This study conducted the experiment for the development of the low pressure type SCR system. The experimental equipment of SCR system was installed, which was widely used as the nitrogen oxides abatement system, and the demonstration experiment was conducted to see that it met the Tier III regulation according to the IMO NOx Technical Code. The SCR system demonstration experiment was divided into three stages: SCR system component operation test, engine parameter test by engine load, and NOx abatement performance and ammonia slip verification test. The final performance of the SCR system was verified through analysis of NOx abatement performance and ammonia slip test results for each load variation.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze literature related to nursing team effectiveness and to summarize the definition variables included, measurement tools, and findings. Basic data on operation and research for team effectiveness in nursing units was sought. Methods: A literature search was performed to identify all studies published between 2003 and 2016 from periodicals indexed in PUBMED, CINAHL, SCIENCE DIRECT, RISS, KISS, and NAL databases. The following keywords were used in the search: 'team effectiveness', 'nurse', 'nursing', and 'hospital'. Ten studies were analyzed. Results: The analysis included domestic and international literature on nursing team effectiveness. The foreign literature included studies of various organizations including nurses, use of various research tools, leadership programs and/or new nursing delivery systems. In the Korean studies, most of the research on team effectiveness surveyed nurses on team satisfaction, team commitment, and team performance in general nursing units, operating rooms, and intensive care units. Conclusion: The findings show the necessity to develop a definition of team effectiveness that can be accepted comprehensively in nursing organizations in Korea. The definition should reflect team effectiveness that includes all cooperating units not only nurses of the nursing unit but also all other related health care teams.

Work engagement and job burnout are crucial problems in Korea, particularly in the business environment, and they also indicate people's motivation. Online-based teams in e-business also have these issues. Especially the role of the leader in this new type of teams is more crucial for members' motivation, behavior, and performance. Contingency leadership theories posit that different situations need different traits or behaviors of a leader. For an online-based team, which is internet-based team in e-business, a leader should use specific communication strategies to enhance a team's performance and members' motivation. In an online-based team and an offline-based team, the ways in which leaders motivate members will be different. This paper suggests particular communicative strategies for leaders of online situations. Online-based team members communicate using mobile phones or IT tools, and leaders mayinfluences members in virtual meetings. Moreover, online-based leadership needs to be more entrepreneurial and risk encouraging, and less conservative than offline-based leadership. In addition, online-based leadership should be energetic, decisive, adaptable, and inspiring, and furtherutilize communication tools such as being more gregarious/talkative, assertiveness, linguistic diversity and affect. This paper explains the roles of communicative elements such as coordination, expression, direction-giving/uncertainty reduction, empathy, meaning-making, satisfaction, and competence to decrease job burnout and to increase work engagement. The purpose of this study is to suggest communication strategies' differentiated influences on work engagement and job burnout in an online-based team.

This paper considers the analysis of the flight performance reserve, which is required propellant to compensate various launch vehicle performance deviations, to inject the payload of a 3-staged launch vehicle to a circular sun synchronous orbit at a height of 700 km. The various error sources, which affect the orbit injection accuracy, and their uncertainty are defined first. Then the sensitivity analysis, which has the advantage that each error source effect can be investigated independently, is performed for the extreme ${\pm}3{\sigma}$ conditions of the launch vehicle performance errors. Monte carlo simulations are also conducted to compute the propellant reserve, which can consider the combined effects of each error source. Finally the obtained flight performance reserves by the two approaches are compared and it is confirmed that they show similar results.

This paper presents the results of multi-stress chamber experiments done to examine the tracking and erosion performance of polymer insulator. Multi-stress testing is able to demonstrate deficiencies of polymer insulator materials and designs including the nature of interfaces in insulation design. Therefore, multi-stress testing is believed to a suitable test for evaluating the aging performance of polymer insulator designs. We have investigated IEC 61109 Annex C for estimating long time performance of polymer insulator.

We have investigated the effect of source/drain electrode deposition method on a performance of top gate structured ZnO TFT performance. TFT using S/D of ITO film, consisted of bi-layer which deposited by ion beam assisted sputtering at the initial stage then deposited by DC magnetron sputtering, showed better performance compared to that using S/D of ITO deposited by just DC magnetron sputtering. Two ITO films exhibited different grain shapes and these resulted in different etching properties. We also suspect that charge trapping on the glass substrate (back channel) during the ITO film deposition may influence the characteristics of top gate structured ZnO TFT.
