업교육 서비스품질이 교육만족과 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구이다. 대학에서 다양한 창업교육이 운영되고 있지만 창업의도에 대한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 창업의도를 높이기 위한 요인을 분석하기 위해 창업 교육의 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기위하여 대구.경북 소재 대학생들을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하였고 성실하게 응답한 설문지 298부에 대한 통계 분석을 SPSS 22를 활용하여 진행하였다. 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족에 미치는 다중회귀분석결과 유형성, 응답성, 확신성, 공감성은 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으나, 신뢰성은 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않으며, 교육만족은 창업의지에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 최근 우리나라 창업이 활성화되고 있으며 창업교육, 창업지원정책, 사업화 지원 등 다양한 프로그램들이 생겨나고 있다. 대학의 창업 교육서비스품질이 창업의지에 영향을 미치는데 교육만족도를 높이기 위해서 서비스품질 역량을 강화해야 할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 공과대학생을 대상으로 취업을 선호하는 원인과 추후 창업의도를 향상시키기 위한 사회적 영향요인에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 특히 부모, 지인, 개인의 창업경험과 취업 및 창업동아리 경험 등 사회적 영향관계가 취업을 선호하는 학생들의 진로선택에 미치는 영향관계를 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 창업교육을 이수한 공과대학생 중 향후 진로를 취업으로 선택한 학생을 대상으로 질적 연구방법을 적용하였다. 연구결과, 공학계열 학생들의 취업 선호 이유로 안정적인 수입, 기업만의 시스템 경험, 부모님의 취업선호, 자금부족과 창업에 대한 지식부족 등으로 나타났다. 또한 취업을 선호한 학생들의 사회적 영향관계 중 지인의 창업경험에 따라 창업의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 공과 대학생들의 창업의도 및 이해를 향상시킬 수 있는 방법론과 창업교육의 학습방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다. 또한 실증적인 분석을 통한 창업교육 관련 향후 연구문제를 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 최근 농촌경제 활성화를 위해 활발히 진행되고 있는 6차산업을 성공적으로 이끌기 위해 6차산업 기업가정신의 개념을 정립하고, 6차산업 기업가정신을 측정하기 위한 지표를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 농촌 자원의 가치를 계발하고 생산, 가공, 유통 관광을 융합하는 특성을 지닌 6차산업 창업에서는 전통적 창업에서 강조되는 기업가정신 요소 이외에 더 다양한 기업가정신 요소들이 요구되었다. 본 연구에서는 문헌조사를 통해 전통적 기업가정신 구성요소와 6차산업 기업가정신 구성요소를 도출하고, 6차산업 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 현장에서 필요로 하는 기업가정신 핵심요소를 도출하였다. 도출된 결과를 기반으로 6차산업 기업가정신 지표를 설정하고 6차산업종사자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 탐색적인 요인분석을 통하여 타당성 측정 및 지표를 평가하였으며, 탐색적 요인분석 결과 문헌조사와 인터뷰를 통해 설정된 요인들이 합리적으로 구성된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 6차산업 활성화를 위한 교육이나 컨설팅, 귀농 귀촌 교육프로그램 기획 등에 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 기존의 6차산업 진행 주체들의 기업가정신을 진단하고 개별적 필요에 맞는 맞춤형 역량개발을 진행하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구는 대학생들의 금융이해력과 재무관리행동이 창업인식에 미치는 영향과 기업가정신의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 부산경남지역 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 207명의 응답을 표본으로 SPSS 28.0 프로그램을 이용하여 검증하였다. 연구결과, 금융이해력과 재무관리행동은 기업가정신과 창업인식에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 금융이해력과 창업인식, 재무관리행동과 창업인식간에 기업가정신은 긍정적인 매개효과를 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 금융이해력 향상은 바람직한 재무관리행동으로 이어져 재정적으로 책임감 있는 의사결정을 할 수 있는 잠재력을 키워주며 미래에 기대하는 삶의 수준을 달성하기 위한 실천의지를 높여준다. 본 연구 결과는 잠재적 창업가인 대학생들이 혁신과 성장의 원천인 창업을 인식하고 이를 촉진하기 위해서는 대학교육 과정애서 금융이해력과 기업가정신 교육이 매우 중요함을 시사하고 있다.

본 연구는 고용 없는 성장과 고령화로 진입하는 국내경제 환경에 따라 이를 극복하기 위한 방안으로 시니어 기술창업을 위한 방안에 대해 고찰하였다. 정부와 기업이 운영하고 있는 시니어 창업지원의 한계점을 제시하고 한계점을 극복하기 위해 핀란드의 브릿지 프로그램의 성공요인을 파악하였다. 브릿지의 성공요인은 기업 주도형 시니어 창업지원 프로그램을 운영, 시니어들의 창업성공에 중심을 둔 다양한 교육 프로그램 제공, 창업기업과의 적절한 교류 기회 확대와 민간기업의 사회환원 마인드 확산이다 국내 시니어 기술창업 활성화를 위해 본 연구는 CBI(Corperate Business Incubator)를 통한 방안을 제언 하였다. 본 연구는 창업지원 정책의 발전방향을 파악하고 정부정책 및 산업 활성화 방안수립에 기여할 것이다. 향후 연구는 여러 국가 사례 비교를 통한 분석을 통해 기여점을 제시하는 것이다.

Expectations and demands for the paradigm of healthcare systems are changing in response to changes in the characteristics of population properties and industrial structures; therefore, it is time to prepare for the career diversification of nursing students who have mainly entered the clinical field. The study tested the pathway of financial literacy on the relationship between entrepreneurship and nursing start-up attitude among nursing students. We obtained data from 177 South Korean nursing students through email and mobile phone. The analysis of the mediating effect was performed by hierarchical multiple regression. The SPSS WIN program was adopted. Entrepreneurship and financial literacy of subjects had a significantly positive effect on nursing start-up attitudes. Financial literacy indirectly affected the relationship between nursing students' entrepreneurship and nursing start-up attitude, and significance was verified by Process Macro. Financial literacy can mediate between entrepreneurship and nursing start-up attitudes. These factors will provide an important basis for nursing students to grow into talented people with business capabilities. Nursing education should strengthen the foundation that promotes business competence in nursing students.

본 연구의 목적은 창업교육에 있어 중요한 창의적 문제해결역량에 관한 연구를 살펴보고, 해외의 창의적 문제해결역량교육 관련 정책과 우수 대학의 교과과정 사례를 분석하여 국내의 창의적 문제해결역량교육의 문제점을 극복하기 위한 교육의 프레임워크 및 대학의 역할에 대하여 시사점을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 이에 문제해결 역량에 관한 기존 연구들과 해외 국가 및 대학의 문제해결 교육 정책 및 교육과정 사례를 중심으로 창의적 문제해결역량교육을 위한 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 창의적 문제해결역량교육 프레임워크는 크게 문제정의, 문제해결방법, 결과적용의 체계로 다음과 같은 구성을 포함한다. 첫째, 창의적 문제해결 교육의 첫 번째 단계인 이론기반 교육과 지속적인 지도와 멘토링의 구성이다. 둘째, 해외대학에서 교육의 주요 정책으로 내세우는 팀기반 학습법이다. 셋째, 체계적인 교육과정평가 개발이다. 넷째, 현장 연계형 및 융합형 패러다임의 구축이다. 이러한 프레임워크를 통해 국내 창의적 문제해결역량교육의 시사점을 국가, 대학, 교과과정 설계차원으로 제시하고, 창업교육과의 상호관계 및 융합의 중요성을 제시한다.
