기술기반 창업 활성화를 위한 이공계 창업교육에 관한 연구 (A Study of Entrepreneurship Education of University in Science and Engineering for Vitalization of Technology-based Startup)

  • Entrepreneurship has been considered as an engine to lead economy, which has been resulting in a focus on entrepreneurship education to promote entrepreneurship. This paper focuses on science and engineering students, and analyzes the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship level. The response results of 950 students (34 universities) were as follows. First, the entrepreneurship level of science and engineering students are a little high but not as significant more than non-science and engineering. Second, science and engineering students have an impact on the level of entrepreneurship about entrepreneurship courses. Third, entrepreneurship courses and clubs have an effect on entrepreneurship level. As a conclusion, we have to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education, recognize startup as a credit, and build up entrepreneurship education ecosystem through the local area network.

The Effect of Entrepreneurial Education on Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship Intention: Focusing on University Students who took Entrepreneurship-related Courses

  • This purpose of this study was to identify the factors that influence entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship intention, entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship intention. For this purpose, the following empirical analysis was conducted on the research hypothesis set in the research model for 223 university students who took the course on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship. First, as a result of examining the effect of the hypothesis 1 between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention, a positive effect was shown. Hypothesis 1 was accepted. Second, hypothesis 2, entrepreneurship education showed a positive (+) influence on entrepreneurship. Therefore, hypothesis 2 was accepted. Third, as a result of testing the hypotheses on the relationship between the three hypotheses on and entrepreneurial intention, statistically significant analysis was performed. Therefore, hypothesis 3 was accepted. In other words, the results of this study showed that entrepreneurship education acted as a positive factor on the entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial spirit, like the results of previous studies. Therefore, as entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship act as major factors to improve entrepreneurial intentions, the importance of upgrading systematic and substantial entrepreneurship education and education on substantial entrepreneurship was emphasized.

It is important to analyze and offer specialized start-ups effect factors for collegians in order to systematically and successfully support technology-centered start-ups of collegians. Through which Entrepreneurship and job creation in developed countries. This study explores the current status and characteristics of Entrepreneurship education in Korea and suggests some directions for effective management of Entrepreneurship education.

창업교육이 공과대학생의 진로결정에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Entrepreneurship Education on Career Decision for College Engineering Students)

  • This study examined the effects of entrepreneurship education on the career decision of students in the College of Engineering. The purpose of this study was to examine the perceived desirability, perceived feasibility and the career decision - making effects of career decision - making self - efficacy as subjects of entrepreneurship education. This study was carried out by using PLS 3.0 for engineering students in an university. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, it shows that entrepreneurship education has a positive impact on perceived desirability, perceived feasibility. Second, perceived desirability and perceived feasibility have different effects on career decision making and entrepreneurship intention. Third, career decision self - efficacy affects entrepreneurship intention and career intention in career decision making. The results of this study suggest the importance of entrepreneurship education for career decision making and provide meaningful implications for educators and policy developers.

The Activation of University Entrepreneurship Education for Market Distribution: Implication for the Developing Countries

  • Purpose: The importance of entrepreneurship education is increasing as interest in entrepreneurship is increasing around the world. In addition to the US and Europe, which operate advanced entrepreneurship education programs, Korea is also investing a lot of government resources for university centered entrepreneurship education. On the other hand, developing countries, which have high interest in Korea's economic development, are also trying to benchmark this Korean university entrepreneurship education. Research design, data and methodology: This study systematizes experiences such as training on entrepreneurship, science park management, and policy consulting for science, technology parks, and universities in developing countries. Through this, the needs of the relevant countries are analyzed based on the results of previous research, related theories, and policies. Results: As a result of the analysis, four key elements were derived for the establishment of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship ecosystem in developing countries. In addition, the details that these elements can be used in the university entrepreneurship ecosystem are presented in the form of tasks in stages. Conclusions: This study presents factors, including entrepreneurship-based leadership and human resources, structure and program, domestic and international network, and budget as a plan for revitalizing entrepreneurship education in developing countries.

  • This paper explores the role of entrepreneurship education in a modern economy and how the government, academic, and nonprofit sectors in the United States have responded to this growing field. There are several sectors that play important roles in the entrepreneurship education landscape in the United States. Over the past decade, there has been increasing participation of Federal and state governments. This recent trend suggests the field may be increasing in maturity and legitimacy, showing promise for expanding the reach of entrepreneurship education programs. Programs sponsored by nonprofit organizations and private foundations complement government initiatives and display an effective means of leveraging knowledge and resources across the relevant sectors. Thus, new initiatives, whether initiated by government or academia, should learn from the successes of this sector as well as be carefully considered within the context of existent programs and services. Nonetheless, the potentially dynamic environment of the entrepreneurship education field in the United States offers a specific opportunity to leverage the experience in mentorship activities at the post-secondary education to address a possible gap in these activities at the secondary education level.

창업교육을 위한 프로그램 개발과제 (Program Development for Entrepreneurship Education)

  • 창업교육에 대한 관심이 늘고 있다. 대학원만이 아니라 대학교육에도 정부는 창업교육을 강화하도록 요구하고 있다. 하지만 대학의 창업교육은 교양수준이거나 경영학의 틀을 크게 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 또한 창업 중심의 대학원 교육도 기능별 중심의 교육으로 진행되어 과목간의 상호연계가 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 학부와 대학원의 창업교육 현황을 살피고, 해외대학의 사례분석을 통해 창업교육 방향을 제안하고 있다. 특히 프로세스 중심의 교육을 하고 있는 대학을 중심으로 알고리즘 기반의 창업교육 방향을 제시하고 있다. 마지막으로 기술-제품-시장의 틀을 기반으로한 기술창업사업화(TEC) 프로그램의 도입과 확산을 제안하고 있다.

IPA 기법을 활용한 공학계열 여대생의 기업가정신 인식 및 교육 요구도 분석 (Entrepreneurship Perception and Needs Analysis of Entrepreneurship Education for Female Engineering Students Using an Importance-Performance Analysis)

  • As the need for entrepreneurship to create new values and innovate in the rapidly changing social environment is emerging, education for entrepreneurial is emerging in university education. The purpose of this study is to understand the current status of entrepreneurship education and to derive the priority of education based on actual indicators of importance-performance. For this study, we surveyed 227 female college students in E Woman's University by using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method for entrepreneurship factors. The result showed that the means of importance of all factors and sub-factors of entrepreneurship were higher than the means of performance of them, and the difference was statistically significant except for the determination. In addition, the results of the IPA matrix analysis showed that the factors that needed urgent improvement in self-confidence, future-orientation, active/innovative activities, and proactivity. Based on the results of this study, the implications of the development of entrepreneurship curriculum for college students in engineering field were discussed. This study is meaningful that it provided practical basic information of curriculum design leading to the manifestation of entrepreneurship of women in engineering field by analyzing entrepreneurship of female engineering students and deriving priority factors of educational treatment.

창업교육 서비스품질이 학업적 자기효능감과 학습몰입에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Influence of Service Quality of Entrepreneurship Education on Academic Self-Efficacy and Learning Commitment)

  • 본 연구는 대학 창업교육의 서비스품질과 학습몰입에 미치는 영향관계를 실증 분석하여 효과적인 창업교육 방안을 마련하는데 시사점을 제공하고자 진행되었다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업교육의 서비스품질에서 전문 강사와 창업교육 차별성은 학습몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업교육 서비스품질에서 창업교육의 차별성과 창업교육 운영은 학생들의 학업적 자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학업적 자기효능감은 학습몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 창업교육 서비스품질과 학습몰입의 영향관계에서 학업적 자기효능감은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

융합기반의 대학원 기술창업 교육모델 개발에 대한 탐색적 연구 (The Exploratory Study on Development of Interdisciplinary Technology Entrepreneurship Education Model)

  • 기존의 창업교육은 창업단계에 따라 창업을 위한 교과목 선정과 커리큘럼 중심의 연구를 수행하여 왔다. 하지만 창업교육을 시행함에 있어 국내 창업교육은 이론중심으로 진행되며, 현실기반의 내용이 부족하다. 기술, 경영, 법률 등은 창업에 필수적인 요소들로서 이들을 통합하여 교육할 수 있는 학제적 접근방법이 부족한 현실이다. 본 연구는 이러한 창업교육의 한계를 외국의 창업프로그램 사례(TI:GER)를 통하여 국내 환경에 적용하여 대학원 수준의 학제적 프로그램 설계를 제언하여 해결방안을 모색하는데 있다. 창업대학원, 법학전문대학원, 공대 및 자연대 대학원간 개별 대학원의 전공특성을 융합하여 HUMANE 이라는 하나의 프로그램으로 구성하여 운영, 이러한 학제적인 프로그램을 운영하여 새로운 방식의 창업교육 모델을 제시해보고자 한다.
