The purpose of this study was to examine mathematics teachers' perceptions of multicultural education. To achieve this goal, the study explored how 10 elementary mathematics teachers noticed multicultural content in a mathematics textbook. Building upon noticing framework (Jacobs, Lamb, & Philipp, 2010), we first examined teachers' attention toward multicultural content in a mathematics textbook. Then, we examined teachers' interpretation of the content. We employed a content analysis approach to examine the collected data. The results indicated that most mathematics teachers held a content integration perspective. Their view was that "multicultural education" referred to learning about the diverse cultures of different countries. Moreover, although they noticed some multicultural content in the textbook, they wanted to discuss them in superficially descriptive ways and avoid talking about social justice issues. Additionally, some teachers believed that mathematics is a culture-free subject. They argued that multicultural content should not be presented in mathematics textbooks. We also discussed uncommon themes, which were reported by only a few mathematics teachers.

The study shed the light on the information required by Governance Principles and Corporate Social Responsibilities of human resources department from the point deans' perspectives of BA colleges during the discussion the publication of studies that academic members earlier submitted in many journals as authors of similar studies talking about business schools and CSR in Saudi Arabia universities. The study sample was the deans of business schools in northern border university and interviews were used to collect data. Findings showed that CSR in business colleges within an integrated set of research products in the human resource that he owns, support the mechanisms of social services from a purposeful pioneering and creative perspective. In addition, the success of business administration colleges in preparing these cadres depends on the college's senior leadership represented by its dean and its administrative policy to motivate academic staff and students to develop the CSR and governance.

The purpose of this paper is to introduce a new and effective classroom speaking activity helping student's communication in real situation. It will be one of useful teaching techniques for teachers because it can be used with other various types of speaking activities together. The activity is designed by the researcher, and named as the Partner's Speech Reconstitution(PSR) in this paper. In chapter 2, Noticing and Output hypothesis which is the theoretic basis of the PSR will be described and the chapter 3 will explain activity methods and examples of the PSR, and then describe its merits and demerits. The researcher applied and practiced the PSR in the speaking class for international students in the K university for three semesters. This paper systematically introduces its organized activity. It helped learners elicit speaking performance of students who avoided talking in the speaking class, made the students concentrate in speaking activity, and helped the learners to talk sufficiently by inducing each student to reconstitute partner's speech production.

In this Study, as the structure of smart phone display becomes thin to catch up with slim product trend, the reliability of display module is on the rise as a issue for product design. Especially, almost part of cellular phone should undergo drop test when they fall 1.5m above ground. Thus many manufacturers have considered design guide line using CAE and simulation for more efficive usage of limited resources om the martket. This test simulates the case when cellular phone slips through user's flingers while he is talking on the phone. This paper studies a drop simulation of glass for display in smart phone. This design for reliability improvements are suggested on the basis of the results of FE Analysis and display of smart phone design.

This paper proposes the color of car that accident occurs in color from the highest probability to lowest probability. This is talking about the color difference of advancing color and receding color. The color of the accident-prone is many receding color that actually seem to be far more. Advanced color that seems to be closer than the actual color find out that accident is less.

What should a therapist do if the patient has lost the ability to speak in sessions? How should the therapist understand and approach this 'deadly silence'? Psychosomatic patients have poor ability to mentalize their experience, so they create a 'shunt' from emotional experience to body bypassing symbolic sphere. This makes psychosomatic patients vulnerable to expressing their emotions in words. With the case vignette 'When words are unspeakable: a bridge beyond the silence' written by Wirth in a book "From soma to symbol" we observe how psychosomatic pathology arises, from inappropriate mirroring and poor containment; and how this escalates into a vicious cycle of sin and punishment in the patient's conscience. This conscience scenario imprisons a talented and creative mind in a dark, silent place, wherein symbols and words are forbidden. This seemingly impossible task of providing silent patients with a 'talking cure' finds breakthrough with containment, and transformative thinking using therapists' reveries.

In this study, the magnitude of the influence of word frequency on the change of perception of residents before and after resident competency strengthening education in villages where the rural field forum was conducted was analyzed. The results of analyzing the changes in residents' perceptions of the village development project according to the frequency of words are as follows. It was found that talking about surrounding factors had a greater influence than individual factors of keywords. In addition, the frequency of word use had a positive effect on the resident's perception. It was analyzed that items with high awareness of resident prior to resident competency-enhancing education had a low impact.

Among various export contracts, the contents of contracts are very important. Various companies make use of this method. [Which method are you talking about?] However, the Korean law system has an insufficient understanding of the international legal system. This paper looks into the conditions related to contracts in relation to the legal system. This paper analyzes not only the Korean civil law system about illegality of contracts but also makes a comparison with other international systems, such as the UNIDROIT Principles. Especially, the Korean civil law system about the illegality of contracts is comparable with the UNIDROIT Principles system about illegality of contracts. The purpose of this paper is to examine the revitalization of Illegality of Contract. This paper also deals with improvement of International Commercial Activation. Thus, this paper will offer directions to International Trade Practitioners. There is disagreement regarding methods of action related to international trade practice. Especially, this study is good for commercial parties, especially overseas sales people.

Today, most roof spaces are being designed as places for resting. The use of the roof spaces needs to be raised otherwise, budgeting or costs involved can be wasteful. A well-made plan is needed to increase the use of the roof spaces. The behavior of and preference for roof spaces could differ depending on building usage because the users of these roof spaces can be different. Therefore, this study selected 4 building types depending on usage: public buildings, educational and research buildings, medical buildings, and commercial buildings. Two buildings that created roof spaces per building type were selected. A survey was undertaken of the user experience of roof spaces on the buildings. The behavior and preference of roof spaces depending on building types were analyzed and the results are as follows. The behavior of using roof spaces regarding purpose, motivation, frequency, and average length of stay were different depending on the building types. In terms of purpose, over all four building types, taking a rest was the primary reason for using roof spaces. However, talking and smoking in public buildings, smoking, taking a walk or stretching, and viewing the exterior landscape in educational and research buildings, taking a walk or stretching and talking in medical buildings, taking care of children and talking in commercial buildings were also important reasons for using roof spaces. The preference of roof space components such as plants, paving materials, and facilities were different depending on the building types. In terms of plants, the users of public buildings preferred herbaceous plants and vegetables/aquatic plants more than the users of other building types. The users of medical buildings preferred vegetables/aquatic plants, and the users of commercial buildings preferred arbores, herbaceous plants, and vegetables/aquatic plants more than the users of other building types. This study provides empirical data for the behavior and the preference of roof spaces depending on building types. These findings could provide new insights into how to increase the use of roof spaces.
