TBT와 SPS가 한국 수출에 미치는 영향: 글로벌 가치사슬을 중심으로 (Effects of Technical Barriers to Trade(TBT) and Sanitary and Phytosanitary Standards (SPS) on Korean Exports: Focusing on Global Value Chain)

  • This paper examines the impact of sanitary and phytosanitary standards (SPS) and technical barriers to trade (TBT) on Korean exports, taking global value chains (GVC) participation into consideration. Using product-level import data from 2000 to 2014, we find heterogeneous effects of importers' SPS and TBT on Korean exports depending on the degree and position of GVC participation. According to the results, trade restrictive effects of SPS and TBT are smaller for industries that are more deeply involved in GVC. However, trade restrictive effects are greater for industries located at a relatively upstream production stage in GVC.

튀김 닭고기 가슴살의 품질에 영향을 미치는 초음파 주사 효과 (Effects of Ultrasonic Waves Scanning on the Quality of Fried Chicken Breast)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the effect of ultrasonic wave scanning on the quality of fried chicken breast. The ultrasonic wave scanning time was 0(US-0), 3(US-3), 7(US-7) and 10(US-10) minutes, no respective comparison here. The moisture of raw breast was higher than that of flied chicken, while the crude protein, fat and ash of fried chicken were higher than those of raw breast(p<0.05). The moisture content was influenced by the ultrasonic waves scanning, but the crude protein, fat and ash were not. The $L^*$(lightness) and $b^*$(yellowness) values of fried chicken were higher than those of raw breast but the $a^*$(redness) value of raw breast was higher than that of fried chicken. The $L^*$ value was lowest in US-0, while the $a^*$ value was not significantly different and the $b^*$ value was lowest in US-7 among the fried chicken samples(p<0.05). The fried chicken was not influenced by the ultrasonic wave scanning, indicating that the longer scanning time increased the water holding capacity. The pH ranged from 6.54 to 6.93, and the calorie of fried was higher than that of raw breast, but was not influenced by the ultrasonic wave scanning time. The VBN content ranged from 8.73 to 12.3 mg%. The TBARS value of raw breast was lower than that of flied chicken and was not influenced by the ultrasonic wave scanning time. Total amino acid was highest in raw breast and lowest in US-3(p<0.05). The taste, texture and juiciness were superior with increasing scanning time, but flavor and Palatability were not significantly different among the fried chicken samples(p<0.05).

  • 설계VE 과정에서 아이디어 창출은 가장 중요한 부분이다. 그러나 아이디어 창출은 일반적으로 설계VE 팀원의 지식이나 경험을 통하여 진행되게 된다. 설계VE 워크샵에서 좋은 성과를 내기 위해서는 단순하게 설계VE 팀원의 지식이나 경험에 의존하는 것이 아니라 보다 체계적인 접근방법이 필요하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 설계VE 워크샵에서 사용할 수 있도록 TRIZ의 모순충돌 개념을 활용한 체계적인 아이디어 창출방법을 제시한다. 연구과정에서는 TRIZ의 모순충돌 개념을 바탕으로 설계가 가지는 문제영역을 정의하고, 기술적 요인을 활용하여 모순충돌을 나타냈다. 아이디어 창출과정에서 기술적 요인은 설계기능을 향상시키기 위한 체계적 방법론으로 활용됐다. 가시설 공사에 대한 시범사례에서는 본 연구에서 제시한 아이디어 창출절차를 적용할 경우 설계가치를 향상시킬 수 있다는 것을 시범적으로 제시했다.

우육포의 품질에 영향을 미치는 연잎추출물 첨가효과 (Adding Effect of Lotus Leaf Extract on the Quality of Beef Jerky)

  • 본 연구는 연잎추출물이 우육포의 품질특성에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 우육포는 물 100 mL 첨가(T0), 물 60 mL와 연잎추출물 40 mL 첨가(T1), 물 40 mL와 연잎추출물 60 mL 첨가(T2) 그리고 연잎추출물 100 mL 첨가(T3)한 것 등 네 종류를 제조하였다. 우육포의 수분, 단백질, 지방 및 회분은 시료들 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 총 유리아미노산함량은 T0가 가장 높고, T3가 가장 낮았다(p<0.05). 표면색깔 중 L- 및 b-value는 시료들 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었지만 a-value는 T3가 가장 높았다(p<0.05). 경도, 탄성, 응집성, 뭉침성 및 씹힘성은 시료들 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 수분활성도 및 pH는 시료들 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었다. TBARS값 및 총균수는 T0 및 T1보다 T2 및 T3가 유의하게 낮았다(p<0.05). VBN함량은 T3가 가장 낮았다(p<0.05). 풍미, 맛, 조직감, 다즙성 및 전체적인 기호성은 시료들 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었지만 색깔은 T3가 가장 우수하였다(p<0.05).

공공건설공사의 기술제안형 입찰 운영모델 개발 (Development of an Operation Model for Technical Proposal-Based Tender of Public Construction Projects)

  • 공공건설사업의 발주방식을 다양화하려는 차원에서 재정경제부는 2007년 10월 $\ulcorner$국가계약법시행령$\lrcorner$ 개정을 통해 기술제안형 입찰인 '기술제안입찰', '설계공모 기술제안입찰'을 새로이 도입하였다. 이러한 입찰은 사업의 특성 및 목적에 맞게 입찰자들에게 기술제안서를 요구한 후 이를 평가하여 낙찰자를 선정하는 방식이다. 본 연구는 국내에 처음 적용되는 기술제안형 입찰제도의 효과적인 운영을 위한 가이드라인을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 국내외 관련 문헌 및 사례를 분석하여 운영모델의 틀을 구축하였으며, 이후 수차례의 전문가 자문을 통해 표준적인 운영 프로세스, 기술제안서 작성기준, 기술제안서 평가기준, 그리고 낙찰자 결정방법을 개발하였다. 발주자의 중요한 의사결정 요소인 낙찰자 결정방법은 가상 사례를 이용한 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 '기준적합최저가', '가중치', '가격조정입찰', '기술조정점수'의 4가지 낙찰방식이 갖는 정량적 인 특성과 적용기준을 시사점으로 도출하여 제시하였다.

  • The Design and Optimization of a low-profile antenna for the Satellite Digital Audio Radio System(SDARS) using a Non-Dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm(NSGA) is presented. a fairly omni-directional elevation gain pattern over 60 degrees < q <60 degrees are obtained. The average value of the LCP gain pattern is approximately 2 dBic. The heights of the antennas are less than 0.251. The cross polarized signal level is approximately 12 dBic less than the co-polarized signal level.

자료포괄분석과 생산성지수분석을 이용한 국내 SI기업의 효율성 분석 (Analyzing the Technical Efficiency of Korean System Integration Firms Using DEA and Malmquist Productivity Analysis)

  • This paper analyzes the technical efficiencies of 40 Korean system integration firms using data envelopment analysis (DEA) and Malmquist productivity indices. Technical efficiencies on average had been decreased over the five year period and the efficiency difference between best practice firms and catch-up firms had been increased during this period, meaning that the industry structure has become matured and the possibilities for catch-up firms to be efficient are not remained so much. The differences in efficiency by the differences in ownership structures are statistically significant. It implies that the efficiencies of group-affiliated firms have come from benefits such as the captive market umbrellas, not from their own management competencies. In addition, the technical efficiency is highly correlated with captive market sales, information productivity, sales per employees, rates of value added, returns on invested capital, and EBITDA.

  • The technical proposal bidding system emphasizes the evaluation of the construction company's technical capabilities, with the aim of improving the quality and cost-effectiveness of the construction. However, in the VE analysis and proposal process for technical proposal bidding, the ideas are often reused from similar past construction projects, and the application of new construction technologies/methods is often lacking. Therefore, this study proposes a methodology for managing VE proposal information by integrating it into a BIM model using parametric modeling. This research developed database based on the existing VE proposals and new construction technology/method information from the Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology. And by using parametric modeling, the proposed method integrate the VE database with BIM model. The methodology proposed in this study is expected to improve the reliability and effectiveness of VE-related idea proposals in technical proposal bidding.

  • The purpose of this study was to reveal association between medical service quality, consumer satisfaction, service value and customer loyalty. Medical service quality was composed of physical quality, personal quality, technical quality, procedural quality. We thought these factors affect to the consumer satisfaction, service value and customer loyalty. For this study, 221 dental patients in Busan and Ulsan are participated in this study. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS 18.0 program. In conclusion, we obtained the next results. First, the influencing factor in consumer satisfaction were physical quality(${\beta}$=.519), personal quality(${\beta}$=.262), procedural quality(${\beta}$=.110), adjusted $R^2$=.537. Second, the influencing factor in service value were physical quality(${\beta}$=.253), personal quality(${\beta}$=.251), technical quality(${\beta}$=.210), procedural quality(${\beta}$=.136), adjusted $R^2$=.401. Third, the influencing factor in customer loyalty were personal quality(${\beta}$=.343), physical quality(${\beta}$=.302), procedural quality(${\beta}$=.148), adjusted $R^2$=.398. As dental patients' desire to medical service quality becomes diversified, the analysis result is considered to help the future dental service management.
