공정계획 전문가시스템의 개발-조선 블럭분할에의 응용

  • This paper describes a study on the expert system based process planning of the block division process in shipbuilding. The prototype system developed deterines the block division line of the midship of crude-oil tanker. Case-based reasoning (CBR) approach relying on previous similar cases to solve the problem is applied instead of rule-based reasoning (RBR). Similar cases are retrieved from case base according to the similarity metrics between input problem and cases. The retrieved case with the highest priority is then adapted to fit to the input problem buy adaptation rules. The adapted solution is proposed as the division line for the input problem.

  • Marine algae는 주된 fouling organism으로 전세계에 널리 분포되어 있고, 경제적 손실을 가져온다. 특히나 container ships와 large tanker에서 자라는 algae는 마찰력의 증가로 인한 speed 감소와 연료비의 증가와 같은 문제점을 가진다. 그래서 현재 antifouling paint로 TBT화합물을 사용하고 있지만, 이것은 해양생물에 나쁜 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 TBT 화합물 사용에 대해 제한하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해조류 추출물을 이용하여 무독성 천연 방오물질의 탐색을 목적으로 우선 선박이나 양식장 그물등에 많이 부착 성장하는 가시파래를 대상으로하여 이의 antifouling 효과를 나타내는 물질을 찾고자 한다.   • In this study the fire, due to overturning of oil tanker on the bridge induced heat transfer analysis and thermal stress analysis are carried out. The results of analysis for fire history of 1 hour present very large thermal gradient near the surface. However, the temperature increase of tendon & rebar that is the main resistant member of bridge is not sufficient to change material properties. The Von-Mises yield criteria is used to calculate the depth of delamination, The depth of delamination is about 4cm at center of fire and this value is close to measured value.

  • The shipbuilding industry is one of the domains which need an effective computer application. Particularly the productivity of process planning of a shipbuilding for crude -oil tanker can be greatly enhanced by introducing CAPP(Computer Aied Process Planning). In this paper we describe a prototype expert system which enables block division process planning in shipbuilding. The system determines block division lines of the midship sections of oiltanker. Case-based reasoning(CBR) approach is applied for this purpose instead of rule-based one.

  • Recently, environmental design are becoming a matter of grave concern in shipbuilding. Out of these concern, oil spilt which is induced by grounding accidents is very critical reason of the ocean pollution. Therefore, a series qf quarter of 105k tanker model grounding simulations were conducted to analyze it's characteristics for the accident. ship get using LS-DYNA3D. In this paper, to conduct whole simulations, a meshsize convergence test was carried out to determine appropriate meshsize for grounding test. After the series analysis. These results were analyzed as each case.

  • The twin aims of the present study are to develop a PC program for the statistical analysis of the measured cohesion data and to suggest a probabilistic corrosion rate estimation model for longitudinal members of tanker structures. A data analysis for the corrosion rate statistics(i.e., mean, standard deviation) as a function of the corrosion parameters is established for various structural member categories/locations of interest. Development of the computer program is focused on possible operation together with future addition of more corrosion data as they become available. To investigate the influence of the corrosion protection scheme a series of the corrosion analysis varying the life of coating are carried out and several different corrosion models as a function of time are suggested depending on the coating life.

A Study on the Contingency Planning Methods under the Analysis of Oil Spill Potential -Application to the Port of Busan- (유류오염 포텐셜 해석을 통한 방제대책 수립방법에 관한 연구 -부산항을 중심으로-)

  • This study was carried out to check the contingency planning methods under the analysis of oil spill potential and make a guide line to apply the results to the port of Busan. The expected spilled oil drift patterns are considered with the most probable scenarios under the base of the oil spill potential. The results obtained from this study are as follows: (1) Analysis method of oil spill potent was proposed and the applicability was proved by the application example to the port of Busan to make the contingency plan. (2) Responsible oil spill contingency planning methods / flow are suggested considered environmental factors and the oil spill potential. (3) The coastal waters of Busan was consist of rocky flat, man-made solid shore and beach shore. Marine traffic have high density of oil tanker and cargo ship. Also, oil tanker ship are examined in the small ships to be less than 3000t to supply oil to the ship moored / anchored as well as the large amount of oil tank / basin are located along the coast of Busan port. These systems are introduced to make in put data to the analysis of oil spill potential. (4) According to the analysis of historical records of oil spill accident in Busan, the frequency of accidents by cargo ship rank highest and 45% of accidents is caused by carelessness. about 65% of total accidents shows a small spill accident of less than $10k{\ell}$.
