팀워크 능력 배양을 위한 팀 구성법 (Team Organizing Method for Developing Teamwork Skills)

  • This paper deals with the method how to organize a team that is effective for developing teamwork skills. In recent engineering education, classes requiring team activities are getting a lot according to the increase of the engineering design classes and PBL based teaching subjects. For an effective team activity, team organization is very important because the team has to have the enough man-power to perform the task need to be completed. Nevertheless, most of all classes that need team activities, team organization is considered a little. Thus, we could see the problems such as the conflict between team members and the lack of technical ability. To overcome the problems, we proposed MBTI based team organizing method that may improve teamwork skills of students.

다중 로봇의 네이버기준 편대제어 (Neighbor-Referenced Coordination of Multi-robot Formations)

  • This paper presents a decentralized coordination for a small-scale mobile robot teams performing a task through cooperation. Robot teams are required to generate and maintain various geometric patterns adapting to an environment and/or a task in many cooperative applications. In particular, all robots must continue to strive toward achieving the team's mission even if some members fail to perform their role. Toward this end, given the number of robots in a team, an effective coordination is investigated for decentralized formation control strategies. Specifically, all members are required first to reach agreement on their coordinate system and have an identifier (ID) for role assignment in a self-organizing way. Then, employing IDs on individual robots within a common coordinate system, a decentralized neighbor-referenced formation control is realized to generate, keep, and switch between different geometric shapes. This approach is verified using an in-house simulator and physical mobile robots. We detail and evaluate the formation control approach, whose common features include self-organization, robustness, and flexibility.

  • 가상조직 구성원들간의 신뢰도가 비가상조직 구성원들간의 신뢰도 보다 떨어지므로 비가상조직이 가상조직 보다 효과적이라는 것이 전통적인 믿음이었다. 이러한 이유 때문에 가상조직은 비가상조직으로는 풀어내기 어려운 상황 (inevitable situation)에만 제한적으로 활용된다고 믿어왔다. 그러나, 비가상조직으로 해결할 수 있는 경우(evitable situation)에도 가상조직이 좀 더 효과적인 경우가 있을 것이라 믿는다. 이러한 관점에서 본 논문에서는 가상조직이 신뢰를 잃지 않고 가장 효과적으로 활용될 수 있는 상황을 제시하고자 한다.

건축설계 프로젝트 팀별 진행의 역할분담에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Role Division in Team Projects of Architectural Design)

  • 본 연구는 건축설계 프로젝트 수행시의 효율적인 팀 구성의 방법을 모색하기 위하여 진행되었다. 이를 위하여, (1) 학생들의 설계스튜디오 프로젝트의 특성, (2) 건축설계 교육과 관련한 교수법 이론, (3) 건축설계 스튜디오의 역할분담과 팀 구성의 방법 등을 연구하였으며, 졸업 후 진로인 건축설계회사의 (1) 팀 구성 방법의 특징, (2) 프로젝트 팀의 유형과 장점, (3) 역할분담의 효율적인 방법 등에 대한 문헌연구를 실시하였다. 학생의 설계스튜디오에서의 팀장과 팀원의 역할은 미리 정해진 기간을 기준으로 교대로 담당하는 것이 프로젝트에 대한 동기유발과 소속감을 유지하는데 역할을 하였으며, 건축설계 회사에서는 선호도보다는 생산성에 우선한 의사결정방식에 따라 (1) 경험, (2) 디자인능력, (3) 프로젝트 일정 등이 우선 고려사항으로 정리되었다. 하지만 회사에 대한 지속적인 동기유발과 소속감을 유지하기 위해서는 팀 구성의 효율적인 방법을 연구하는 것이 요구된다.

  • Concurrent Engineering is one of the information-based product development approach. Yet, the method of organizing the project team for the concurrent engineering is not clear. This study focuses on deriving a method to organize an information-based project team. The model consists of 4 layers : IT infrastructure, organization of the information-based project team, operation of the project team, an organization culture. Based on an analysis of new product development case, this study attempts to verify the model and to suggest more effective way of organization design and management for new product development.

초등예비교사의 교수역량 증진을 위한 팀 기반 프로젝트 학습 실행 및 효과 (Performing and Effects Team-Based Learning Program for improving of Teaching Competencies of Pre-service Elementary School Teachers)

  • This study expects that Team Based Project Learning can act positive role to improve pre-service elementary teachers' teaching competence from previous studies. So designing and executing Team Based Project Learning program, I can provide some suggestions to the teaching method for teacher training education. In this study, Team Based Project Learning focuses on the use of history of mathematics in school mathematics. Also from organizing the team to evaluation, I conduct team activity systematically both inside and outside the classroom. The result of this study shows that pre-service elementary teachers' teaching competence has improved and I could identify the positive response about the value of using the history of mathematics and effect of Team Based Project Learning in mathematics learning.

Relationships between Fish Communities and Environmental Variables in Islands, South Korea

  • Most of the islands of Korea are distributed in the South and West Sea, and it consists of independent small stream. As a result, the fish community that inhabits the island's stream is isolated from the mainland and other island. This study utilized a Self-Organizing Map (SOM) and a random forest model to analyze the relationship between environmental variables and fish communities inhabiting islands in South Korea. Through the SOM analysis, the fish communities were divided into three clusters, and there were differences in biotic and abiotic factors between these groups. Cluster I consisted of sites with relatively larger island areas and a higher number of species and population. It was found that 15 out of 16 indicator species were included. Meanwhile, the remaining clusters had fewer species and populations. Cluster II, especially, showed the lowest impact from physical variables such as water width and depth. As a result of predicting the species richness using the random forest model, physical variables in habitats, such as stream width and water depth, had a relatively higher importance on species richness. On the other hand, forest area was the most important variables for predicting Shannon diversity, followed by maximum water depth, and gravel. The results suggest that this study can be used as basic data for establishing a stream ecosystem management strategy in terms of conservation and protection of biological resources in streams of islands.

다기능프로젝트팀의 설계, 팀 코칭, 팀 개발과 성과 (The Team Structure Design, Team-Coaching, Team Development, and Team Performance of Cross-Functional Project Team)

  • 본 연구는 다양한 기능영역 간의 연계성을 확보하고, 창의적 사고와 혁신을 유인하기 위해 운영되는 다기능프로젝트팀(Cross-Functional Project Team)의 성과 창출에 관하여 연구하였다. 기존 소집단 유효성 연구는 팀 프로세스가 중요함을, 조직맥락 연구에서는 팀 구조설계 및 긍정적인 조직맥락 조성을 강조하고 있는 바에 기초하여 다기능프로젝트팀만의 차별적 특성을 반영한 성과 영향 요인을 도출하고 영향력을 검증하였다. 또한 리더 행위로서의 팀 코칭(team coaching)이 갖는 조절효과도 파악하였다. 17개 서울 및 수도권 소재 기업에서 운영한 다기능프로젝트팀 32개, 214명을 대상으로 자료를 확보하여 분석한 결과, 역량구성 적절성과 팀 보상시스템이 팀 프로세스 및 팀 성과에 유의한 영향력을 가진다는 결과를 도출하였다. 또한 팀 코칭이 팀 프로세스 및 팀 성과에 갖는 직접적 영향관계를 파악하였다. 이러한 연구결과에 대한 이론적.경영관리적 시사점 및 향후 연구방향에 대해 논의하였다.

창작 로봇 제작 및 프로그래밍 활동에서 MBTI 이질 성향 팀 상호작용 분석 (Analysis of MBTI Heterogeneity Team Interaction in Creative Robotics Making and Programming Activity)

  • The purpose of this study is to microscopically analyze the problem solving activities in creative robotics making and programming activity in order to investigate the characteristics of team interaction in accordance with MBTI disposition of team members in the creative robotics making activity in which the engineering education has a lot interest in the recent years. For the prosecution of this study, teams composed of 2 students targeting 30 students who were at the related department of engineering education in the college of eduction, A university located in Daejeon were organized. In addition, individual propensities of team members, in other words, team dynamic structure and team interaction were analyzed through microscopical analysis of the problem solving activities in creative robotics making and programming activity. The results of this study showed that there was a static correlation between the organization of MBTI Heterogeneity team and the interaction of team members, and also there was a positive interaction of team members in organizing MBTI Homogeneity team in area of Thought (T) - Feeling (F). In addition, mutual complement to solve the problems was carried out and the problem-solving capability was shown in the course of the communication along with the organization of MBTI team of extreme heterogeneity.
