본 연구의 목적은 창업보육센터의 창업보육 성과에 영향을 미치는 창업보육 서비스 관련 요인이 무엇인지를 살펴보고자 하며, 창업보육 서비스는 전통적인 물리적 서비스에서 비물리적 서비스까지 다양하다. 이러한 창업보육 서비스 유형들 중에서 실제 창업보육 성과에 영향을 미치는 변인을 규명하고자 한다. 따라서 기존의 창업보육센터의 서비스와 입주기업의 성과와의 관련된 연구을 바탕으로 문화콘텐츠 분야의 기업 관점에서도 유의미한지 재 검증해보고, 또한 문화콘텐츠 기업의 특성상 창업아이템의 사업성이 입주기업의 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 검증하고자 한다. 또한 문화콘텐츠 분야의 창업보육 시 필요한 서비스를 발굴하고 빠르게 변화하는 문화콘텐츠 시장의 성장에 따른 아이템의 사업성 평가에 따른 차별화된 창업보육 서비스를 통해 성과가 도출될 수 있도록 체계적이고 합리적인 문화콘텐츠 분야의 창업보육시스템 구축의 중요성에 대해서 논의하고자 한다. 본 연구는 창업보육센터 입주기업 창업자를 연구대상으로 하였고 2016년 10월 14일부터 31일까지 18일 동안에 총 180부를 배포하여 178부 중 30부를 제외하고, 148부를 최종 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 기술통계 분석을 통하여 표본의 특성을 파악한 후, 변수의 타당성 및 신뢰성을 검증하였으며, PLS(Partial Least Square)을 통해 연구 가설을 검증하였다. 가설검증을 통해 분석한 결과를 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경기도 문화콘텐츠 분야 창업보육센터의 지원서비스 수준이 창업아이템의 사업타당성에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과에서는, 공간 및 부대지원서비스, 경영지원서비스, 기술지원 서비스는 창업아이템의 사업타당성에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 인적지원 서비스 및 마케팅 지원 서비스는 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 둘째, 경기도 문화콘텐츠 분야 창업보육센터의 지원서비스 수준이 입주기업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과에서는, 공간 및 부대지원 서비스, 인적지원 서비스 및 마케팅지원 서비스는 입주기업의 재무적 성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으나, 경영지원 서비스, 기술지원 서비스는 입주기업의 재무적 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공간 및 부대지원 서비스, 경영지원 서비스, 인적지원 서비스 및 마케팅지원 서비스는 입주기업의 비재무적 성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으나. 기술지원 서비스는 입주기업의 비재무적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경기도 문화콘텐츠 분야 창업아이템의 사업타당성이 입주기업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 미치는 것을 분석한 결과 창업아이템의 사업타당성이 입주기업의 성과(재무적,비재무적) 성과에 모두 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소임을 확인 할 수 있었다.

This study reviews an overview of the current tax support system for venture company and provides the directions for developing tax support system related policy for the venture company in Korea. The tax authority provides a supporting directions of venture company in three ways: a financing viewpoint, a technical and manpower viewpoint, and the location viewpoint. And the supporting system for venture company is devide into tax support system through tax laws and support system through other law. The requirements of receiving tax support for venture company are a venture company, a small and medium company, a newly starting firm, and so forth. To mitigate the restriction imposed by the current tax law on venture company encourage venture activities in Korea.

The study analyzed the effectiveness of a technology transfer and commercialization support program to Korean technology transfer offices and firms. The study created a logic model to design a questionnaire to analyze how the support program, directly and indirectly, affected the technology transfer offices and the firms' performances. The study found that technology transfer offices are focused not only on potential firms' excavation activity to process the technology transfer but also on providing strategic support to provide practical assistance to the firms' needs. Not only has the number of technology transfer cases increased during the two-year program duration, but other activities, such as technical guidance and various strategic consulting for commercialization of the transferred technology, have also appeared to have increased considerably. Support program has helped strengthen the firms' internal capabilities, expand new market capabilities, and increase the firms' indirect performances.

Mine countermeasure missions(MCMs) may induce the loss of human and ship because of the covert of mine. In recent years, unmanned underwater vehicles(UUVs) have emerged as viable technical solution for conductimg underwater search, surveillance, and clearance operations in support of mine countermeasure missions because of her autonomy and long time endurance capability. This paper introduces a technical approach to mine countermeasure mission effectiveness analysis and presents some simulation-based analysis results for engineering of the UUV system definition which could be support analysis of alternatives for system definition and design.

본 논문에서는 해양사고들을 분석하고 이로부터 우리나라에 도입되어야 할 제도를 검토해 본다. 해상에서 유류오염방제 국가긴급계획 수립과 해난사고시 과학적인 의사결정과정을 소개하고, 이를 바탕으로 과학 기술적인 측면에서 구난 및 방제작업을 지원하기 위한 해난사고 신속대응기술지원체제를 설계하여 제안한다. 신속대응기술체제를 제도적으로 도입함으로써 해양오염사고로부터 국민의 생명과 재산을 보호하고 깨끗하고 안전한 바다를 후손에 물려주도록 연구하고자 한다.

This aim of the study is to show the necessity of implementing an industrial innovation strategy with consideration given to characteristics of the industrial technology. The relationship between industrial technological characteristics and innovation performance is analyzed by using an innovation survey as well as a human capital corporate panel (HCCP). The time-lag effect is also examined. Findings of the analysis show that high-tech industries have entered the post catch-up technology innovation stage in the mid-2000s, but low-tech industries still seem to stay in the catch-up stage. In terms of technology policy, the additional technology innovation support policy should focus on enhancing the innovation capability of the middle and low technology industries, since high technology industries are already developing their own innovation capability. It is necessary to strengthen capacity building through technical cooperation with technology consulting, rather than providing technical support through suppliers.

This study examines the effects of the characteristics of educational contents, brand recognition, educational management and technical support on the repurchase intention mediated by overall satisfaction, trust and commitment in e-Learning sites. A survey of experienced users was conducted to collect data. The reliability and validity of data were tested by explanatory factor analysis, Cornbach's alpha coefficient, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis. Also, the structural equation mode (SEM) analysis was performed to test the usefulness of the model. The results of the study are as follows: Educational contents, educational management and technical support were found to have positive effects on overall satisfaction. And educational contents and brand recognition were found to have positive effects on trust and commitment. And trust and overall satisfaction were found to have mediating effects on repurchase intention.

The brake pedal is one of the most important parts for controlling the speed of the vehicle. Incorrect design of the brake pedal can place the driver in danger. CAE is being done for weight reduction to improve the safety of the driver and the vehicle performance and research is performed to improve the accuracy of analysis. The accuracy of the experimental and analysis values in regard to the stiffness of brake pedals, however, is still poor. Therefore, the aim of this study is to present appropriate analysis conditions based on the factors that influence the analysis in order to obtain accurate analysis results.

This study analyzed the effect of the factors of introducing information technology(organizational and environmental characteristics) on non-financial performance. As detailed variables of each characteristic, the technical support/task force, users' IT capability, and education/training were used for the organizational characteristics while the degree of competition, external pressure, and uncertainty of environment were used for the environmental characteristics. In the results of the analysis, such factors like technical support/task force, users' IT capability, and education/training of the organizational characteristics had significant influence on non-financial performance. Also, factors such as degree of competition, external pressure, and uncertainty of environment of the environmental characteristics had significant influence on non-financial performance.
