본 논문에서는 AMOLED 디스플레이 구동회로로 사용되는 박막트랜지스터의 구성요소 중에서 반도제 물질 제조의 최근 동향에 대해 논한다. 트랜지스터에 적용을 위해 특성이 좋은 반도체 막을 얻는 방법으로 비정질 실리콘을 다결정 실리콘으로 변화시켜야 하는데 레이저와 열처리 방법이 있으며, 레이저를 이용한 기술에는 SLS(Sequential Lateral Solidification), ELA(Excimer Laser Annealing), TDX(Thin-beam Directional Crystallization), 열처리 기술에는 SPC(Solid Phase Crystallization), SGS(Super Grain Silicon), MIC(Metal Induced Crystallization), FALC(Field Aided Lateral Crystallization)가 대표적이며, 이들에 대해 상세히 설명한다. 본 연구실에서 연구중인 레이저 결정화 기술의 대형 AMOLED 디스플레이 제작을 위한 연구 내용도 다룬다.

본 연구는 의료 관광객의 불만을 야기시킬 수 있는 요소를 밝혀내고, 이를 근원적으로 보완할 수 있는 방법을 모색하기 위해 의료 서비스 실패 유형이 회복 수단과 어떠한 상관관계를 가지며 의료 관광객의 신뢰의 형성, 더 나아가 신뢰의 형성을 바탕으로 재이용, 추천, 긍정적 구전의도와 같은 행동의도에까지 어떠한 영향을 미치게 되는가를 규명하여 의료 관광객 관리의 중요성을 시사하며 의료 관광 활성화를 위한 효과적인 마케팅 전략을 수립하고자 하였다. 연구의 주요 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스 실패에 대한 서비스 회복은 회복 후 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 회복 후 만족은 신뢰와 행동의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 회복 후 만족에 의한 신뢰의 형성은 행동의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 마지막으로, 서비스 회복과 회복 후 만족과의 관계에서 의료 서비스 실패의 조절효과를 분석하였고, 의료 서비스 실패 인지유형은 조절효과를 갖지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

디지털 트윈 국토는 한국판 뉴딜 정책의 일환으로 추진 중인 국가 프로젝트이나 이에 대한 표준이나 기술 기준 등은 마련되어 있지 않은 상태이다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구는 디지털 트윈 국토의 상호 운용성 확보를 위한 공간정보 표준 기반의 참조 모델과 데이터 모델 구축 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 디지털 트윈에 관한 국제 표준화 동향을 검토하고 주요 시사점을 도출하였다. 그리고 디지털 트윈 국토에 대한 정의, 도메인별 특징을 도출하는 등 디지털 트윈 국토에 대한 개념을 정립하였다. 이러한 개념을 바탕으로 RM-ODP를 이용한 디지털 트윈 국토 참조 모델 구축 방안과 3단계 디지털 트윈 국토 데이터 모델 체계를 제안하였다. 또한 데이터 모델의 효율적 관리를 위한 모델 레지스트리 구축 방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 정책 방안은 향후 디지털 트윈 국토 표준 체계 구축의 방향성을 확립하는데 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 개인정보처리자 관점에서 개인정보보호 활동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고, 개인정보처리자 스스로 보호 활동을 강화하기 위한 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 요인 탐색을 위해 보호동기이론을 바탕으로 위협평가와 대처평가요인으로 대표되는 주요 요인을 선정하였으며, 요인별 영향분석을 위해 다항로짓모형을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 소규모 개인정보를 보유한 영세 개인정보처리자는 스스로 개인정보 보호 활동을 수행할 수 있도록 보호조치 점검도구 등 시스템 및 기술지원과 인식제고를 위한 교육지원이 필요하다. 그리고 대규모 개인정보를 보유한 개인정보처리자는 예산 및 조세지원 등 개인정보 보호 강화를 위한 투자를 장려하며, 실무 중심의 전문교육 지원이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

Objectives: This study was conducted to prepare basic data to propose the necessity and utilization of oral welfare products in the welfare services of the long-term care insurance system, focusing on facility workers working in elderly facilities. Methods: The analysis was conducted on 144 workers working at some local elderly facilities. The questionnaire was constructed by classifying the use of oral welfare tools into 6 questions and the necessity and demand for oral welfare devices into 13 questions. Frequency analysis and technical analysis were performed for data analysis, and one-way ANOVA was performed for differences in the necessity and demand for oral welfare equipment. The statistical significance level was p<0.05. Results: As a result of examining the awareness of the necessity and demand for oral welfare equipment among workers in elderly facilities, the awareness of the necessity of including oral welfare equipment in the items of welfare equipment in the current long-term care insurance system was high at 4.15 points. As a result of analyzing the correlation between awareness of care products and the need and demand for oral welfare equipment, it was confirmed that there was a statistically significant positive correlation (p<0.01). Conclusions: In the long-term care insurance system for the elderly, oral welfare products need to be considered for welfare equipment services. The provision of oral welfare products within the long-term care insurance system for the elderly can provide opportunities and services to select various self-care tools. In addition, it is expected that it will be possible to promote changes in the long-term care insurance system for the elderly and to improve the system in a variety of positive ways.

지난 3년간 지속된 COVID-19 바이러스에 의한 팬데믹 사태는 사회와 사람들의 삶의 방식을 다양한 방식으로 변화시켰다. 이러한 변화는 사이버공간에도 영향을 주어 팬데믹 이전의 정보보안 모델과 기준은 현재 상황에 적용할 때 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 뉴노멀 시대의 다양한 상황을 고려한 공공기관의 정보보안 모델개선방안을 새롭게 제안하였다. 즉, 제시된 정보보안 모델을 통해 기존의 공공기관 정보보안 운영의 취약점인 원격근무의 정책적, 기술적 보완을 통해 외부 침입의 가능성을 사전 차단한다. 또한 안전한 VPN 환경 구축을 통해 비정상적 인증 시도를 방어하는 방법, COVID-19로 인한 두려움과 불확실성을 노린 사회공학기반 사이버 공격(Social Engineering Cyber Attack)을 예방하는 방법, 원활한 네트워크 사용 및 원격근무 환경 조성을 위해 서비스 가용성을 확보하는 방법 등을 추가로 제시하였다.

Maritime transport is dominant in the overall volume of all international transportation. Existence and overcoming of problems, which cause pressure on shipping safety, remain actual and fully concern both maritime and inland transport. Increasing speed and cargo capacity of the ships along with the reduction of crew members lead to the automation of a growing number of work processes, which indicates the need to actively introduce appropriate measures in the security system of sea-going ships and commercial ports and to develop modern approaches to minimize negative events and incidents in the process of ship operation. Advantages in use of modern methods of monitoring the safety of ship operations, management of possible events and incidents, including investigation of accidents, first, aimed at prevention of negative occurrences and ways of prevention on this basis. Considering statistics on incidents increase, this work presents analysis of general ship accident rate, study of major accidental events growth annually, and investigation of causes of incidents, which most frequently occur in port waters and at open sea. A survey of current approaches to ensuring the safety of shipping by implementing effective tools, such as event and incident management, has been conducted.

본 연구에서는 자연환경에 영향을 주는 에너지를 절감하기 위해 피복아크용접에서 가동철심형 용접기와 전력사용량이 적은 디지털 용접기(인버터 방식)를 비교하여 전력 사용은 적으며 용접성은 동일한 조건을 갖춰야 하는 부분을 확인하고자 한다. 가동철심형 용접기는 정현파를 출력하는 교류를 사용하며 디지털 용접기 또한 정현파 교류를 발생시켜 동일 조건을 갖추고 전력사용량은 적으며 같은 용접성을 갖추어야 한다. 다만 용접성은 다양하게 검증할 수 있으나 국가기술자격 용접 분야의 자격시험으로 한정하여 분석하고자 한다.

The ecological expression of art in modern society takes the harmonious developmental relationship between man and nature as an element and combines it with the various manifestations of painting as an expression of ecological artistic development. The necessary relationship for the harmonious development of nature is accurately articulated, and the ecological changes in people are expressed in integrated materials that inspire human reflection. In the pursuit of material pleasures, mankind is neglectful and indifferent to the environment. The development of composite painting in art and ecology is a process that more reveres the harmony between man and nature as well as satisfying the creative value of the work. After systematic evaluation and research, people have engaged in various structural forms of composite art painting development in the long history of art development, focusing on the integration of environmental and ecological culture. In the process of nature education going through development, the comprehensive practical development of nature education is enhanced and efforts are made to feel new ecological art ideas and new ways of valuing environmental protection. In this paper, an observational study of eco-art will be carried out, starting from the theory of hierarchical division and analyzing the contradictory relationship between man and nature. Recognize nature, understand it and feel it through eco-art painting. The analysis of the contradictory relationship between man and nature is combined with the identification of various types of information that give value to the environmental protection public, and the combination of ecological painting and nature art to achieve an upgrade of the environmental protection idea of the value of painting. In the development of artistic ecological comprehensive painting, it is necessary to put forward technical requirements and standards that meet the development of modern industry according to the characteristics and methods of ecological painting. The author of this paper discusses the necessity and social value of artistic ecological painting creation from the artist's point of view, expounds the practical achievements of ecological painting from the perspective of the history and present situation of the development of ecological aesthetics at home and abroad, and gives the concept and creative method of contemporary art comprehensive material painting in combination with his own actual situation.

전 세계적으로 에너지, 금융 서비스, 보건, 통신, 교통 분야의 클라우드 전환에 따라 지속적으로 클라우드제공업체에 대한 주요기반시설 지정 움직임이 확산되고 있다. 또한, 우크라이나 사태에서는 국가 주요시설의 클라우드 사용 규제 철폐와 신속한 주요 데이터에 대한 클라우드 전환으로 인해 러시아의 기반시설을 겨냥한 사이버 공격에 효율적으로 대처할 수 있었다. 한국에서는 체계적, 종합적인 정보보호 관리체계를 구현하고, 조직의 정보보호 및 개인정보보호 관리 수준 향상을 위해 ISMS-P가 기업의 정보보호 및 개인정보보호 수준 제고를 위해 운영되고 있다. 클라우드 환경을 고려한 통제항목이 수정, 추가 되어 기업의 심사에 운영되고 있다. 그러나, 클라우드의 국내외 기술적 수준이 상이하고 하이퍼스케일 규모에 대한 국내 인증심사원들의 교육을 위해서는 Microsoft같은 클라우드 공급업체의 결함사항에 대한 정보를 구하기 쉽지 않았다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 하이퍼스케일 클라우드상 에서의 결함사항을 분석하고, 하이퍼스케일환경과 ISO/IEC 27001 및 SOC 보안 국제 표준과의 정합성을 고려하여 보다 클라우드에 특화된 통제항목 개선방안을 제시하였다.
