The convergence of significantly different and disparate technologies such as spintronics, carbon nano tube field effect transistors, photon and bio-responsive molecular switches, memristor and memristive systems and metamaterials, coupled with energy scavenging sources are gaining a renewed focus in the quest for new products. This paper will provide an insight into an anticipated technological revolution and will highlight a futuristic Roadmap to capture opportunities that are brought about as the results of formulation of new circuit components basically driven by emergence of nanoscale materials as part of System on System integration. Challenges as the result of new lumped components such as memristor, metamaterial-based lumped components and the like that will challenge the designers' comfort zone will also be discussed.

The recent technological and industrial revolution dictates a new approach in constructing Korean Information Infrastructure. Lacking past data on the newly emerging markets, econometrics methodologies cannot accurately forecast future path of advanced networks, let alone dynamic impacts of public policies. In this paper, we have built a system dynamics model of the Korean Information Infrastructure and simulated diverse policy measures including market integration and government initiative in investment for experimenting their effectiveness. The most counterintuitive result of our research is that the market integration policy will facilitate CATV networks at an early stage until the year 2010, but will result in a diminished market size in the long run. With the system dynamics approach, we can enhance our understanding of the complex policy systems and get valuable insights through learning by modeling and simulation.

In this paper, we examined trends and regulations of the global medical equipment industry through literature search. The medical equipment industry is attracting attention as a new growth engine in the Fourth Industrial revolution. However, the medical device industry is a highly competitive field due to product diversity, short product life cycle and technological advances. In addition, Medical equipment are related to human health and safety. Therefore, it can only be exported if it is approved by national or international standards. Therefore, from the development stage of the product, the medical equipment should designate the country to be exported and develop a medical equipment that meets the requirements for licensing the medical equipment in the country. Therefore, In this paper, In this paper, we will present the practical considerations of the medical equipment exporting company by examining the global medical equipment market trends and the regulations related to medical equipment in major countries.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the key factors that influence consumers' preference for mobile payment in China. China has been quietly experiencing a third technological revolution that has markedly changed the way of life for its people. We used the structural equation modeling with 573 Chinese people to investigate the mobile-payment system in China based on the technology acceptance model. We found that factors such as value of service, security, convenience, and perceived usefulness have an impact on consumer satisfaction, and that satisfaction supports consumer purchasing. Also, it is possible to conclude that this proven instrument will assist researchers to further develop and refine mobile-payment research models.

For Verification of Quality Evaluation, It has been evaluated by One-way layout ANOVA based on the data of Surface Roughness Test. Anyhow, This test has been respectively carried out by 3 kinds of Test and Superior performance has appeared in the Test result.

In recent years, information technological revolution of using Internet in the Stock Market has shown reconsideration of Securities and Exchange Law. Since the 1998 Taipei Conference, ILA have studied upon it and presented 6th Interim Report during the 2000 London Conference. This paper summarizes a part of the 6th Interim Report. The Internet has created a medium to which traditional principles of jurisdiction may not have full relevance. To understand the jurisdictional issues posed by this new medium, we should first review the traditional principles of jurisdiction under international, U. S. law and Other Countries law. In previous reports, the general principles of jurisdiction in international law have been described. These principles are, however, difficult to apply in the context of Internet and other forms of computerized securities trading. Regulators all over the world are trying to address and solve jurisdictional issues raised by the Internet. The traditional rules of jurisdiction in international law, grounded as they are on a geography-based approach, may be in the process of being undermined by the Internet and other global networks allowing for remote access to information and to markets.

We analyzed security threats and suggested countermeasures about the block chain technologies which has emerged as a core technology of the fourth industrial revolution. We know that increasing the security leads to slow down program processing rate in the block chain systems. The block chain system which is currently an early stage of technological development, to become an economic and social infrastructure, development of technology and active policy implementation will be necessary. We studied on the security threats and countermeasures of the Bit Coin based on block chain. Further research should be undertaken on the possibility that future studies could have a real adverse effect on the integrity of the data.

The future society will be changed through an artificial intelligence (AI) based intelligent revolution. To prepare for the future and strengthen industrial competitiveness, countries around the world are implementing various policies and strategies to utilize AI in the manufacturing industry, which is the basis of the national economy. Manufacturing AI technology should ensure accuracy and reliability in industry and should be explainable, unlike general-purpose AI that targets human intelligence. This paper presents the future shape of the "autonomous factory" through the convergence of manufacturing and AI. In addition, it examines technological issues and research status to realize the autonomous factory during the stages of recognition, planning, execution, and control of manufacturing work.

The purpose of the study is to develop effective teaching methods to strengthen the major learning capabilities of electronic engineering learners through inquiry learning using computing thinking ability. To this end, first, in the electronic engineering curriculum, we performed teaching-learning through an inquiry and learning model related to mathematics, probability, and statistics under the theme of various majors in electronic engineering, focusing on understanding computing thinking skills. Second, an efficient electronic engineering subject inquiry class operation using computing thinking ability was conducted, and electronic engineering-linked education contents based on the components of computer thinking were presented. Third, by conducting a case study on inquiry-style teaching using computing thinking skills in the electronic engineering curriculum, we identified the validity of the teaching method to strengthen major competency. In order to prepare for the 4th Industrial Revolution, by implementing mathematics, probability, statistics-related linkage, and convergence education to foster convergent talent, we tried to present effective electronic engineering major competency enhancement measures and cope with innovative technological changes.

With the recent emergence of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the government is promoting the development of smart construction technology and institutional improvement through various policies to induce cutting-edge and technological innovation in the construction industry. As part of such smart construction technology, the application of BIM is being activated, and related regulations and guidelines are constantly being supplemented. In relation to BIM, there are many studies on the fields of library, design standards etc., but research on specific unit price utilization and unit price DB construction for calculating construction cost is insufficient. Therefore, in this study, a basic study was conducted on the linkage of the construction standard market unit price and the BIM library. Based on the basic research conducted in the future, we intend to establish specific standards for calculating BIM-based construction costs.
