  • In the management of the child with mental retardation, the physical therapist is challenged to use various skills. The many complex and persistent difficulties encountered by retarded children often require innovative methods physical therapy. These methods must incorporate not only he basic principles of physical therapy, but also an understanding of the teaching and learning as they relate to the mentally retarded person. Movement Play needs to parents and other professionals requires not only technical expertise on the part of the therapist, but also psychosocial skills and the ability to be a sensitive listener and teacher. We can help the mentally retarded child strive to attain goals in life.

  • 본 연구는 수학영재교육 담당교사의 교수학습 전문성 향상을 위해 수학영재 수업 사례를 주로 Flanders 언어 상호작용 분석법과 TIMSS 비디오 분석법을 이용하여 분석하고 이를 통해 수학영재 수업을 어떻게 해야 하는 것인가에 대한 시사점을 주고자 시작되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 수학영재교육 담당교사의 영재수업 질적 제고 방안에 대한 심층적인 이해와 반성적 성찰의 계기가 되어 더 나은 교사로서의 삶을 계획하고 영재수업 전문가로서 발돋움하는 기회가 되었으면 한다.

  • A human is an expert in manipulation. We have acquired skills to perform dexterous operations based upon knowledge and experience attained over a long period of time. It is important in robotics to understand these human skills, and utilize them to bring about better robot control and operation It is hoped that the neurocontroller can be trained and organized by simply presenting human teaching data, which implicate human intention, strategy and expertise. 교원능력개발평가 제도의 타당성 분석 (An Analysis of Validity of Teacher Evaluation Policy)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the validity of teacher evaluation policy for professional development and to suggest the ways to improve the policy in school. The teacher evaluation policy for professional development is designed to improve teacher professionalism and quality of school education. For this purpose, A survey was conducted and 361 elementary and middle school teachers participated in Busan. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 12.0. The conclusions of this study are as follows: First, although teachers are highly interested in the teacher evaluation policy, they have negative attitudes for practicing the new policy. Second, assessors must be composed of reliable, competent experts because teacher evaluation has a great influence on teaching activities. The assessors should be composed of those who have the specialization and reliability on the basis. Also the assessors must be trained to enhance the fairness, objectivity and reliability by rigid discipline. Finally, teacher evaluation policy should be closely linked to increasing teacher's expertise such as training opportunities, teacher consultants, and senior teacher systems and should be widely utilized for the evaluation to be effective.

  • In the PCB assembly lines, as components become more complex and smaller, the conventional inspection method using traditional ICT and function test show their limitations in application. The automatic optical inspection(AOI) gradually becomes the alternative in the PCB assembly line. In Particular, the PCB inspection machines need more reliable and flexible object recognition algorithms for high inspection accuracy. The conventional AOI machines use the algorithmic approaches such as template matching, Fourier analysis, edge analysis, geometric feature recognition or optical character recognition (OCR), which mostly require much of teaching time and expertise of human operators. Transforming mathematics education with AI: Innovations, implementations, and insights

  • The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in mathematics education has advanced as a means for promoting understanding of mathematical concepts, academic achievement, computational thinking, and problem-solving. From a total of 13 studies in this special issue, this editorial reveals threads of potential and future directions to advance mathematics education with the integration of AI. We generated five themes as follows: (1) using ChatGPT for learning mathematical content, (2) automated grading systems, (3) statistical literacy and computational thinking, (4) integration of AI and digital technology into mathematics lessons and resources, and (5) teachers' perceptions of AI education. These themes elaborate on the benefits and opportunities of integrating AI in teaching and learning mathematics. In addition, the themes suggest practical implementations of AI for developing students' computational thinking and teachers' expertise.

  • 최근 소방행정은 인적자원의 중요성을 인식하고 2008년부터 멘토링 제도를 도입하여 신임직원으로 하여금 빠른 시간에 소방조직에 효과적으로 적응할 수 있도록 지원하고 있다. 또한 예방검사요원을 대상으로 직무역량 향상과 전문성 확보를 위하여 멘토링 제도를 도입 운영하고 있다. 그러나 현재 운영하고 있는 소방공무원의 멘토링 제도는 멘토의 전문성 부족, 멘토링의 법적 제도 불비, 멘토링의 매뉴얼 및 자료의 부족, 멘토에 대한 무보상, 형식적인 멘토링 등 다양한 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 소방공무원 멘토링 제도의 실태 분석과 선행연구를 통해 소방공무원 멘토링 기능이 직무역량에 미치는 영향요인을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 결과 소방공무원의 직무역량에 영향을 미치는 변수는 역할모델, 업무수행, 지도방법, 태도, 흥미, 역할수행 순으로 상대적인 영향력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

서울시 각 구 보건소간호사의 방문간호 업무수행과 직무만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Performance & Job Satisfaction of Visiting Nurses of district health centers in Seoul)

  • The change in health care environment increases the importance of Visiting Nursing Services Program. It has been performed by nurses of district health centers in Seoul since 1991. The Achievement of Visiting Nursing Services Program will be dependent upon their activities. The purpose of this study was to identify the Performance of Visiting Nurses and Job satisfaction of district health centers in Seoul. Therefore, it was to provide the fundamental data development of Visiting Nursing Services Program. The subjects were 214 Visiting Nurses of district health centers in Seoul. The data was collected by self reporting questionnaire from April 15 to April 30, 1997. Their performances and various supportive factors were measured with the instruments developed by the researcher. Job satisfaction were also measured by the instrument developed by Slavitt et al. (1978) was used. The data were, analyzed by Cronbach Alpha, mean, standard deviation, percentage, t -test, ANOVA Duncan test, Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise Multiple Regression with SAS program. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The average of budget of Visiting Nursing Services Program of district health centers was 0.9% and the average of visiting nursing services personnel of district health centers was 10.1%. 2. With regard to the job satisfaction of Visiting Nurses the mean score was 2.92 out of 5. While the level of Job prestige / status presented as a mean score of 3.48 which was the largest among the 7 components of job satisfaction, the level of administration was the lowest showing 2.57 scores respectively. There were significant differences in the job satisfaction by age, working career of health centers(p<0.01, 0.001). 3. The average of the performance level of Visiting Nurses variables was 2.29; The variable with highest degree of performance was the teaching & consultation, establishment of performance plan, whereas the on with the lowest degree was the directive nursing services. The significant difference was found in performance level according to age, structure type of visiting nursing services, working career of health centers and working career of visiting nursing services(p<0.05). 4. With regard to the perception of the performance expertise by the Visiting Nurses the mean score was 2.37 : The variable with highest degree of performance expertise was the teaching & consultation, establishment of performance plan, whereas the on with the lowest degree was management of home-environment. The significant difference was found in performance expertise according to working career outside of health centers(p<0.05). 5. With regard to the perception of the performance necessity by the Visiting Nurses the mean was 2. 40 : the variable with highest degree of performance necessity was the teaching & consultation, establishment of performance plan, whereas the on with the lowest degree was directive nursing services. The significant difference was found in performance necessity according to working career of visiting nursing services(p<0.05). 6. A positive correlation was found between job satisfaction and performance level(r=.3731, P<0.001). Also, a weak positive correlation was found between the components of job satisfaction and performance level. 7. Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that the most powerful predictor was the variance of job satisfaction(R=.3557, $R^2$=.1265). Structure type of visiting nursing services and working career of visiting nursing services accounted for 19.0% of the variance in performance level in nurses. In conclusion, Job satisfaction, Structure type of visiting nursing services and Working career of visiting nursing services variables had influenced on performance level in health centers. Further research is required to confirm these findings.

미디어 리터러시 함양을 위한 중학교 가정과 교수·학습 과정안 개발: 핵심개념 '관계' 관련 단원을 중심으로 (Development of Teaching-Learning Plans of Middle School Home Economics for Media Literacy: Focusing on Core Concept of 'Relationship')

  • 이 연구의 목적은 가정과교육을 통해 미디어 리터러시를 향상시키는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 2015년 개정 가정과 교육과정의 핵심개념 '관계' 관련 단원에 대해 ADDIE 단계로 10차시의 교수·학습 과정안과 학습활동지, 수업자료를 개발하였다. 개발된 수업의 1~6차시를 실행 후 프로그램의 효과를 양적, 질적으로 분석한 결과, 참가자의 미디어 접근 능력과 미디어에 대한 비판적 이해에 통계적으로 유의미한 향상을 보였다. 그리고 자신의 생각과 감정을 표현하고 미디어를 제작하는 능력도 향상되었다. 질적 분석 결과 수업에 참여했던 학생들은 미디어 리터러시 수행목표 전반에 걸쳐 변화가 있었고 특히, '비판적 이해와 평가'에 있어서의 변화를 많이 인지하였다. 미디어 이용 윤리와 사회참여 의식도 개선된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 가정 교과에서 미디어 리터러시를 함양할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발했다는 데 의의가 있다. 가정과 교육에서 미디어 리터러시 교육의 수용성 향상, 가정과 교사의 미디어 리터러시 교육 전문성 제고, 현장의 수업 개선에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

교육환경 변화에 따른 중등 과학교사 임용시험의 1차 전공영역에 대한 개선 방안 탐색 (Exploring Ways to Improve the First Major Area of the Examination for Appointing Secondary Science Teachers with the Change of Educational Environment)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 역량기반 교육과정으로의 전환 등과 같은 교육환경 변화에 부응하기 위해 과학과 중등교사임용시험에서 평가해야 할 교사역량을 살펴보고, 이를 토대로 현행 중등과학과 교사임용시험의 1차 전공영역 평가의 개선 방안을 모색하려는 것이다. 이를 위해 중등교사임용시험 출제경험이 있는 과학교육학 교수 18명을 대상으로 두 차례의 델파이 조사와 심층면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 과학과 중등교사임용시험에서 평가해야 할 교사역량으로는 교수활동, 학생이해지도, 인공지능 등과 같은 지능정보활용, 공동체 전문성 등이 제안되었다. 과학과 중등교사임용시험 1차 과학내용학 시험 개선 방안으로는 문항수 증가를 통한 실질적 공정성과 타당도 제고, 중등학교 교육과정과의 연계성 제고, 10년 정도 주기로 표시과목 업데이트 등이 제안되었다. 중등교사임용시험 1차 과학교육학 시험 개선 방안으로는 과학교육학 문항 유형에 대한 연구·개발, 교과교육학을 논술형으로 출제, 과학 교육학에 대한 표준화된 커리큘럼 개발 등이 제안되었다. 연구결과를 토대로 교사양성대학 교육과정 개정의 필요성, 과학과의 경우 사범대학과 자연대학의 커리큘럼 차별화의 필요성, 교육전문대학원 도입과 같은 교사양성체제 개혁의 필요성 등을 제언하였다.
