This study is about quality test of parmament form for practical application. Nowdays domestic building market in the face of 3D, in addition to construction cost increase, materials lack problems and opening a building market to foreign countries, is trying to find out the efficient ways of overcoming these problems. So the efficiacy of form work to technical improvement will contribute a practical permanent form in field through quality test of permmament form. In this paper, we examined the total system of form erections and evaluated the structural permament of columns and beams.

The public sector extension services in which governments of less developed countries (LDCs) have invested large sums often at the behest of donors are achieving uneven impact, often at unsustainable high costs. Further, the fundamental premise of public sector extension - that low-income farmers are unlikely to obtain technical information unless it is provided by government - increasingly requires re-examination. This paper reviews the pressures facing conventional agricultural extension, examines the prospects of recent approaches that are participatory, institutionally pluralistic and geared towards cost-sharing, and suggests ways forward for governments.

The technology of anaerobic digestion of organic wastes has been researched for the production of biogas in various purposes. Biogas comes from anaerobic digestion and landfill in which that of main components are methane and carbon dioxide containing small amount of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia. Biogas can either be used directly on the site where it is generated after proper upgrading or distributed to external customer via separate pipelines like natural gas. There are four basic ways biogas can be utilized such as production of heat and steam, electricity production, vehicle fuel and production of chemicals. There is no international technical standard for biogas use but some countries have developed national standards and procedures for biogas use. In this paper, technical standards of biogas depending on purpose have reviewed for the several countries.

Korean Industrial Standards for lightning protection system complies with IEC standards. However, the standards are applicable only to buildings and structures more than 20 meters in high. Therefore, it is necessary to determine whether lightning protection system should be installed on structures lower than 20 meters high. This paper proposes an efficient method of assessing risk against lightning of structures lower than 20 meters high. The method suggests simplified lightning protection system and provides selecting an appropriate protection level. The suggested method assumes that structure under assessment has no lightning protection system and there is no person around the structure at the moment of lightning stroke. A simplified method of assessing the risk to human within the structure is developed by adopting the general assessment factor. The selection of a protection level is possible by comparing tolerable risk with physical damage risk caused by a direct lightning. Finally, this paper gives ways to establish surge protection measures when a structure with lightning risk is within a radius of 2km from the assessed structure even if this structure requires no lightning protection system.

Building mechanical system is configured Air conditioning, sanitation, urban (environmental) equipment. In the design of equipment, installation, maintenance, applies to all devices in the field of industrial equipment and general engineering equipment field are within bounds to say that all of the equipment field. However, domestic technology level is still fly short of international standards in architecture, we spand many energy. Because of this, find the current situation and identify the problems look up ways to improve them.

This paper proposes a new direction of technical highschool in Korea and presents a network model for technical highschool. As a distributed intelligent portal, the network model connects to anywhere and consists of simulated practical exercise in a school's self portal intranet. A title of the simulated practice contents developed in a school would be posted on any open site connected to the network model so that anyone who want to use it in his/her practice class could download to his/her intranet portal site. This mechanism works in two good ways. One is a wide area networkness and another is an easy utilization of broad band width since teacher could use the contents in his/her school's own intranet band width. The paper also emphasize that teachers and educators should make an effort to develop good quality meta-contents.

In the present emerging global economy, as the focus is shifted from manufacturing to service sector, the efficiency of service operations is crucial for the county's sustainable growth and development. As one of the fastest growing service sector industries in South Korea, the call center has become an inevitable part of customer service for most companies. Despite of the strategic importance of the call center, there has been no empirical study on the efficiency of call center service operations in the literature. The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the technical efficiency of call center services so as to not only identify the current status of call center service operations, but also suggest ways to improve service operations efficiency. For this purpose, we apply a non-parametric efficiency measurement method, DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis), to domestic call centers in order to compare their relative efficiency. Based on DEA evaluations, we provided specific directions for the inefficient call centers to possibly improve their operation efficiencies. It is expected that the measurement methods suggested in this study can be applied to various issues such as service KS certification, service operations management, and the productivity analysis of service personnel.

Technical documents are important research outputs generated by knowledge and information society. In order to properly use the technical documents properly, it is necessary to utilize advanced information processing techniques, such as summarization and information extraction. In this paper, to extract core information, we automatically extracted the terminologies and their definition based on definitional sentences patterns and the structure of technical documents. Based on this, we proposed the system to build a specialized terminology dictionary. And further we suggested the personalized services so that users can utilize the terminology dictionary in various ways as an knowledge memory. The results of this study will allow users to find up-to-date information faster and easier. In addition, providing a personalized terminology dictionary to users can maximize the value, usability, and retrieval efficiency of the dictionary.

In recent studies, construction industry workers with higher job stress and lower work ability were more likely to experience accidents at their workplace. Likewise, fatal accidents rate was higher among simple labor workers compared to technical workers. Therefore the evaluation of a worker's job stress and work ability seems to be important in preventing the occurrence of fatal accidents. To search for ways to reduce job stress and to improve work ability, the current study conducted a job stress analysis based on age, years of service, skill level, hobbies, sleep patterns, and monthly income. For this, the Korean occupational stress questionnaire short form and the Work Ability Index (WAI) developed by the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health (FIOH) were used. In this study, SPSS 12.0K statistics program was used for statistical analysis and significance was verified by the Kruskal-Wallis test and non-parametric tests. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : (1) Simple labor workers had higher job stress and less work ability than technical workers. (2) The more experienced workers had lower job stress and higher work ability. (3) In the case of workers who slept a lot, work ability was higher and job stress was less. (4) Monthly income influenced on the job stress and work ability. (5) Job stress and work ability in accordance with the age difference was not significant.
