This study aims to develop the learning model for efficient culinary practice. Today, the environment of culinary education haw an oversupply of cooks who graduated from a lot of culinary schools. From now on , we should consider the quality than the quantity of culinary education. For improving the quality of culinary education, we have to study the learning model for efficient culinary practice. The learning model for culinary practice is based on the educational psychology and the study theories. For achieving the goal of this research, the educational psychology and learning theories need to be adopted to the teaching skill of culinary practice. It should play a very important role in improving the quality of culinary teaching skill in school. But this study has some limitations in this respect, because of being lack of professional studies and data for the educational psychology and leaning theories in the culinary practice part. The next study is needed the significantly adapting result of educational theories in culinary school.

In the early 2020, COVID-19 changed the traditional way of teaching and learning. This paper aimed to explore the impact of college students' perception of course quality on their online learning satisfaction. A total of 4,812 valid samples were extracted, and the difference analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used to make an empirical analysis of college students' online learning satisfaction. The research results were as follows. Firstly, there was no difference in online learning satisfaction among students by gender and grade. Secondly, learning assessment, course materials, course activities and learner interaction, and course production had a significant positive impact on online learning satisfaction. Course overview and course objectives had an insignificant correlation with online learning satisfaction. Thirdly, the total effect of online learning satisfaction was as follows. Course production had the greatest effect, followed by course activities and student-student interactions, followed by course materials. It was the learning evaluation that showed the least effect. This study can provide empirical reference for college teachers on how to continuously improve online teaching and increase students' satisfaction with online learning.

본 연구에서는 교원 원격 연수의 연수 효과 제고를 위해 총 67종의 이러닝 콘텐츠에 대해 품질을 분석하였다. 분석결과 '연수 내용' 영역이 가장 품질이 높은 것으로 나타났으며 '교수 설계', '교수학습 전략', '평가', '상호 작용' 순이었다. '교수학습 전략', '평가', '상호 작용'은 품질인증 기준인 80점 미만의 점수를 나타내 이에 대한 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 인증된 콘텐츠와 부적합 콘텐츠 간의 품질 수준차이 분석에서는 '교수 설계', '교수학습 전략', '평가' 평가 영역 순으로 효과크기(ES)가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 평가 요인분석에서는 '화면구성', '교수학습 전략 선정' 등의 대부분의 평가 요인이 효과크기가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 원격 연수를 위한 이러닝 콘텐츠 개발에서 어느 부분을 개선해야하는지 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 본다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the success factor of Quality Management (QM) in the manufacturing conditions aspect of medium and small-sized sanitary enterprise. The requisite for manufacturing factors are classified into manufacturing human factors (the number of production employee, training and teaching, discuss on quality, manufacture expertness, etc.), manufacturing facility factors (coating, hardening, and molding equipment), manufacturing core component factors (temperature and viscosity, line, surface). And the indicator of quality outcomes are measured by reorder and recommendation to others.

교사의 수업자신감은 학생들의 성취도 향상에 영향을 줄 뿐만 아니라 교사의 직업 생활의 질을 높이는 데도 중요한 변인임에도 불구하고, TIMSS 결과에서는 다른 국가에 비해 우리나라 중등 수학 교사의 수업자신감이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 교사들의 수업자신감을 높이기 위한 방안을 탐색하고자 본 연구에서는 교사경력, 수업준비도, 교사협력, 수업제한의 네 가지 맥락변인이 우리나라 중등 수학 교사의 수업자신감에 미치는 영향과 이 변인들이 수업자신감의 변화에 대해 갖는 설명력을 살펴보았다. 분석 결과 네 가지 예측 변인을 투입했을 때 수업준비도, 교사협력, 수업제한의 세 가지 변인이 수업자신감에 영향을 주고, 수업자신감의 변화에 대한 설명력의 경우 다른 변인이 합성되지 않은 수업준비도의 고유 효과가 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다.

This study aims to investigate science teaching and learning for the gifted in comparison with regular classrooms in elementary schools. A questionnaire was developed to survey gifted and general students＇ perceptions to elementary science teaching and teaming with employing a teaching and learning model for the gifted by Maker and Neilson (1995, 1996). The 28 item questionnaire consisted of four categories of content, teaching and teaming process, student product, and learning environment, and each category included six to nine items. Randomly selected 114 students from gifted classes and 99 students for regular classes responded to the questionnaire through the use of five-point Likert scale. It was found that there are significant differences between gifted and regular classes of science at all four categories of the teaching and learning model for the gifted. Therefore, science teaching and teaming for the gifted seemed to be differentiated from regular classes and emphasized students＇ creativity. However, no differences were appeared in a few items: study of gifted people and research methods (gifted=3.0; regular=.21 F=2.54), students＇ freedom of choice for topics of lessons, tasks, etc., (gifted=3.1; regular=3.0, F=0.31), student product addressed to real audience (gifted=2.8, regular=2.6, F=0.96), and students＇ high mobility to seek for data in library, etc. during class periods (gifted=2.3, regular= 2.3, F=0.01). It was concluded that science education for the gifted in Korea calls for quality improvement in terms of teaching and teaming in various aspects.

공학교육에서의 이러닝 실습의 효과성에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인은 온라인 시뮬레이션이 포함된 콘텐츠의 내용 구성방법과 완료된 콘텐츠의 활용방법이다. 공학분야에서 실습을 온라인으로 구현하려는 교수자는 실습 시뮬레이션을 만드는 것뿐만 아니라 온라인 실습을 효과적으로 실행하도록 다양한 학습활동을 구성해야 한다. 실습을 지도하는 교수자도 온라인 시뮬레이션의 효과를 담보하는 교수학습활동이 무엇인지를 알아야 한다. 즉, 공학교육의 모든 교수자는 이러닝 콘텐츠에서 온라인 실습의 효과를 높이기 위해서 어떠한 교수학습 활동 및 전략이 필요한지를 파악하여야 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 온라인 실습의 개발 유형을 구분하며 이 유형에 따른 교수학습활동을 분류하는 것을 목적으로 하였고 교수학습활동을 교육 이론과 비교, 검토하여 온라인 실습의 효과성을 높이기 위해 필요한 교수방법 및 전략의 방향을 제시하였다.

Background As the coronavirus disease 2019 virus made its way throughout the world, there was a complete overhaul of our day-to-day personal and professional lives. All aspects of health care were affected including academics. During the pandemic, teaching opportunities for resident training were drastically reduced. Consequently, medical universities in many parts across the globe implemented online learning, in which students are taught remotely and via digital platforms. Given these developments, evaluating the existing mode of teaching via digital platforms as well as incorporation of new models is critical to improve and implement. Methods We reviewed different online learning platforms used to continue regular academic teaching of the plastic surgery residency curriculum. This study compares the four popular Web conferencing platforms used for online learning and evaluated their suitability for providing plastic surgery education. Results In this study with a response rate of 59.9%, we found a 64% agreement rate to online classes being more convenient than normal classroom teaching. Conclusion Zoom was the most user-friendly, with a simple and intuitive interface that was ideal for online instruction. With a better understanding of factors related to online teaching and learning, we will be able to deliver quality education in residency programs in the future.

In order to normalized the Earth Science Education, experiments and geologic field trainings are very important. But it have not carried out on account of many difficulties in current High School of Korea. These difficulties are lack of time, many problems of the text book, heavy teaching load, shortage of facilities and experimental equipments, and poor quality of teacher etc. The practical training of geologic field trip is very important in Earth Science Education. Finally, wirter propose a new teaching plan of geologic field training as follows: 1. The teacher must prepare the guide paper of field geologic training. 2. Subjects of practical training must simplify. 3. The teacher must take a pre-field investigation in order to get the teaching plan and the preparation of practical field training. 4. Let students observe for themselves on this guide, as if they were geologists. 5. The teacher must conclude about practical training after the working.

Experiment teaching is an important part for science and engineering colleges, teaching through different pilot projects: First, help students to consolidate the theory of operation; second, trail students the capacity and the ability to solve practical problems. Improve students the curriculum of learning, and promote the formation of students to discover and solve the problem. of the basic quality in training students hands-on ability and ability to innovate, while guiding them to develop the attitude of scientific truth-seeking, the style of rigorous and thorough and the spirit of unity and coordination.
