지상파 디지털 전환 서비스 이용의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Use Intention of Broadcasting Digital Switchover)

  • 최근 국내 지상파 디지털 전환정책은 순조롭게 이루어지는 듯하다. 하지만 많은 사람들은 디지털 전환 정책에 대해서 많은 우려를 나타내고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 지상파 방송 디지털 전환에 따라 시청자들이 디지털 서비스를 받아들이는데 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해서 알아보았다. 이를 위해서 기술수용모형에서 주로 언급하는 인지된 유용성, 인지된 용이성, 사회적 영향 등에 대한 평가를 통해서 디지털 전환 서비스의 이용의도를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 사회적 영향, 개인의 성향, 디지털 전환에 대한 인지가 이용의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The Effects of Using O2O Fashion Mobile Commerce on Consumers' Attitudes and Intentions -Focused on the characteristics of consumers and O2O mobile commerce-

  • This study investigated consumers' enjoyment, perceived risks, expected values, and innovativeness factors and the effects of the convenience and personalization of "online to offline" (O2O) fashion mobile commerce on its perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and consumers' attitudes and intention to use O2O mobile commerce. A research model was developed using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). A mobile survey was conducted through smartphone messengers and SNSs targeting male and female college students in their 20s who are living in the Seoul Metropolitan Area. A total of 192 questionnaire responses were used in the analysis. "Among the consumer characteristics, only enjoyment and expected values were found to make consumers feel that the O2O fashion mobile commerce is useful and easy to use. Among the mobile commerce characteristics, only convenience was found to have significant effects on consumers' perceived usefulness and ease of use regarding O2O fashion mobile commerce. Perceived usefulness was found to have the effects on attitudes as well as intention to use toward O2O mobile commerce. It was shown that positive attitudes toward O2O mobile commerce led to positive use intention toward O2O mobile commerce.

핀테크 기반의 간편결제 서비스 지속적 사용의도에 대한 요인 연구 (The factors of continuous use for mobile payment service under the concept of Fintech)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors for continuous use intention of the simple payment service based on FinTech for Chinese residents in Korea. The Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) and the continuous use model of information system were applied to the AliPay service, which is the most used by Chinese people. Design/methodology/approach In this study, internal factors and external factors for the simple payment service were derived through previous studies and the effects of the users' perspectives on the intention of continuous use were analyzed. As a result, convenience, responsiveness, perceived usefulness, and suitability were supported as factors affecting ongoing intention to use simple payment service. Especially, convenience is a factor affecting the duration of the simple payment service and it is an important factor for the continuous use of the service. Findings As the number of foreigners living or working in Korea is increasing, understanding the perception of the simple payment service and analyzing the factors for the continuous use can be meaningful as a basic research for the market advancement and growth of domestic FinTech companies is.

모바일뱅킹 사용의도의 영향요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Determinants of Intention to Use Mobile Banking)

  • Mobile technologies and services have become one of the inevitable parts of people's lives and mobile businesses have also been widespread. Popular mobile internet services through cell phones have made people in the financial industry consider that 'mobile' is promising. Nevertheless, there have been little studies of mobile services in the financial industry and most of the studies have been concentrated on internet services. The main purpose of this study is to investigate on the determinants of intention to use mobile banking. To achieve the goal, based on the theoretical backgrounds of the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). Survey questionnaires were distributed via post & email to 500 users who have been experiences with cell phone and have an account. Out of 291 responded questionnaires, 275 data sets were available for statistical analysis with SPSS 10.1. Research hypotheses are analyzed by LISREL 8.30. Factor analysis identified seven external factors : (1) convenience, (2) cost, (3) unusefulness, (4) riskiness, (5) personal innovativeness (6) users' self-efficacy (7) experience of mobile services. Results of this study show that convenience, unusefulness, riskiness, personal innovativeness and experience of mobile services have significant effects on intention to use mobile banking . Much of the previous researches have dealt with service provider only and have focused on mobile internet. In this regard, when it comes to a viewpoint that regards the mobile banking sector as a new sector of mobile businesses. This study may provide a guideline to activate of mobile banking acceptance.

인공지능 쇼핑 정보 서비스에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study for Artificial Intelligence Shopping Information Service)

  • Purpose - The study was AI as exploratory study on artificial intelligence (AI) shopping information services, to explore the possibility of a new business of the distribution industry. For research, we compare to IBM of consumer awareness surveys an AI shopping information service for retailing channel and target goods group. Finally, we present to service scenario for distribution service using AI. Research design, data, and methodology - First, to identify possible the success of the information service shopping using AI, AI technology for the consumer is very important for the acceptance of judgement. Therefore, we explored the possibility of AI information service for business as a shopping. The experimental data were used to interpret the meaning of the relevant literature and the IBM Institute of Business Value (IBV) Report 2015. This research is based on the use of a technical acceptance model (TAM) to determine whether the consumer would adopt the 'AI shopping information service' technology. Step 1 of the process assumes that the consumer adopts AI technology. In step 2, consumers find their preference channels and goods targeted at them as per their preferences. Finally Step 3, we present scenario for 'AI shopping information service' based on the results of Step 1 and 2. Results - Consumers have expressed their high interests in the new shopping information services, especially the on/off line distribution channels can use shopping information to increase the efficiency in provision of goods. Digital channel (such as SNS, online shopping etc.) is especially high value goods such as cars, furniture, and home appliances by displaying it to an appropriate product group. Conclusions - The study reveals the potential for the use of new business models such as 'AI shopping information service' by the distribution industry. We present seven scenario related AI application refer from IBM suggestion, and the findings would enable the distribution industry to approach target consumers with their products, especially high value goods. 'Shopping advisor' is considered to the most effective. In order to apply to the other field of the distribution industry business, which utilizes AI technology, it should be accompanied by additional empirical data analysis should be undertaken.

노인의 IoT 기반 스마트 건강관리서비스 이용의도에 미치는 영향 (A study on the Influence of Usage Intention of IoT Healthcare service for Elderly)

  • 본 연구는 기술수용모델을 기반으로 IoT 기반의 스마트 건강관리 서비스에 대한 노인들의 이용의도를 알아보고자 시도되었다. 본 연구에서는 전문적 지원, 개인화, 상호작용, 사용편의성을 외생변수로 하고, 매개 내생 변수로 인지된 유용성, 사용의도를 최종 내생변수로 선정하였다. 본 연구의 대상자는 노인복지센터를 이용하는 220명의 65세 이상 노인이었으며, 수집된 자료는 AMOS 25.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 전문가 지원, 개인화는 인지된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 나타내지 않았고, 상호작용, 사용편의성과는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한 인지된 유용성은 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 노인의 IoT기반 스마트 건강관리 서비스 이용의도를 구조적으로 검증함으로써 노인들의 이용의도를 높이기 위한 전략 마련에 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각한다.

개인용 클라우드 서비스에 대한 중국 사용자의 지속적 사용의도에 관한 실증 연구 (An Empirical Analysis on the Persistent Usage Intention of Chinese Personal Cloud Service)

  • IT기술의 고속 발전에 따라 사용자들이 기술을 사용하는 방식에 큰 변화가 생기고 있다. 전통적인 서비스 응용과 저효율의 데이터를 처리하는 방식은 사용자의 요구를 만족할 수 없다. 사용자들이 데이터의 중요성을 알게 되었고, 빅 데이터에 관한 처리와 저장기술은 오늘날의 인터넷 회사의 주요 연구방향이 되고 있다. 115 네트워크 디스크는 중국에서 폭넓게 사용되기 시작하였고 각 인터넷 회사들은 클라우드 서비스 시장을 쟁탈하는 싸움에 참여하기 시작하였다. 중국의 클라우드 서비스는 아직도 스토리지 서비스 위주이지만, 이 기능을 바탕으로 확장하는 서비스 내용도 사용자의 인정을 받고 있으며, 사용자들이 이러한 새로운 서비스 방식을 사용하는 것을 시도하고 있다. 그래서 어떻게 하면 사용자들이 지속적으로 클라우드 서비스를 사용 할 것인지에 관한 연구방향이 더욱 필요해 졌다. 하나의 전통적인 정보 시스템에 대해, 학자들은 대개 TAM(Technology acceptance model)모형과 통계학을 결합하여 이 시스템에 대한 사용자들의 태도를 분석하고 검증한다. 하지만 기본적인 TAM모형은 날이 갈수록 방대해지는 시스템의 규모를 만족 할 수 없게 되었다. 따라서 TAM모형에 대한 적당한 확장과 조절이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구는 중국의 개인용 클라우드 서비스 사용자의 지속적인 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증분석을 목표로 브랜드 영향력, 하드웨어 환경 등 외부 변수를 추가하고, 중국 클라우드 사용자를 대상으로 설문 조사를 진행했으며, 본 논문에서 분석을 통해 수정된 모형에 관한 가설을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 주로 중국의 4개 주요 도시의 210명의 클라우드 서비스 사용자를 대상으로 인터넷 설문 조사를 실행하였다. 설문 데이터를 통해 3개의 외부 변수에 대한 분석을 진행하였고, 이 3개의 외부 변수를 세분화하고 외부요소에 영향을 주는 주요 원인을 찾아냈다. 이를 바탕으로 개인 클라우드 서비스 사용자들이 서비스를 지속적으로 사용 할 수 있는 태도를 강화 할 수 있는 것에 유용한 의견을 제시하였다. 이러한 의견들은 중국사용자들을 대상으로 하는 주요 서비스를 제공 하는 회사에게 향후 서비스 방향을 참고할 수 있는 정보를 제공한다.

Predicting RFID Adoption Towards Urban Smart Mobility in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

  • Smart city technologies such as transportation and parking systems make our daily lives more efficient and intelligent. However, it is impossible to implement a smart mobility system without analyzing the individual's behavior toward the new technology. This research study attempts to develop a framework for predicting smart mobility antecedents using SEM in primary data analysis. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was the conceptual foundation for this study. To achieve the objectives of the study, one thousand five hundred and twelve effective questionnaires were collected and analyzed using Smart PLS 3.3. The results show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk significantly affect attitudes towards adopting smart mobility systems. Our study provides a comprehensive framework to understand individual-level smart city technology adoption. This study offers implications for policymakers to update existing policies concerning road technology.

학습자의 원격교육시스템 이용 의도와 성과에 대한 원격교육 자기효능감의 역할 (Role of Distance Learning Self-Efficacy in Predicting User Intention to Use and Performance of Distance Learning System)

  • This paper examines the role of distance learning self-efficacy, belief in one's capabilities of using a system in the accomplishment of web-based distance learning, in predicting user intention to use and performance of distance learning system. It used self-efficacy theory and technology acceptance model(TAM) to build a model that predicts relationships between antecedents to students' distance learning self-efficacy assessments and their behavioral and attitudinal consequences. The model was tested using LISREL analysis on the sample of 250 students who have worked with the Distance Learning System. The results indicated partial support for the conceptual model. In accordance with TAM, perceived usefulness had strong direct effects on intention to use and performance, while perceived ease of use had both direct and indirect effects on intention to use, but not performance. Distance learning self-efficacy had only direct effect on perceived ease of use to use. Computer experience was found to have a strong positive effect on distance learning self-efficacy, and computer anxiety had a negative effect on distance learning self-efficacy. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.

How sWOM Contribution Motivations Vary by Cosmetics and Restaurants in Vietnam

  • The purpose of this study is to shed light on the driving motivations of contributing social word of mouth on social networking sites (sWOM) toward both tangible and intangible products. In order to develop a research model, this study adopts the motivation theory and TAM model. Data was collected from 904 members of the cosmetic and restaurant communities by using the snowball method. After assessing the validity of all constructs, the structural equation modeling (SEM) is used to test the proposed hypotheses. Results show that personal motivations (satisfaction, opinion leadership, self-enhancement, and economic incentives) and characteristics of sWOM (Perceived Usefulness and Ease of Use) have positive effect on exposure and engagement behaviors. Here are our specific findings, (1) customer satisfaction positively affects online interactions on SNSs such as Like or Sharing a content; (2) sWOM contribution behavior exists in two structures (Exposure and Engagement) and affects each other; (3) This study combines two groups of personal motivation and TAM to conceptualize a research model; and (4) The motivations of contributing sWOM between a specified service and product are rather similar. These findings help digital managers to understand consumers' behavioral contributions on SNSs and also provide interesting insights for marketers.
