  • We propose a novel light guide plate for an edge-lit LED backlight. Properly designed micro-prisms enable light to go out of the LGP in near vertical direction and luminance fluctuations in front of the LEDs to be invisible.

  • The main purpose of this study intends to study the theoretical interconnection between human response capability and customer relationship management advantage while considering the essential role of service application of information technology as direct, indirect (mediating), and interactive (moderating) influences in the theory. Based on the study sample, the new findings help comprehend the overall interconnected relationship which includes the direct and indirect (mediating) effects of information technology service capability and human response capability as well as their interaction (moderation) on customer relationship management advantage. The new insights interprets the two capabilities (human and information technology) are vital to business because they are the foundation set of service resources significantly to enhance customer relationship management advantage.

  • 지속 가능한 발전을 위해 전기자동차의 관심 및 수요가 늘어나는 상황에서 전기자동차 충전소 및 주차공간에 대한 정보 습득은 더욱 중요해졌다. 서비스 이용자는 본인의 위치를 기반으로 하여 가까운 주차장과 전기 충전소의 유무를 확인할 수 있는 DBMS를 설계하고 구축하였다. 이용자에게 주차장 및 전기 충전소에 대한 정보를 얻는 과정에서 더욱 편리함을 안겨주는 것을 목표로 하였다.

  • 인구가 감소하고 있는 농어촌의 지역경제를 살림과 동시에 지역 소멸을 예방하고, 정착 지역 탐색에 많은 시간을 할애하는 귀농희망자들을 위해 도움을 줄 수 있는 데이터베이스를 설계하고 구축하였다. 사용자는 이 데이터베이스를 활용하여 사용자가 원하는 조건에 맞는 상위 5개 지역을 추천받을 수 있다. 정부와 기업이 귀농 지역 추천 데이터베이스를 활용하여 귀농을 희망하는 사람들의 행태를 알아보면 농촌 지역과 지방 소도시 지역 개발 및 활성화를 긍정적으로 예상할 수 있고, 이러한 관심이 결과적으로는 우리나라의 국토 균형발전에 큰 도움이 될 것이다.

Novel Impulsive Driving Schemes for 120Hz LCD Panels

  • Two new impulsive driving technologies for 120Hz liquid crystal display (LCD) panels are proposed to improve moving picture quality. One technology generates the dark frame using an adder and a shifter simply without using any look up tables (LUTs). It results in a cost effective impulsive scheme with motion picture quality comparable to that of high speed driving. The other is a backlight flashing method designed to avoid ghost images. The issue of ghost images caused by the slow response time of liquid crystal (LC) is solved by means of 120Hz overdriving and 120Hz backlight flashing. Using the perceived blur edge time (PBET) metric, measured moving picture response time (MPRT) values were 10.8ms and 4.4ms, respectively, while that of 120Hz high speed driving was 10.1ms.

  • Climate technology applied to address climate change requires a comprehensive review such as environmental and social acceptability in addition to economic feasibility. Not only mitigation and adaptation technologies, but also integration of climate technologies into a business model with other relevant technologies including ICT, finance, and policy instruments could enhance technical, economic, and environmental performances to respond to climate changes. However, many climate projects (and business models) are currently not designed to consider adequately complex climate?related issues. In addition, there is a lack of research on assessment systems that can comprehensively evaluate business feasibility of such models. In this study, we developed a system consisting of nine major indicators in four fields to assess climate technology-based business models. Each indicator was weighed using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) for systematic assessment of business models. The process can be utilized as a tool to guide improvement of climate technology business models.

  • Purpose: This study intends to analyze the effect of competitor pressure and customer pressure on social media technology use and the value of the business network and their implications for marketing performance. Research design, and methodology: A constructed questionnaire was conducted with 90 respondents of MSME's Business Actors in South Sulawesi Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis was applied to analyze and verify all the data. Results: Competitor pressure has a significant effect on social media technology, Competitor pressure has a positive and significant impact on business network accentuation. Customer pressure has a positive and significant impact on social media technology. Customer pressure has a positive and significant impact on business network accentuation. Social media technology utilization has a significant impact on Business Network Accentuation. Social media technology utilization has a significant effect on Marketing Performance. Business Network has a significant effect on Marketing Performance. Conclusions: It is an important thing for MSMEs to increase the use of social media technology to meet the demands of consumers and pressure from competitors. The use of social media technology must be implemented effectively and efficiently so that it can be utilized as an effective tool for distributing the value that own by a company to improve the company's marketing performance.

  • With the increasing interest in blockchain technology and its employment in diverse sectors and industries, including: finance, business, voting, industrial and many other medical and educational applications. Recently, the blockchain technology has played significant role in preventing fraud transactions in accounting systems, as the blockchain offers high security measurements, reduces the need for centralized processing, and blocks access to the organization information and system. Therefore, this paper studies, analyses, and investigates the adoption of blockchain technology with accounting systems, through analyzing the results of several research works which have employed the blockchain technology to secure their accounting systems. In addition, we investigate the performance of applying the deep learning and machine learning approaches for the purpose of fraud detection and classification. As a result of this study, the adoption of blockchain technology will enhance the safety and security of accounting systems, through identifying and classifying the possible frauds that may attack the accounting and business organizations.

  • Interest of Business Model has been increased continuously in the enterprise ever since IT(Information Technology) is introduced in the Business sector. Though lots of company's effort to build Business Model which expected to give profit to company, there are no guarantee of Business Model's success. In the situation of shortest lifecycle of new technology, it's hard to guarantee Business Model based new technology will return profit with the result of excellent evaluation of technology. After find Timmers model, Julta model, Rappa model, Electronic Commerce Profit model, B2E Model and Affliation, Affliated B2E Business Frame, will propose advantage and disadvantage of these models. Comraded B2E Business Model will be extracted for Mobile Solution Company to achieve success in the market through analysis of relationship between Technology appraisal and business model.

It is expected that current education policies and systems could not meet needs of e-Business Human Resources in Korea, In this paper. we define and categorize HR for e-Business. Using this, we present policies for a development of e-Business human resources. after conducting intensive field survey, Also we develop a program for e-Business education. In order to develop that, we research previous studies on skills and knowledge requirements of human resources and e-Business education program.
