수요 요인을 고려한 첨단재료기술의 혁신유형 분류에 관한 연구 (Innovation Patterns of Advanced Materials Technology Considering the Demand Factors)

  • 본 논문은 첨단 재료기술의 혁신유형을 분류하는 것이다. 기존의 혁신유형 분류에 관한 연구는 전 기술 혹은 전 산업에 포괄 적용하는 개념에서 접근하고 있어 산업기술별 혁신의 고유한 특수성이 기술혁신유형에 제대로 반영되지 못하고 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 첨단재료기술에 한정하여 기술혁신에 대한 이해를 증진하고 연구개발 및 정책수립의 기본 틀로 활용하는데 목적을 둔 4가지의 기술혁신 유형(공급재료혁신, 수요재료혁신, 공급공정혁신 및 수요공정혁신)을 제안하였다. 혁신유형의 도출과정은 첨단재료기술혁신의 특성, 원천, 과정 분석과 함께 사용자 산업과의 상호작용 분석에 근거하고 있다. 4가지 혁신 유형별로 특징과 사례분석을 통하여 연구개발 혹은 정책수립 등의 도구로서 활용가능성과 관련 시사점을 살펴보았다.

기술집약적 중소기업의 탈추격형 기술혁신 특성 분석 (The Analysis of Post Catch-up Innovation Patterns of Technology-intensive Small and Medium Firms)

  • 본 연구에서는 기술집약형 중소기업의 탈(脫)추격형 기술혁신활동 유형과 특성을 살펴보았다. 탈(脫)추격형 혁신활동 유형은 기술심화형, 신기술기반형, 아키텍처 혁신형으로 구분할 수 있다. 사례연구 결과를 보면, 기술심화형의 경우 모방 기술에 의거한 지속적인 능력축적이 혁신활동의 토대가 되었다. 신기술기반형은 배태조직에서 수행한 기초연구, 아키텍처형은 배태조직에서 획득한 시스템 아키텍처에 대한 지식이 탈(脫)추격형 혁신활동의 기반이 되었다. 또 기술심화형의 경우 수요자 공급자 기업, 생산지향형 연구소가 지식획득에 중요한 역할을 하지만, 신기술기반형은 대학과 수요자 기업, 아키텍처 혁신형은 수요자 기업과의 관계가 탈(脫)추격형 혁신을 추진하는 데 중요한 역할을 수행했다. 또한 탈(脫)추격형 기술혁신의 일반적인 특성으로서, 신기술의 등장과 확산이 이루어지는 기술 경제패러다임의 전환기에 열리는 기회의 창을 효과적으로 활용했다는 점을 지적했다.

혁신형 중소기업의 CEO유형에 따른 기술혁신 역량이 기술혁신 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Innovative SME CEO Types on Technology Innovation Capabilities and Innovation Performance)

  • 본 연구는 혁신형 중소기업을 연구대상으로 하여, CEO의 유형에 따른 기술혁신역량이 기술혁신성과에 미치는 영향을 미시적으로 분석하였다. 또한, 혁신형 중소기업특성에 따라 CEO유형이 기술혁신역량에 미치는 영향, 기술혁신역량이 기술혁신 성과에 미치는 영향을 함께 연구하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해, 중기부에 등록된 혁신형 중소기업 250사(社)를 연구대상으로 하여 실증분석을 실시하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, CEO 유형이 기술혁신역량에 미치는 영향 분석 결과, 시장중심형 CEO, 기술형 CEO, 컨설턴트형 CEO는 기술변화 감지역량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 관리형 CEO는 기술변화감지역량에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 또한, 혁신형 중소기업의 CEO유형은 기술혁신역량의 R&D기술 소화역량에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 기술혁신역량과 기술혁신성과 간의 관계를 분석한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 중소기업 성장단계에 따른 CEO유형과 기술혁신역량 간 조절효과를 분석한 결과 기술형 CEO와 컨설턴트형 CEO는 기술변화감지역량에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석 되었으나, 관리형 CEO와 시장형 CEO는 조절효과가 발생하지 않았다. 넷째, 혁신형 중소기업 성장단계에 따른 기술혁신역량과 기술혁신성과 간 조절효과를 분석한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다.

High Throughput 프로세스에서 품질혁신의 성능평가를 위한 Z-Factor의 적용방안 (Implementation of Z-Factor Statistics for Performance Evaluation of Quality Innovation in the High Throughput Process)

  • The purpose of this study is to introduce the limit of previously used six sigma quality process evaluation metrics, $Z_{st}$ and $P_{pk}$, and a solution to overcome this drawback by using a metric based on performance evaluation of Z-factor quality innovation. Case analysis on projects from national six sigma contest from 2011 to 2012 is performed and literature review on new drug development HTS (High Throughput Screening) is used to propose innovative performance evaluation metrics. This research shows that experimental study on six sigma evaluation metric, $Z_{st}$ and $P_{pk}$, have no significance difference between industrial type (Manufacturing, Semi-Public Institute, Public Institute) and CTQ type (Product Technology Type CTQ, Process Technology Type CTQ). Following discovery characterize this quality improvement as fixed target type project. As newly developed moving target type of quality innovation performance metric Z-Factor is used for evaluating experimental study, hypothetical analysis suggests that $Z_{st}$ and $P_{pk}$ share different relationship or even show reciprocal relationship. Constraints of the study are relatively small sample size of only 37 projects from past 2 years and conflict on having interview and communication with six sigma quality practitioner for qualitative experimental study. Both moving target type six sigma innovation project and fixed target type improvement project or quality circle enables efficient ways for a better understanding and quality practitioner use by applying quality innovation performance metric. Downside of fixed target type quality performance evaluation metric, $Z_{st}$ and $P_{pk}$, is presented through experimental study. In contrast, advantage of this study is that high throughput requiring product technology, process technology and quantum leap typed innovation effect is evaluated based on precision and accuracy and Z-Factor that enables relative comparison between enterprises is proposed and implemented.

  • Because there are no unified nomenclature systems for either GES-type or IBC-type extended-spectrum ${\beta}-lactamases$ (ESBLs), we propose a unified and definitive nomenclature system for GES/IBC-type ESBLs. This proposed nomenclature update is greatly helpful in two points: (i) it would not confuse microbiologists studying GES-type ESBLs, fundamentally preventing misleading nomenclature of these antibiotic resistance genes, and (ii) the definitive renaming of GES/IBC-type ESBLs can help some researchers to correctly designate new GES-type ESBLs such as novel enzymes identified trom some nationwide surveys.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing performance of software companies. This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses related to innovation, standardization and technology marketing strategy and software type. Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) 2.0 and SPSS 15.0 have been utilized for deriving the study results. The result of hypothesis testing is as follows. First, standardization and technology marketing strategy positively influence financial performance. Second, innovation, standardization and technology marketing strategy positively influence technical performance. Finally, mobile and non-mobile software companies was shown that innovation, standardization, and technology marketing strategy has different effects to financial and technical performance.

  • This study aims to investigate the impact of wide use of digital technology, in particular, the Internet, on innovation process and corporate strategy in electronics industry. The introduction of digital technology has changed innovation process, business model and organizational structure of the electronics companies. With the wide use of digital technology, the entire value chain of electronics industry from procurement, sales, and marketing to R&D and manufacturing has been restructured. This paper examine how digital technology has changed firms' behaviors in various areas through e-commerce, virtual reality and simulation, the rise of a new type of firm called EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), and etc. Amidst these changes building up innovation-friendly organization has emerged as a critical concern for firms. Due to the striking decrease of transaction cost, a network type of organization has proliferated, and a business function turns into a modular organization. As a whole, digital technology has pushed electronics firms into developing their own business model, which takes consideration of standardization of business platform and their core competency.

메타모델 기반의 클라우드 기업의 혁신유형 연구 (A Study on Innovation Types of Cloud Companies based on a Meta Model)

  • Cloud is emerging as a key factor in digital transformation. In particular, the industry is paying attention to cloud as a key factor in economic revitalization after COVID-19. In this economic environment, cloud companies can survive only through continuous innovation. In this study, we propose the innovation types of cloud companies using the meta model, which is a high-level conceptual model that generalizes various corporate activities. The proposed cloud company innovation type applies a conceptual model divided into two axes such as the corporate value chain and the business management layer. The contribution of this study is to provide a basis for research in a new academic field called corporate innovation in the cloud domain, and to provide decision-making tools for diagnosing innovation levels or exploring innovation directions for cloud companies.

소비자의 기술혁신 수용유형과 동영상 UCC 서비스 참여수준 (Consumer's Technology Innovation Adoption Type and the Participation Level of Multimedia UCC Services)

  • This study identifies the key determinants and technology innovation adoption type of participation in multimedia UCC services. This research examines how the major factors of perceived usability, self-expression, fun & entertainment, arousal, information sharing, other's positive reputation and interface easiness contribute to participation in multimedia UCC services. A sample survey of internet users was conducted, responses were collected from 629 respondents and consumer streaming data were analyzed. Some of the practical implications of the results are follows. This research have categorized that the types of technology adoption for the participation of UCC were innovator consumer, early adaptor consumer, early majority consumer, and late majority consumer. The results of multiple regression analysis indicated that perceived usability, interface easiness, fun & entertainment, self-expression, arousal, other's positive reputation and type of technology adoption posited a significant effect in multimedia UCC Services.
