계량서지분석을 통한 국가간 협력도 분석에 관한 연구 : LED분야를 중심으로 (A Study on the Analyzing International Cooperation Using Bibliometrics : Focused on LED)

  • This study is intended for international cooperation in the field of LED were analyzed. The results, LED wide coverage areas, and a promising future is expected to grow fast enough to occupancy for a major national technology is a competitive situation. Chip Scale Package, including our country, such as LED manufacturing technology that might be competitive in parts, but new technologies such as renal substrate R&D and technology development still active preemption is not the situation. Renal substrate, particularly, large-diameter sapphire, large size/large LED manufacturers, such as a promising area for future research and development support will be needed. To do this, previous research in this area and the U.S., Japan cooperation in such studies also will need to expand. Bibliometrics way through this study, analytical techniques and analytical tools used in the integrated analysis of the usefulness and necessity of the system development were found.

  • As the global semiconductor supply chain falters, major countries are pushing to increase their self-sufficiency in semiconductors. In accordance with these global changes, R&D cooperation is evolving in the semiconductor industry. Previously, as for the case of Interuniversity Microelectronics Center (IMEC) in Europe, many cooperation initiatives were established regardless of nationality for improving productivity through measures such as reducing the time and cost required for joint research. Recently, however, cooperation aimed at strengthening one's own industry has been prominent, such as that led by Taiwan Semiconductor Research Institute (TSRI) and the United States National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC). Hence, the Korean semiconductor industry also needs to respond. Internally, technology localization should be promoted by strengthening the foundation for domestic R&D cooperation, while externally, it should expand close cooperation with companies from countries leading the semiconductor industry, such as the United States, Europe, and Japan.

  • 산학협력은 국가경쟁력 강화를 위해 필요한 정책이나 기업 수요가 지속적으로 감소하고 있어 산학협력 활동이 위축받고 있다. 특히 산학협력의 범위를 일부로 한정하여 판단함으로서 전문직업인 양성을 위해 노력하는 전문대학이 일반대학에 비하여 산학협력에 기여하는 바가 미흡하다는 인식이 있고 이것은 전문대학 산학협력 활성화를 저해하고 있다. 전문대학 산학협력을 활성화하기 위해서는 기업 수요를 정확히 파악하는 것이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 본 연구는 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 3D 프린팅과 전문대학 졸업생의 활동분야를 비교분석하여 3D 프린팅을 활용한 전문대학 산학협력 활성화 방안을 제안한다. 그리고 전문대학과 일반대학의 주요역할을 기술사업화 절차에 따라 기업 수요를 분석하여 기업과 전문대학 그리고 일반대학의 협력모델을 제안한다.

Fostering Public Cooperation with the Police : Testing the Impact of Police Legitimacy

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of police legitimacy on public cooperation with the police. This study consists of obligation to obey, moral alignment, and legality of police actions as factors of police legitimacy. This research employs a survey questionnaire to evaluate the police legitimacy and public cooperation with the police. The number of subject of the study is 354 citizens residing in Daegu metropolitan city and some cities of Gyeongsangbuk-do province. The study employs a multi-regression analysis to investigate the effect of the three factors of police legitimacy on public cooperation with the police. The effects of the three key factors of police legitimacy- obligation to obey, moral alignment, and legality of police actions-on public cooperation with the police are significant; specifically, legality of police actions is shown to be more effective for nurturing public cooperation than the rest of these factors. The findings also have some implications for how Korean police can foster better relationships with citizens in the communities.

Mediating Effect of Cooperation with the Police on Compliance with the Law in Model of Procedural Justice and Police Legitimacy

  • The main purpose of the research is to examine the mediating effect of cooperation with the police on compliance with the law in the causal relationship between procedural justice and police legitimacy and criminal deterrence. This research employs a survey questionnaire to evaluate procedural justice, police legitimacy, cooperation with the police, and compliance with the law. The number of subject of the study is 312 citizens residing in Daegu metropolitan city and some cities of Gyeongsangbuk-do province. The study employs Structural Equation Model by using AMOS 24 to analyze the mediating effect of cooperation with the police on compliance with the law. As the result of analysis, the mediating effect of cooperation with the police on compliance with the law is statistically significant at the level 0.01. The key findings of this study is that in the community-based policing, cooperation with the police and compliance with the law are very important determinants in controlling and deterring crimes and the police need to reinforce a cooperative relationship with residents to reduce crimes through strengthening the willingness of compliance with the law.

열분해와 Hot Injection법을 이용한 CoSb3 나노분말합성 (Thermal Decomposition Synthesis of CoSb3 Nanoparticle by Hot Injection Method)

  • $CoSb_3$ with its high electrical conductivity, Seebeck coefficient and rather low thermal conductivity is quite a promising material for thermoelectric conversion applications. A potentially high figure of merit (ZT) can be achieved by a nanostructure evolution of thermoelectric materials. In this work, $CoSb_3$ nanoparticles were synthesized through a thermal decomposition method in cooperation with a hot injection technique. Nano-sized $CoSb_3$ particles were obtained through the thermal decomposition reaction between the pre-heated cobalt-oleate at $320^{\circ}C$ and the injected antimony oleate with room temperature. The results showed that the particle size was increased with increasing synthesis temperature and the crystallinity of particles was improved with temperature but the decomposition of $CoSb_3$ was observed at $320^{\circ}C$. The $CoSb_3$ particles synthesized at $300^{\circ}C$ showed a high purity and an homogeneous shape with average particle size of 26 nm.

국내외 산학협력프로그램 비교를 통한 산학협력 활성화 방안 연구 (Activation Factors of Industry Cooperation through Comparison Study on Domestic and International Industry Cooperation Programs)

  • 세계적으로 산학협력은 선택이 아니라 국가발전의 필연적인 구성요소이다. 산학협력의 부흥 결과는 국가의 필수적 경제발전의 요소로서 세계 주요국의 국가 정책에서도 중요한 위치를 차지한다. 미국, 캐나다, 핀란드, 스웨덴, 이스라엘 등 여러 국제환경의 변화 속에서도 경제적으로 지속적인 발전을 유지하고 있는 국가들의 경우 역사적으로 산학협력 제도를 성공적으로 정착하고 유지시켜 왔다. 본 연구에서는 산학협력 활성화를 위해서 국내외 산학협력프로그램 비교를 통해서 보다 현실성 있는 방법을 도출해 보고자 하였다. 연구결과 R&D 연구보상제도 프로그램으로 기술개발 특허의 성과급 지급에 대한 기준 마련을 필두로하여 공동개발의 경우 무상 기술이전 방침을 도출하였다. 또한 학생과 기업 그리고 대학이 공동으로 참여하는 공동역량강화프로그램으로 각종 지원사업시 가산점 및 평가지표 마련을 도출하였다. 그리고 취업과 창업을 동시에 강화하는 토탈관리 프로그램으로 관련 교육을 단계별 교육 체계로 전환하고 지역사회 주민에게도 교육의 혜택을 줄 수 있도록 해야한다. 마지막으로 지식재산권 전문가 매칭프로그램을 기술거래사 등을 바탕으로 최소단위 행정구역별로 전문가맵을 전국망으로 인터넷 정보검색서비스를 실시하고 동사무소 등에 전담인력을 배치하는 방안을 도출하였다.

  • We provide a fudamental set of information on technologies in the area of mechanical engineering to draw action plans for intermationalization of the National R&D activites. First, we design and use a modified Delphi method to evaluate levels of our technological capabilities and developed countries' as well. We investigate technology acquistion methodolgies, technology characteristcs and various aspects of international cooperation in terms of technology. Secondly, we analyze final responses of participants (i.e,. the third round results of Delphi method) tosee the correlation between various factors in developing mechanical engineering technologies through international cooperation. The technology classification used in this research is developed by STEPI (Science and Technology Policy Institute).

  • This paper proposes an R&D project selection methodology for green technology centered on developing country-oriented technology commercialization. Eight selection criteria are derived from the R&BD logic model : technology needs of developing countries, effectiveness of green technology, technological potentials, domestic technological capability, commercialization feasibility, economic benefits, business feasibility, and spillover effects of developing countries. 21 qualitative and quantitative indicators are then defined for each criterion. The analytic hierarchy process is conducted to produce relative importance of evaluation indicators and to set final priority scores of R&D project candidates. The working of the proposed methodology is provided with the help of a case study example of Green Technology Center. The proposed methodology is expected to be effectively utilized for policy practices of R&D project selection in the field of green technology.

  • 현재 전세계적으로 필요 장애인구의 약 5-15% (10 명 당 한 명 꼴)만이 신체기능의 저하를 보완하거나 보조할 수 있는 보조기기(assistive products)를 접할 수 있다[1]. GATE(Global Cooperation on Assistive Technology)는 이러한 보조기술에 관계한 모든 이해당사자들이 현재와 미래의 문제들에 대응하기 위해 제품 디자인, 가격 책정, 전달 및 서비스의 문제뿐만 아니라 의료 및 사회 시스템, 전문가 훈련, 그리고 정책 등과 같이 보조기술에 대한 전반적인 대응을 위한 WHO 주도의 보조기술에 관한 국제협력 방안이다. 본 논문에서는 보조기술에 관한 글로벌한 모든 이해당사자들의 협력관계의 구축을 통해 누구나 보조기술에 대한 접근성을 향상시키는 WHO GATE의 목표와 실행 계획을 소개한다.
