  • Power Line Communication(PLC) is need not additional communication line. So establishment expense is inexpensive and application is simple. Therefore, lower part network of various application field is possible. However, there are high subordinate interference and noise problem on limited transmission data and communication interference element. Wireless Sensor Network(WSN) is need not infrastructure, Self-regulating network architecture of sensor nodes is possible. So at short time, network construction is available. But, power consumption is increased by active sensing for QoS elevation and unnecessary information transmission, low electric power design and necessity of improve protocol are refered to life shortening problem and is studied. In this paper, supplement problem of power line communication and wireless sensor network mutually and because advantage becomes linkage integration control system using synergy effect of two technologies as more restriction be and tries to approach structurally control network that is improved for smooth network environment construction. Honeywell's hybrid sensor network does comparative analysis(benchmarking). Confirm performance elevation proposing teaming of power line communication and wireless sensor network. Through simulation, service delay decreases and confirms that performance elevation.

  • In this paper, we propose a ADALINE controller using fuzzy-backpropagation algorithm to adjust weight. In the proposed ADALINE controller, using fuzzy algorithm for traning neural network, controller make use of ADALINE due to simple and computing efficiency. This controller includes adaptive learning rate to accelerate teaming. It applies to servo-motor as an controlled process. And then it take a simulation for the position control, so the verify the usefulness of the proposed ADALINE controller.

  • In order to control the flow of traffics in ATM networks and optimize the usage of network resources, an efficient control mechanism is necessary to cope with congestion and prevent the degradation of network performance caused by congestion. To effectively control traffic in UNI(User Network Interface) stage, we proposed algorithm of integrated model using on-line teaming neural network for CAC(Call Admission Control) and UPC(Usage Parameter Control). Simulation results will show that the proposed adaptive algorithm uses of network resources efficiently and satisfies QoS for the various kinds of traffics.

  • In this paper, we propose new algorithms for the partition of input space and the generation of fuzzy control rules. The one consists of Shannon and extended fuzzy entropy function, the other consists of adaptive fuzzy neural system with back propagation teaming rule. The focus of this scheme is to realize the optimal fuzzy rule base with the minimal number of the parameters of the rules, reducing the complexity of the system. The proposed algorithm is tested with the time series prediction problem using Mackey-Glass chaotic time series.

  • The aim of this paper is to suggest possible methods of integrating the teaching of Pronunciation into a typical communicative classroom and consequently on English teaming web courseware. It is hoped that this paper will prompt teachers to understand the current role of pronunciation in communicative English programs and that the web technology can help students improve their pronunciation, which will develop their speaking and listening skills. It also suggests the need for a database of visualized communicative expressions.

  • This study aims to examine how cooperative teaming of small ability level groups influences the enhancement of their scholastic achievement in mathematics. The conclusions are as follows; 1. The students which participate in cooperative learning in small ability level groups demonstrate academic improvement over those that participate in non-cooperative learning groups. 2. In particular, this method is more effective for high-level classes, than for middle or low-level students. 3. The learners' perception, interest and attitude towards mathematics has not changed through their placement in small ability groups involved in cooperative activities.

  • The purposes of this article were to examine teacher's guidance over video utility and to investigate problems for video use in the classroom. Two-hundred-ninety-four teachers in half-day and all-day early childhood programs participated in this study. Descriptive analysis and chi-square tests were used. Results resealed that teacher's guidance before, during, and after video viewing was not carried out enough for the effectiveness of video teaming. The major problem for using a video in early childhood programs was insufficient video materials. These data were interpreted with respect to teachers'training practices and government policy.

  • A linear neural unit with a modified anti-Hebbian learning rule has been shown to be able to optimally fit curves, surfaces, and hypersurfaces by adaptively extracting the minor component of the input data set. In this paper, we study how to use the robust version of this neural fitting method for linear regression analysis. Furthermore, we compare this method with other methods when data set is contaminated by outliers.

  • In this paper, we present a real-time hand gesture recognition system that controls motion of a human avatar based on the pre-defined dynamic hand gesture commands in a virtual environment. Each motion of a human avatar consists of some elementary motions which are produced by solving inverse kinematics to target posture and interpolating joint angles for human-like motions. To overcome processing time of the recognition system for teaming, we use a Fuzzy Min-Max Neural Network (FMMNN) for classification of hand postures
