승강장 진입을 위한 택시 대기열은 택시 승강장 주변에 교통 정체를 일으켜 주변을 혼잡하게 만든다. 이러한 정체와 혼잡은 택시 승강장 주변이 아닌 다른 곳에 택시들이 대기하도록 하고 승강장에 진입이 가능한 택시만 택시 승강장에 접근하도록 함으로써 감소시킬 수 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 택시 승강장 진입 순서 제어를 위한 승강장 진입 순번 운영 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 택시 기사가 선택한 승강장 진입 순번 신청을 수신하면 그 승강장의 상태에 따라 적절한 순번을 할당하며, 그 승강장에 진입할 순서가 되면 택시 단말기를 통해 승강장 진입 순서가 되었음을 공지할 수 있다. 이 서비스를 이용하는 택시는 택시 승강장 진입을 위한 대기열에 있지 않고 다른 곳에서 대기를 하며, 승강장 진입 알림을 받은 후 택시 승강장에 접근하면 된다. 따라서, 이 시스템은 택시 승강장 주변에 택시 대기열을 감소시키거나 제거할 수 있어 승강 주변의 교통 정체 및 혼잡을 감소시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안한 승강장 진입 순번 운용 시스템은 충청북도 충주시에 설치되어 있는 택시 승강장을 대상으로 하여 구글의 클라우드 서비스와 안드로이드 플랫폼을 이용하여 구현하였다.

Departure Manager (DMAN) is a tool to optimize the departure sequence and to suggest appropriate take-off time and off-block time of each departure aircraft to the air traffic controllers. To that end, Variable Taxi Time (VTT), which is time duration of the aircraft from the stand to the runway, should be estimated. In this paper, a study for development of VTT prediction algorithm based on machine learning techniques is presented. The factors affecting aircraft taxi speeds were identified through the analysis of historical traffic data on the airport surface. The prediction model suggested in this study consists of several sub-models that reflect different types of surface maneuvers based on the analysis result. The prediction performance of the proposed method was evaluated using the actual operational data.

손님을 태우기 위해 도로에서 불법으로 정차하는 택시들은 교통체증을 유발하고 때때로 교통사고의 원인이 되기도 한다. 택시들의 정차 위치는 택시 기사들의 오랜 경험에 의해 정해지고 있다. 이번 연구에서는 시간대별 정차 위치를 파악해 택시기사들과 지역을 처음 방문하는 손님들에게 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 택시 40대에 설치된 센서에서 수집되는 Internet of Vehicle(IoV) 데이터를 이용하였다. 기존의 연구들은 택시를 중심으로 군집을 형성하였다. 이 방법은 택시의 위치에 따라 군집의 위치가 변한다. 또한 택시가 범위 내에 일정 대수 이상이 있어야 군집이 형성되기 때문에 실시간으로 정차위치를 파악하기가 어렵다. 이번 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 도로 분할 알고리즘을 사용했다. 기존 연구들과 달리 도로를 중심으로 군집이 형성되기 때문에 군집의 위치가 고정적이며 택시 대수에 영향을 받지 않기 때문에 실시간으로 정차 위치를 파악하는 것이 가능하다. 도로 분할은 30M 단위로 이루어져 있으며, 시간대별, 평일, 주말로 분할된 택시 위치 데이터를 가장 가까운 포인트에 매핑하였다. 매핑결과 주말의 경우 운행하는 택시 수가 적어 시간대 별로 큰 차이를 보기 어려웠으나 평일의 경우 출퇴근 시간대와 심야 시간대간의 정차 위치 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 이 연구결과를 통해 택시 불법 주정차 방지와 택시 승강장 설치위치 기준을 제안할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Aircraft parking stand is a place separated by a pavement marking so that aircraft can park in the apron. If there is not an aircraft parking stand available for aircraft just arrived, the aircraft has to wait for a stand becomes empty on taxi lane taxiway, which annoys passengers, and deteriorates the congestion in the airport. Therefore, it is important to provide adequate parking stands in planning process. In this study, we studied the maximum number of aircraft parking stands required in the past, and estimated the future requirements, for Incheon International airport.

신뢰성있는 교통정보를 제공하기 위해서는 정확한 자료의 수집이 무엇보다 중요하다. 현재 자료 수집은 승용차, 택시를 프로브차량으로 이용하고 있어 신뢰도가 떨어지는 문제가 있다. 버스통행시간을 이용하여 일반차량의 통행시간을 산정하는 모형을 개발한다면 승용차, 택시를 프로브 차량으로 이용하는 것보다 수집되는 정보의 양이나 질이 보다 향상될 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 버스통행시간에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 고려하여 각 CASE에 맞는 모형식을 개발하고, 실제 일반차량 통행시간과 비교를 통해 통계적 적합성을 검증하고자 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to find out the investigation of overseas case in Street Furnitures of Public Design. Thus this research regions select among the waterfront cities; Tokyo/Yokohama(Japan), Nies/Cannes(France), Shanghai(China), Vancouver(Canada), in addition to the city of art and romance; Paris. Above all, it is necessary to study concept of public design and definition of street furnitures. The survey data collected from forenamed cities and the items of street furnitures are various installments such as kiosk, bench, bollard, litter-bin, sign board, toilet, bus/taxi station, fence, shelter, lighting column, fountain, telephone-booth, clock-tower, automaton, bicycle stand, playing object etc. In this study street spaces are analysed that is related to regional surroundings and pedestrian's culture. Consequently, design trend of street furniture in foreign case analysis are going into thoroughly modern image as well as checking of form, color, material and maintenance system. According to the above findings, this paper will provide basic data for establishing of the street furniture and improving of public design to the regional citizen, local government officials and regional experts.
