The military services have sought to improve the overall quality, management, and delivery of military technical information in all of its aspects. The efforts concentrated on developing IETM(Interactive Electronic Technical Manual) by using the application of computer technology for the storage, control, and presentation of maintenance, system-operation, training, and other forms of logistic-support technical information. In this paper, the methodologies are presented to evaluate the operational effectiveness of IETM which consists of confirmity and performance. Confirmity is evaluated by the check-sheet based on the standard of CALS, and performance by the comparison of the technician performance between IETM and paper-TM.

These days, Dental Technic has been contributed to make more delicating Dental Prosthesis Restoration for patient and dentist. Diagnostic wax-up and making Temporary Crown are emphasized as an important part of Dental Technic. Choosing suitable Material and working with various new Equipments like Microscope improve accuracy. Repeated practice by setting up an organized system gives better result. Also, Esthetic Prosthesis requires patient's appearance and personality as well as patient' age, sex, and shade so on. Moreover, the problem which occurs by the patient's oral condition ha to be discussed before taking final impression. At a time like this, Scientific-mind and Logical thought Ability should be considered the important issue for more progressive Dental Technic.

Many concept of occlusion have been introduced in the past, but there isn't any generally accepted unified theory since a single occlusion theory cannot represent the natural perfection, especially considering the difference in clinical experience, the dynamic occlusion, and individual diversity in mastication pattern. NAT(Naturgemasse Aufwachstechnik)/NFR((Natur Funktionsgerechte Rekonstruktion) occlusion is not just a theory on occlusion, but a clinical occlusion that can be practically applied to clinical practice by providing dynamic occlusion adjusted to the individual mastication pattern and biomechanics. This report aims to provide a guide to a clinically biomechanical occlusion through the teamwork of both the dentist and the lab technician by introducing the NAT occlusion through following: reviewing the concept of occlusion in terms of morphology, its correlation with NAT/NFR occlusion, reviewing the limitation of conventional occlusion theories, and introducing the clinical application of NAT/NFR.

Nitrate contamination of groundwater is a wide-spread problem in both New Zealand and South Korea and has lead to eutrophication of receiving lakes and rivers. Denitrification in groundwater has the potential to reduce inputs of N to these receiving waters but quantification of the amount of denitrification taking place is difficult. A series of denitrification measurements have been carried out in the field at selected groundwater locations in New Zealand using a recently developed re-circulating well technique to increase sensitivity. This is an ongoing project and the methodology and sites are described and some preliminary results discussed. An overview of the collaborative research programme on in-situ groundwater processes (in which this denitrification project is a component) is provided.

This study review about input data needing for noise mapping through the process for noise mapping to the Cheong-Ju on a middle-small scale city. Typically a technician know a input data in noise mapping but it is difficult to get the data. Even if we get the data, it is not regular type. So it take a long time to work out. This study is presented the guideline to solve this problems and indicate about getting data a scheme. and as it make a comparative study of the Europe case.

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) significantly deteriorates the quality of life in aged men. Uroflowmetry is a convenient non-invasive clinical test to diagnose BPH. However, the test is usually performed in the presence of a technician, which may affect the way of urination for the lack of privacy. The present study developed a wireless uroflowmeter to provide the best privacy with a user program on PC evaluating the diagnostic parameters. Pilot experiment was followed to test clinical applicability.

This Study has been conducted with many concerns about various teaching methods that attainable the substantial learning process of practical affair system in order to cope with the rapidly changing situation of the times and the educational environment in the field of design. Design Process Studying Method which utilizes 'Story Telling' as the process where the whole learning is achievable, in accordance with the educational target of the creative professional technician training that complies with the requirement of the times, and by progress of the integrated structure dividing as 1, 2, 3 stages, it doubles various studying effect, and it enables to expect the connection studying effect with other study-subject. Since the process of such program induces the positive participation of the student, it was known that a superior interchange of information is attainable, and due to its enthusiasm and interest on the study, the participating rate for study was appeared very highly.

For the Gas hydrate Research and Development in Korea, the prospect area I & II was surveyed and drilled during the first phase. At the result, we succeeded to discovering gas hydrate real sample at BSR reflection and vent structure. This expedition processing contributes to developing the offshore seismic survey technologies and data processing of Korea. But Korean gas hydrate test production research, in spite of activating test production at other countries, is such a limitation about technician, GH production technologies and E&P processing. First of all, there is no exist in Korea to application site for the their production research results. In this paper, we have studied the gas hydrate reservoir selection technics of the DOE & BPXA for the ANS test production. And this result will helpful to preparation of gas hydrate test production in Korea.

The aircraft maintenance demands a lot of aviation mechanics in urgent according to the high season and low season in seasonal demand adjusted, unplanned maintenance work such as AD (airworthiness directives) and troubleshooting of aircraft system fault. The advent of Super-Large Aircraft such as A380 with aircraft materials, power plant and avionics systems which were not in previous models must be expected to increase the complexity of the aircraft maintenance system. This study is intended to propose the development plan for formation of positive flexibility culture in aircraft maintenance organization through the review of previous research on flexibility culture of organization and through empirical research for bureaucratic and poor factors by the evaluation of flexibility culture level of domestic aircraft maintenance organization.

In this paper, the technology innovation for software firms are discussed. Through the literature study, the concepts about this issue and the environment and activity of software firm's the technology innovation related are described. The survey paper was developed for searching the obstacles, policy considerations, and performance of this issue etc. Also questionnaire sheet was made for identifying the relations on technology innovation activities and performance. The degree of understanding about the need of technology innovation were very high according to the analysis result from the response based on the 103 software firms. Among this survey the other results are described as follows; the motivation of technology innovation, the necessity and implementation, the duration acquired for innovation result, the favorite support program as for innovation policy, obstacles for innovation implementation, the reason for innovation collaboration etc. Finally, it is verified statistically that the performance of technology innovation be affected by the employment of external professional technician, research and development, the technical education.
