SK group has been a pioneer in overall brand management and, more recently, in CSR-imbedded brand management. SK vision of "improving itself to give greater happiness to all of its customers" and the symbol mark of "Wings of Happiness" are some good examples of integrating distinct brand identities of various member companies. After impressive growth and expansions into diverse business areas, SK group is ranked as the third largest company based on asset amounts according to the Fair Trade Commission of Korea, only after Samsung and Hyundai Motor groups. SK brand management can be analyzed, using the framework of 4 stages - 'infrastructure', 'planning', 'doing', and 'seeing' stages. In order to secure 'infrastructure' of brand management system, SK has invested huge resources to the 'SK BMS' (SK Brand Management System). At the 'planning' stage, the most important task of SK like other Korean business groups is perhaps to adopt a well-organized 'brand identity (BI) system' which may consolidate brand values of individual member companies. In actuality, SK BI consists of Customer Happiness located at the center and 3 other elements of Pride, Professionalism, and Customer-orientation. At the 'doing' stage, the slogan of 'OK! SK' and the logo of 'Wings of Happiness' have been placed at the core of the SK group brand building programs. SK adopts the principle of 'independent yet united', pinpointing that each member company independently works for its business performance but it is, at the same time, encouraged to integrate its capabilities for the SK group brand. In addition, SK has sought 'shared growth' with business partners for happiness for all the members in the society. 'Social Contribution Philosophy' based on SK value of 'creation of greater happiness' is again one of the most important guidelines for CSR (corporate social responsibility) at the doing stage. At the seeing stage, SK regularly evaluates its branding programs. SK has shown some very impressive achievements in brand management: (1) a core identity of 'Customer Happiness' participating member companies may share, (2) harmonious relationships between the group brand management office and brand management divisions of member companies, and (3) consistency-keeping in brand management over time. However, there remain two major challenges: (1) globalization of SK and (2) reinforcing sustainable superiority over not only Korean rivals but also global ones.

This study is intended to understand an implication system and significance in the current community which a body image symbolizes by correlating it with fashion that is on the rise as a principal issue in various fields. For this study, the symbolism of the body image was contemplated in terms of philosophy and art, and then on the basis of it, the symbolism of the body image shown in modern fashion design was analyzed through fashion works. The research results are as follows, 1. The manifestation of sex can be taken as the symbolism of the body image which is expressed in modern fashion design. Recently sexual chaos and vagueness such as homosexuality and bisexuality are expressed through a dress and its ornaments. Though displaying sexual characteristics of male and female as they are exposing a sign or a diagram, decorating a part of body or representing sex in garments, uncertain sex identity in modern society is manifested in dress and its ornaments. It is to deny absoluteness regarding sex and emphasize diversity indwelt in human beings, and after all it shows to pursue the human essence. 2. Another symbolism of the body image is body expression as the human race and an ethnic group. The discriminating situations and the restoration of their status appeared in modern fashion too. Moreover, their cultures and issues came to alter the aesthetic standard of body made from a view of the Western white supremacist. Hereupon, fashion trends like ethnic fashion, Orientalism and African look etc. appear according to this tendency, which represents race and national identity and in addition, which signifies to present transcendental human conception embracing alienated human conception. 3. The symbolism of the body image expressed in a body, and a dress and its ornaments as nature can be considered in terms of the concern on environmental contamination and the respect of echo system. Getting away from reigning over, developing and stamping down nature at their will, the human beings pursue unity with nature, which is described in fashion. They are stressing that natural materials and objects such as animal, plant and soil etc. should activily be introduced into fashion and humans are a communal fate group and should reframe their status in nature at last. 4. The body image shown in a body, a dress and its ornaments as technology is transformed and recreated by modern scientific techniques and medical science to show post human conception namely, forthcoming future human conception as a cyborg which loses individual identity. This presents a perfect future human conception with high level of preternatural power but after all, leaves us a task to seek the meaning of human existence in alienation caused by the loss of human identity and existence. In this manner, the moderns crave for perceiving the identity of a natural human being in the current thoughts tendency of the modern times such as postmodernism, post structuralism, deconstructionism, feminism and so on, which build discussions affecting the art and fashion worlds. The categories, like sexual characteristics indwelt in a human body, racial classifications, the natural environment surrounding human beings and development of science, bring out the importance of the internal and external meaning in today's fashion which a human body contains, and present sew human conception in the coming future society.

본 연구에서는 쇼핑센터 종업원의 개별 직무특성과 이직의도 간의 관계에 있어 직무만족과 조직몰입이 매개작용을 하는지 여부를 검증하였다. 매개작용 검증을 위한 구체적인 방법으로는 Baron과 Kenny(1986)가 제시한 접근법이 사용되었다. 그 결과, 직무만족이 과업중요성과 이직의도 간의 관계 및 자율성과 이직의도 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 조직몰입은 과업정체성과 이직의도 간의 관계, 과업 중요성과 이직의도 간의 관계, 그리고 자율성과 이직의도 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 개별 직무특성과 결과변수 간의 관계에 있어 중요심리상태를 대체하는 다른 매개변수들이 존재할 수 있음을 보여 주는 것어다. 한편 실무적 입장에서는 직무충실화를 통해 종업원의 만족과 몰입을 이끌어 내고 이러한 만족과 몰입을 통해 이직율을 낮추는 방향으로의 인적자원관리가 요청된다고 하겠다.

이 연구의 목적은 부모와 관련된 배경적 요인, 목적, 기대 및 가치가 자녀지원행위에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 가구소득, 자녀의 성취수준, 부모의 스포츠양육 목적, 성취기대, 과제가치 변인에 따른 부모지원비용, 부모지원시간의 영향관계를 단순회귀분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 가구소득과 정체성 목적은 자녀지원시간에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 가구소득은 자녀지원비용에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 성취기대는 가구소득의 자녀지원비용에 대한 정적인 조절효과를 나타냈고, 유용성 가치는 소득, 관계적 목적의 자녀지원비용에 대한 정적인 조절효과를 나타냈다. 이 연구는 엘리트스포츠에서 부모의 자녀지원행위를 이해하기 위한 정량적 근거를 제공했다는 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 Hackman and Oldham의 직무특성이론에 근거하여 대학생을 대상으로 자원봉사활동 직무특성이 활동만족도와 지속의지에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 강원도내 6개 대학의 대학생 261명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 대학생의 자원봉사참가율은 평균 71.6%로 나타났으며, 자원봉사활동의 직무특성과 활동만족도, 지속의지는 중간값 보다 낮은 수준으로 나타났다. 자원봉사 활동만족도에 미치는 직무특성의 효과에서는 기술다양성과 과업정체성, 피드백이 유의한 수준에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 지속의지에 대해서는 자율성을 제외한 기술다양성, 과업정체성, 과업중요성, 피드백 모두가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 상관분석을 통해 자원봉사 활동만족도가 높으면 지속의지 역시 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 자원봉사관리자는 자원봉사활동의 직무를 직무특성이론에 기초하여 설계(design)함으로써 의미충만감이나 책임감, 결과의식을 높여서 최종적으로는 자원봉사를 통한 동기부여와 성과 향상으로 이어져야 할 것이다.

We discuss the paper by Cho, Shin, Lee, and Han on the "information-relate" undergraduate statistics major program from the following perspectives: Recently, Korean universities are under re-structuring turmoil. To effectively confront the situation, we need both the vision and the strategy for statistics and statistics departments. For undergraduate statistics major program, our visions are 1) it should not be preliminary education program targeted for the graduate degrees, 2) it should be responsive to future social demand, and 3) it should incorporate the progressive identity of statistics as information and data science. As strategies, we propose 1) the effective integration and due balance among data collection, management and analysis, 2) the harmony and role development of computers and mathematics as statistical tools, 3) the statistics education through task-oriented problem solving, and 4) the emphasis of team work and communication skills.on skills.

Recently, the interdisciplinary linkage between engineering and social science has received an increasing attention as an emerging education discipline. Due to intrinsic complexity of innovation process and heterogeneity of disciplinary nature, however there exists little, if not no, effort to draw a common framework in terms of educational scope and contents of the new subject. This paper presents a number of criteria and guidelines for building up new educational framework by integrating engineering subject and social science subject. Specifically, three neo-disciplines, technology policy, technology management, and economics of technology are considered since it is postulated that the forementioned disciplines have established academic identity and fundamental structure By nature, this paper is an exploratory and seminal one. It is not the purpose of this paper to provide a concrete table of contents of educational material. Instead, it merely brings up a discussion topic for the wide audience of academic arena, leaving the gradual consensus and convergence as future task.

PGP is an encryption software designed to provide information protection, security and authentication services for online communication systems. The characteristic of behavior done on the Internet is that you don't know the other person. It is very important to protect information from someone you cannot trust. So identification of the other person is an important task. PGP uses an digital signature algorithm to verify the identity of the other party. However, it is not accurate to check the other party's credibility. PGP increases trust as other users sign more on public keys of user. In other words, credibility is not perfect. In this paper, PGP certification system that key management in Ethereum blockchain, one of the blockchain platforms, is proposed. Key management in blockchain ensures data integrity, transparency and reliability.

The purpose of the present research was to investigate (I) the acquisition of character constancy of self and others as a function of age; (2) the pattern of acquisition of character constancy, and (3) the relationships between character constancy and conservation of number and mass. The subjects of this study were 160 children, 20 boys and 20 girls at each grade level, kindergarter through grade 3. The Character Constancy Tasks devised bi Rotenberg (1982) and conservation task of number and mass were administered to each child. Chi square, Guttman Scale analysis and Pearson's Correlation were used for the statistical analysis of data. The findings showed that there was increase with age in character constancy of others and of sell in that there was increase with age in children's belief that the characteristics of another person are stable across time and consistent despite changes in a person's appearance. Character constancy of others and of self were acquired in the developmental stages of identity, stability, and consistency. Character constancy of others and self correlated with the conservation of number and mass.

Development of science education curriculum and instructional materials have been considered as the matt essential task for the establishment of scince education as an independent discipline, and for the intrenchment of status and identity of colles of Education The aim of this study was to identify the necessity and types for the development of science education curriculum and instructional materials. The nature and structure of science education were discussed in connection with school science subjects, science of education, and the structure of science education system. Also essential theory and practice of modular approach for development of curriculum were investigated in order to organize a guideline for the development of scince education modules. The guideline includes development procedures, major contents. and structure of science education modules which is organized by integration of the nature of scince education and concepts of modular approach for curriculum development.
