These days, ubiquitous and RFID are often mentioned by mass media. This piper will introduce RFID-aided Baggage Tracking System that has been implemented under a government project, identify areas for improvement based on the up-to-date operation, and finally a research and development approach to address the issues. The document will also discuss mobile RFID R&D business that our research center is carrying out, and suggest technical requirements for successful RFID business from perspective of corporate research center. Last but not least it will talk about some opportunities that require cooperation among the govement, business and academy to ensure the relevant industry advances RFID business in Korea.

Deleting unsolicited email, popularly known as spam mail, is an annoying task for Internet users. Moreover, spam mail causes a variety of social problems. At present, legal restrictions cannot eradicate spam senders. As a result, many technical methods to eliminate spam mail such as spam filtering and online stamps have been introduced. However, the process of blocking spam mail can inadvertently result in suspension of indispensable or beneficial communication. In this paper, we propose a certificate and agent based emailing architecture that can block spam mail, while at the same time approve certified mail. This architecture can be accelerated by synergistic utilization of digital signature and electronic document interchange.

The area of business applications in the internet are extended enormously in result of fast development of computing and communication technologies, increase of internet use, and use of intranet/extranet in enterprise information system. Widely spread the use of the internet, there are various applications for Business to Business (B to B) or Business to Customer(B to C) model that are based on the intranet or extranet. This paper designed and implemented the Web-based Electronic Bidding System for Business to Business (B to B) model. The technical issues of electronic bidding system in the internet are involved in the connection between web client and server, electronic data interchange for the contract document, and security solution during the bidding and contracting processes. The web-based electronic bidding system in this paper is implemented using Java applet and servlet as a connection interface for web client and server, XML/EDI-based documents for a bid and a contract, and bidding server and notary server for enhancing the security using PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)-based public key cryptography, digital signature and Certification Authority(CA).

In 2003, the Uniform Commercial Code(UCC) which is a kind of model law to unify commercial law between several states in US was amended to use electronic document of title including bill of lading. It is the second following the Australia legislation in 1996. Also, the Korean government amended Commercial Act and made the Presidential Decree for using electronic bill of lading in 2008. In this paper the authors reveal the characteristics of the clause of UCC for electronic bill of lading. The characteristics of the clause are on the technical neutrality of the signature, the possibility of reissuance in alternative medium, and adoption of the concept of "control." It helps to suggest some implications for Korean government authority. The authors suggest the amendment of the Presidential Decree to the Korean government authority to use additionally digital signature authorized by non Korean government such as VeriSign. It will activate the use of electronic bill of lading issued by Korea repositary out of Korea.

Information-security management systems (ISMSs) are becoming very important, even for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, implementing an ISMS is not an easy task. Many obstacles must be overcome, e.g., complexity, document tracking, competency management, and even changing cultures. The objective of our study is to provide ISMS application tools, based on ISO 27001:2013 ISM frameworks. The application was developed on the Odoo Open Enterprise Resource Planning platform. To validate its feasibility for future improvement, the application was implemented by an MSME company. For this implementation, information-security-related users gave their feedback through a questionnaire. The distributed feedback questionnaire consists of nine assessment parameters, covering topics from the application's technical aspects to users' experiences. Based on the questionnaire feedback, all users of the application were satisfied with its performance.

In this study, we propose a way of infill unit-modular construction for school facilities and identify the main effect factors when planning a remodeling of the school facilities by using infill unit-modular construction. This study is limited to have document for domestic infill modular construction such as technical data, knowhow due to fewer cases and research. we expect to study on an practical alternative for infill modular housing specifically.

Environmental risk assessment of cadmium compounds was conducted using national monitoring data of aquatic and terrestrial compartments of local area. Aquatic and terrestrial toxicities of cadmium compounds on algae, daphnid, fish, earthworm, springtails and other species were evaluated. The toxicity data evaluated in this study were mainly from ECOTOX database provided by US EPA. Assessment factors were determined according to the EU technical guidance document and/or OECD proposal. Predicted no effect concentration (PNEC) values of aquatic and terrestrial toxicity were 25$\mu\textrm{g}$/L and 0.2 mg/kg, respectively and they were compared with cadmium exposure data of several local areas, which were used as Predicted exposure concentration(PEC) values. Most of the local area were found to be not risky. However, the risk values (PEC/NEC) of some metropolitan areas were greater than 1 when the most conservative PNEC value was applied.

In this paper will be presented an algorithm for designing of a railway interlocking table which is a document describing the functional specification of the interlocking device. The ability to produce an interlocking table has been handed down in the signalling engineers society. And the signalling engineer makes the most of his expertise to produce an interlocking table. But, the expertise has not yet been organized into technical system, the core of the expertise is a hard nut to crack. Therefore, we analyze into signal engineering expertise, and propose a generalization of interlocking notion. Also, an algorithm is drawn up based on a train route setting principle to solve practical and general problems by computer And the performance of the algorithm is evaluated for test program based on AutoCAD technology. The evaluation result shows that it can be utilized as the effective algorithm for computer control of the signalling system as interlocking device, that it improved in safety

There are many technical datum in related with design, test & evaluation and logistic support which will be exchanged between geographically isolated units and heterogeneous hardwares & softwares in developing and operating the weapon systems. The paper proposes the conceptual database schema to establish configuration management information systems in which these datum can be automatically interchanged, tracked, audited and status-accounted without errors under the various environments. The paper investigates how to identify and classify the data in accordance with document identification, task analysis, system development, logistic support, system test & evaluation and data management. Furthermore, the investigation includes drawing the subject areas and modeling the conceptual database schema to explain the relationships between these datum. Thus, the paper results in the conceptual framework and data models of configuration management information systems, while additional customization efforts be required in applying the models to a specific weapon systems R&D.
