We have peformed an investigation about the present geodetic VLBI observation problems and a study about the trend of technical development in the future. Especially, I will present the research results about the present status of the technical development and the feasibility for e-VLBI which is recently highlighted.

본 논문은 미래 항공교통관리(Air Traffic Management, ATM)의 핵심개념으로 받아들여지고 있는 궤적기반운용(Trajectory-based Operations, TBO)에 대한 기술동향을 담고 있다. ICAO(International Civil Aviation Organization)가 발표한 ASBU(Aviation System Block Upgrade)에 기술된 TBO 운용개념을 살펴보고, 미국과 유럽에서 각각 진행 되어온 궤적기반운용에 대한 운용개념 수립과 관련 연구개발 사례들을 통해 근 미래에 실현 가능한 운용개념 및 절차를 구체화하였다. 운용개념 정리를 통해 파악된 요소기술들(technical enablers)을 간단히 소개하며, 관련된 연구개발 진행 현황을 정리하였다.

Offshore geotechnical site investigation of the seabed ground has been a key factor of the successful construction of various types of offshore structures like as sea-crossing bridges, submerged tunnels, and other marine facilities. Offshore investigations are not easy tasks because of the wave, wind, tidal ebb and flows, and others. Recent developments of offshore equipment including platforms and testing devices like as maine cone penetrator have inspired us to get more reliable characteristics of the seafloor. General information on the offshore site investigations and technical trends concerned are introduced.

This paper will present the basic concept and technical trends of the 42V system for the future vehicles structure that is in the process of research and development by the world-wide vehicle manufacturers and the suppliers. The power conversion equipment on the vehicles and an ISG(Integrated Starter Generator) for 42V are introduced. The fundamental research related to the advanced automaker's technical trends and investigations are performed.

오미자(Schizandra chinensis Baillon)는 국내 최대 생산량을 갖는 약용작물로서 음료, 기능성 식품 등에서 다양한 방법으로 사용되어왔다. 우리는 오미자와 관련된 한국의 객관적인 기술수준과 경쟁력을 파악하기 위하여 6개국(그룹)의 1,938건 유효특허를 수집하고 10분야의 핵심기술로 분류하였다. 오미자 관련기술은 한국이 1,182건으로 가장 많은 출원을 하였으며, 전체적으로 출원건수와 출원인수가 함께 증가하는 성장기 단계에 해당하였다. 특허 포트폴리오 모델, 지식재산권 부상도 분석 및 특허지표에 의하여 평가된 국내 기술수준과 경쟁력은 개별적인 질적 기술수준은 낮지만 특허출원건수가 많아 전체적인 기술경쟁력은 높다고 분석되었다. 우리는 본 연구를 통하여 오미자의 산업화 및 관련 연구개발 방향을 제시하고자 하였으며, 향후 한국에서 미래 선점 가능성이 가장 높은 기술 분야는 공백기술이 많고, 발전성은 높으며, 장벽성은 보통인 화장품과 재배 기술이 될 것으로 전망하였다.
