Super aged society, Japan actively uses Information Communication Technology(ICT) as one of solving methods for various social problem. Especially, for Korea where soon will become super aged society, it would be meaningful to examine the current policy trends and utilization of senior support using ICT in Japan. This study explores the policy trends and utilization of senior support using ICT in Japan through literature review, and then proposes some suggestions as follows. Opportunities for practical use of ICT should be widened in the field of senior support, and efforts are needed to build an information linkage network between institutions for senior support because linkage between care sector and medical sector is important for the elderly support. Besides, simplification of paperwork and easing of burden of care providers or workers in the field should be sought by development and dissemination of various robots. Moreover, the spread of technology for emotional support and stability should be actively pursued by using ICT.

Companies and Governments have Mainly used the Delphi Technique to Understand Research or Technology Trends. Because this Technique has the Disadvantage of Consuming a Large Amount of Time and Money, this Study Attempted to Understand and Predict Science and Technology Trends using the Topic Modeling Technique Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA). To this end, 20 Specific Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technologies were Extracted From the Abstracts of the US Patent Documents on AI. With Regard to the Extracted Specific Technologies, Core Technologies were Identified, and then these were Divided into Hot and Cold Technologies though a Trend Analysis on their Annual Proportions. Text/Word Searching, Computer Management, Programming Syntax, Network Administration, Multimedia, and Wireless Network Technology were Derived From Hot Technologies. These Technologies are Key Technologies that are Actively Studied in the Field of AI in Recent Years. The Methodology Suggested in this Study may be used to Analyze Trends, Derive Policies, or Predict Technical Demands in Various Fields such as Social Issues, Regional Innovation, and Management.

One time, Home video game console's penetration was as comparable to the personal computer's penetration, growth has slowed since the advent of smartphones, tablets and moblie devices. But game console actively introducing new IT technologies not available in the pc games and mobile games, still keeping a firm position in the relevent market. In this paper Home video game console's history, contemporary trends, and learn about trends in the company, New IT technologies applied to gaming was analyzed. Home video console market become the arena of New IT technologies according to the introduction of New IT technologies such as gesture recognition technology, speech recognition technology, media facade technology, virtual reality technology.

This study identified smart manufacturing technologies using patent and topic modeling, and compared the technology development trends in countries such as the United States, Japan, Germany, China, and South Korea. To this purpose, this study collected patents in the United States and Europe between 1991 and 2020, processed patent abstracts, and identified topics by applying latent Dirichlet allocation model to the data. As a result, technologies related to smart manufacturing are divided into seven categories. At a global level, it was found that the proportion of patents in 'data processing system' and 'thermal/fluid management' technologies is increasing. Considering the fact that South Korea has relative competitiveness in thermal/fluid management technologies related to smart manufacturing, it would be a successful strategy for South Korea to promote smart manufacturing in heavy and chemical industry. This study is significant in that it overcomes the limitations of quantitative technology level evaluation proposed a new methodology that applies text mining.

네트워크 프로세싱 기술은 인터넷 장비의 핵심인 라우터와 같은 장비에서 패킷을 처리하는 기술을 의미한다. 인터넷 트래픽의 폭발적인 증가에 따라 대용량 고속의 라우터 개발이 요구되고 있으며, 이의 효율적인 개발을 위해 개발 업체들을 중심으로 여러 표준화 단체를 통해 표준화가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크 프로세싱 기술의 최근 표준화 동향을 분석하고, 앞으로의 전개 방향을 전망한다.
