본 연구의 목적은 Biochip을 연구하는 학문분야의 지적구조를 분석하고 이를 선행연구에 의해 도출된 Co-word Map의 클러스터와 연계하는데 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 기술과 학문의 연계를 통해 정책입안자들과 R&D 기금관리자들의 의사결정을 지원해 주는 계량적이고 시각적인 근거를 제공하고자 한다.

최근 국가의 무형자산인 전파자원에 대한 수요가 급증하면서 전파자원의 희소성과 경제적 가치가 점점 높아지고 있다. 이에 미국, 유럽, 일본 등 해외 선진국은 정기적으로 전파이용자의 활용 현황을 조사하고 있으며, 그 결과를 전파정책 수립을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고 있다. 이에 본 조사는 국내 전파이용 기업들을 대상으로 무선기기 산업 현황 및 주파수 활용 실태를 파악하고, 그동안 부진했던 무선기기 제품의 활성화 및 전파이용에 대한 제도개선과 지원방안을 모색하고자 시행하였으며, 이를 통해 전파산업육성에 있어서 중요한 지표가 될 수 있는 아이템의 체계적인 발굴 및 전략적 시사점을 제시하였다.

The aim of this study is to map the structure of biochip research field and analyse ex-ante feasibility in R&D planning stage using Co-word analysis. We used SCI Database as a source data to analyze the intellectual structure of biochip research in two different periods (1994${\sim}$1999, 1994${\sim}$2002).

최근 방송통신뿐만 아니라, 생활 속에서의 융합서비스 확산으로 전파활용이 급증하면서 국가의 무형자산인 전파자원에 대한 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 수요의 급증은 한정된 전파자원에 대한 경쟁적 수요 발생 및 경제적 가치 증대로 이어지면서, 장기적으로 융합시대를 선도할 수 있는 전파활용 방안에 대한 이슈 문제가 발생한다. 국내에서도 미래 전파서비스에 대비한 최적의 활용 방안에 대하여 다양한 연구들이 진행되고 있으며, 본 고에서는 융합시대 선도를 위한 전파활용 전략에 대해 논의하고 있다. 즉, 회수 재배치나 재할당, 주파수 공유, 용도미지정 등 주요 전파정책들에 대해 논의하고, 이로부터 발생하는 이슈와 융합시대를 이끌 전파활용 방향성에 대해 제안하고자 한다.

Wireless data communication (WDC) services are increasingly penetrating the market. The two main alternative WDC technologies are wireless LAN and mobile Internet. Services based on these technologies display differences in quality attributes such as terminal device, data transmission speed, pricing scheme and so on. How consumers choose between these two alternatives will be determined by their preferences regarding such quality attributes. In turn, their preferences will affect the evolution of WDC services and related technologies. This study employs a conjoint analysis of consumer valuations of quality attributes of wireless LAN and mobile Internet services. Respondents rate hypothetical service alternatives featuring various combinations of quality attributes. By estimating consumer willingness to pay for the attributes of WDC services, the authors predict the evolution of WDC services and related technologies along various quality dimensions, make a comparison with the results of a previous study, and draw policy implications for national-and company-level R&D strategies.

Besides, to measure application and technological fields by using bibliographical method and technology is as important as in a basic research field.
