  • National technical qualification does not recognised degree of working-career in labor market and an industrial field situation. National qualification is supply to nurture expert manpower and accomplish of self-development and a duty accomplishment ability improvement at a side of personal. So, This study is purposed to find that a method for recognition of working-career on the national technical qualification system. According to, this study is designed to questionnaire with BSC(Balaced ScoreCard), SEM(Structure Equation Model) with the delphi method, and is analysed using the AMOS 7.0 program package. Finally, This study is suggested growing to qualification standard for an examination a degree of master craftsman only under the change of national qualification systematization as a standard to operation and control.

  • While industrial development as many buildings were builted, amount of energy consume in building also increase rapidly. At this point be tormented the energy depletions are big problem on the rise. The development of renewable energy in trying to resolve the fundamental problem that the technical level is still incomplete. Because of this, reduce energy use in buildings to lot of study. Most of the energy involved in building mechanical system for so many research is continue. Among them, be interested in building mechanical system. Building mechanical system is configured Air conditioning, sanitation, urban (environmental) equipment. In the design of equipment, installation, maintenance, applies to all devices in the field of industrial equipment and general engineering equipment field are within bounds to say that all of the equipment field. However, domestic technology level is still fly short of international standards in architecture, we spand many energy. Because of this, find the current situation and identify the problems look up ways to improve them.

  • Safety management was divided by the competent authorities supplier, and customer with responsibility and authority. Gas accident were caused by treatment problem on the supplier and user, on technical and use management mater, on facilities and goods, and included problem with gas safety connection system. Especially, the big accident of the inside and outside of the country occurred during recent year was newly recognized with the whole society about safety. This study is present standard application plan of each department to use planning gas technical standard and gas utilization standard of introduction model than statute for change of self-regulation management system and complicated regulation of examination center and order.

  • System voltages of Republic of Korea have been diversified since 1970s due to the accelerated industrialization of the republic. Although the national standards on system voltages (i. e Korean Industrial Standards KSC 0501) were established in 1974, the standards were not adequately maintained in time. Consequently, national standards on system voltages has some discrepancy not only with the existing voltages of electrical systems of this country but also with the IEC standard voltages in terms of scope and technical requirement of standards. This study is to seek harmonization of national standard voltages with the IEC standards considering existing system voltages, relevant technical regulations and codes etc.

A study on the arrangement of emotional words for understanding the human's emotion

  • The idia of modern product design is translated from the concept of functional importance as the basic function to that of emotional importance as the supplement function. In other words, the interests of the emotion in human performance side based on psychological factors of human are increased as well as the function in technical performance side based on physical factors of product. The standard emotional works for understanding the human's emotion are arranged in this paper. The standard emotional words are composed of words expressing the humaa's emotion. The adjectives adaptable to human's emotional works are collected from Korean dictionaries and arranged in the semantic differential(SD) scale. Next, the words with great marks evaluated by SD method are analyzed by factor analysis(FA) method and characterized as emotional words for understanding the human's emotion. The standard emotional words arranged in this paper are important because they are basic information for the development of product or technology as well as for the matter of emotional measurement technical development.

The standard has been prepared by IEC Technical Committee 22 : Power Electroncis, under the responsibility of IEC Technical Committee 1 : Terminology and is consists of 9 sections with 221 terms. This paper contains the results for 150 terms among them.

  • In case of the Korea Railroad, when we would decide the track structure, it has been introduced the whole track structure system based on only the foreign application cases and data offered by manufacturers without the process of the objective performance verification. The value of property for track materials, derived from the calculation of track structure, was hard to perform the objective performance evaluation among track structure systems because each manufacturer adopted the different test method and standard. To solve the above-mentioned problem, it should suggest the technical and objective evaluation method about the performance of track materials and meet with the standard of High Speed railroad and international railroad through the establishment and revision of performance standard. In the objective and technical respects, it will be a major role to decide the track structure. In this paper, I would like to summarize the case which was improved the problem of test method and standard exposed from the performance verification of Rail Fastening System among the track structure systems of High speed railroad.

  • In Korea, it is constructing the Intelligent Transportation System(ITS) in according with the ITS project implementation guideline and each ITS standard on the basis of "National Integrated Transportation System Efficiency Act". However, only a few ITS project implementation guideline and ITS standard for the exchange of information technologies are not able to construct a smart ITS, without technical regulation for the technical characteristics of the main ITS equipment. Therefore, in this paper, we identify the current status and problems of the legal system and look for the necessity of technical regulation enactment for the smart ITS construction.
