Advanced Life Support Systems (ALSS) are being studied to support human life during long-duration space missions. ALSS can be categorized into four subsystems: Crew, Biomass Production, Food Processing and Nutrition, Waste Processing and Resource Recovery. The System Studies and Modeling (SSM) team of New Jersey-NASA Specialized Center of Research and Training (NJ-NSCORT) has facilitated and conducted analyses of ALSS to address systems level issues. The underlying concept of the SSM work is to enable the effective utilization of information to aid in planning, analysis, design, management, and operation of ALSS and their components. Analytical tools and computer models for ALSS analyses have been developed and implemented for value-added information processing. The results of analyses have been delivered through the Internet for effective communication within the advanced life support (ALS) community. Several modeling paradigms have been explored by developing tools for use in systems analysis. They include object-oriented approach for top-level models, procedural approach for process-level models, and application of commercially available modeling tools such as MATLAB$\^$(R)//Simulink$\^$(R)/. Every paradigm has its particular applicability for the purpose of modeling work. An overview is presented of the systems studies and modeling work conducted by the NJ-NSCORT SSM team in its efforts to provide systems analysis capabilities to the ALS community. The experience gained and the analytical tools developed from this work can be extended to solving problems encountered in general agriculture.

The purpose of this study is to help self-healing by identifying self-description by utilizing the self-description diagnosis of literary therapy and the resonance of the work narrative. Therefore, the research was conducted through the methodology of literature therapy, which uses the self-introduction team of literary therapy and basic photography team to understand their own narrative and to heal themselves through resonance with the work narrative. Through this study, we understood that it is possible to understand and identify and understand one's psychological problems through self-description and self-culture techniques. This case study revealed that it can be used as a new technique for understanding self-description by applying the methodology of literary therapy and for healing self-exploration through resonance with the work narrative.
In this paper, an A-team(Asynchronous Team ) based approach for Reactive power and volage control considering static security assessment in a power system with infrastructural deficiencies is proposed. Reactive power and voltage control problem is the one of optimally establishing voltage level given several constraints such as reactive generation, voltage magnitude, line flow, and other switchable reactive power sources. It can be formulated as a mixed-integer linear programming(MILP) problem without deteriorating of solution accuracy to a certain extent. The security assessment is to estimate the relative robustness of the system in Its present state through the evaluation of data provided by security monitoring. Deterministic approach based on AC load flow calculations is adopted to assess the system security, especially voltage security. A security metric, as a standard of measurement for power system security, producting a set of discrete values rather than binary values, is employed. In order to analyze the above two problems, reactive power/voltage control problem and static security assessment problem, in an integrated fashion for real-time operations, a new organizational structure, called an A-team, is adopted. An A-team is an organization for agents which ale all autonomeus, work in parallel and communicate asynchronously, which is well-suited to the development of computer-based, multi-agent systems for operations. This A-team based approach, although it is still in the beginning stage, also has potential for handling other difficult power system problems.
Background: The resource-based relative value scale has been applied to Korean medicine services as part of the National Health Insurance, yet the proper scoring method for physician's work needs to be developed. Objectives: To measure physician's work for Korean medicine services using Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) and to compare results abstracted by AHP with those by Magnitude Estimation method. Methods: We developed the AHP questionnaires for Korean Medicine services and administered it to 12 Korean medicine insurance experts. Weighted scores were calculated and were converted into physician's work scores. Results: In AHP measurement, the physician's work scores for acupuncture activities, especially special acupunctures, far increased, while those for diagnosis and basic consultations decreased. Variations in the scores enlarged. Conclusions: As an alternative, AHP method can be considered for measuring the physician's work for Korean medicine services with careful management of scoring variation.

Abstract Griseofulvin has been used as an antifungal antibiotic for the treatment of mycotic diseases of humans and veterinary animals. The purpose of this work was to identify a griseofulvin-producing endophytic fungus from Abies holophylla and evaluate its in vivo antifungal activity against plant pathogenic fungi. Based on nuclear ribosomal ITS1-5.8SITS2 sequence analysis, the fungus was identified and labeled as Xylaria sp. F0010. Two antifungal substances were purified from liquid cultures of Xylaria sp. F0010, and their chemical identities were determined to be griseofulvin and dechlorogriseofulvin through mass and NMR spectral analyses. Compared to dechlorogriseofulvin, griseofulvin showed high in vivo and in vitro antifungal activity, and effectively controlled the development of rice blast (Magnaporthe grisea), rice sheath blight (Corticium sasaki), wheat leaf rust (Puccinia recondita), and barley powdery mildew (Blumeria graminis f. sp. hordei), at doses of 50 to 150 ${\mu}$g/ml, depending on the disease. This is the first report on the production of griseofulvin and dechlorogriseofulvin by Xylaria species.
Experts work teams generally agree that small teams are better than large teams for getting things done. Also, always aim for the lowest practical team size. But what does "small" mean\ulcorner We Introduce to productive metrics such as project delivery rate (PDR) and speed of delivery (SOD) for decision criteria of ideal team size. The experimental is based on the analysis of 300 project data. These data sets are divide in two subgroups. One is a development project ; the other is a maintenance project. As a result of experimental in two subgroup, we come to the conclusion that the molt successful projects has small teams indeed staffed with maximum five persons. This paper presents ideal team size in order to provide information that can be used as a guide in selecting the most practical and productive-based team size for a software development project.t project.
This study aims to investigate the Healthy Family Support Centers'(HFSCs) operational patterns and their programs by surveying 46 HFSC employees in order to prepare for the massive increase of the number of HFSCs nationwide. This study might contribute to not only rebuilding the HFSCs' operational strategies but suggesting visible ideas for the HFSCs' programs. Results were as followed: First, most HFSCs consisted of several teams, i.e., educational team, counseling team and cultural team. However, the number of employees in each team was different from one regional community to another. The most difficult task in the HFSCs' operation was publicity work. Citing the issue of system delivery difficulties, HFSC employees insisted that budgetary deficit was the most difficult obstacle in running the HFSCs. Second was in regards to the programs that each team was planning, performing, and evaluating for each program. The HFSCs' programs were mostly structured around family difficulties or problems that arise according to the family life cycle. Based on these study results, more unified and specialized programs for HFSCs should be developed. In order to achieve this related studies should continue to conducted.

Recently, various type of nanomaterials such as nanorod, nanowire, nanotube and their core/shell nanostructures have attracted much attention in photocatalyst due to their unique properties. Among them, Type-II core/shell heterostructures have extensively studied because it has exhibited improved electrical and optical properties against their single-component nanostructure. Such structures are expected to offer high absorption efficiency and fast charge transport due to their stepwised energetic combination and large internal surface area. Thus, it has been considered as potential candidates for high efficient photocatalytic activity. In this work, we introduce a novel chemical conversion process to synthesize Type-II ZnO/ZnSe core/shell heterostructures. A plausible conversion mechanism to ZnO/ZnSe core/shell heterostructres was proposed based on SEM, XRD, TEM and XPS analysis. The ZnO/ZnSe heterostructures exhibited excellent photocatalytic activity toward the decomposition of RhB dye compared to the ZnO nanorod arrays due to enhanced light absorption and the type-II cascade band structure.
