A nuclear power plant requires a huge amount of initial investment and long construction lead time. As we expect that there may exist a relationship between investment and construction lead time, a number of researchers have reported that nearly a half of investments is incurred due to time factors such as the time value of money and inflation or escalation rates. Therefore, we investigated in this paper a relationship between the initial investment and the construction lead time of a nuclear power plant construction, and proposed a method for a trade-off analysis between the annual equivalent worth and the investment alternatives to reduce the construction lead time. Finally, we presented a real case to numerically explain the steps of the method presented in this paper.

Long afterglow $SrAl_2O_4:Eu^{2+}$,$Dy^{3+}$ is synthesized by a solid state reaction. The effect of flux $B_2O_3$ on the sintering dynamic process, the optimum concentrations of $Eu^{2+}$ and $Dy^{3+}$ for long lasting bright luminescence property and the effect of charge compensators like $Mg^{2+}$, $Zn^{2+}$, $Na^+$, $K^+$ on long persistence have been investigated.

ZnS-based orange-emitting phosphors were synthesized by two-step firing process: above $1000^{\circ}C$ to obtain hexagonal phase, and at $750^{\circ}C$ for cubic phase. The effect of heat treatment condition on the optical properties was investigated to fine an optimum condition for high-performance ZnS:Mn,Cu,Cl phosphor.

ZnS:Cu,Cl phosphor was synthesized by solid-liquid state reaction with two firing steps. Each stage of the process was carefully monitored so that the final product was comparable to commercially-available phosphor. The effect of $Cu^{2+}-doping$ concentration has been investigated on the luminescence characteristics of ZnS:Cu,Cl blue-green phosphors for inorganic electroluminescent device.

The study aims to analyze and evaluate the evaluation items and application methods of environment-friendly middle schools in Chungbuk area by case studies. For the study, the criteria and situations of environment-friendly schools are analyzed literally and three environment-friendly middle schools in Chungbuk area selected. The field surveys and faculty interviews are performed. As results, about 35 environment-friendly technologies are applied and 66 to 68 points are acquired in three selected schools. It is analyzed that the PV, natural interior materials, raining recycle system and sufficient green spaces are pointed out as main technologies. About 66% of respondents know the environment-friendly certification and use the environment facilities in classes. However, the unsuitable plants for interior green spaces, unskilled management of recycling facilities and the absent of student participate programs show up as main problems. Also, the active campaigns need to expand the environment-friendly school.

This thesis provides a new digital convergence method and apparatus which uses area photo sensor and new analog to digital algorithmic to identify the correct digital pattern position factor of the projection system. This method and apparatus can be applied to the convergence correction in a TV receiver with a display that comprises a display screen with photo sensors positioned adjacent to screen edges. It also can be applied to the manufacture process detection of the projection system to adjust the associative convergence parameter. In this paper, demonstrate how this convergence detecting algorithmic was implemented with four area photo sensors of special designed pattern to the rear projection CRT TV.

The pipe fracture tests were performed on 102mm-Sch.80 carbon steel pipe with various local wall thinning shapes, in order to understand failure behavior of thinned pipe. Pipe specimens were subjected to monotonic bending moment, using 4-points loading system, under internally pressurized condition. From the results of experiment, the failure mode, load carrying capacity, and deformability of local wall thinning pipe were investigated. Failure mode of thinned pipe depended on magnitude of internal pressure and thinning length as well as loading direction and thinning depth and angle. The variation in load carrying capacity and deformability of thinned pipe with length of thinned area was determined by stress type appled to thinning region and circumferential thinning angle. Also, the effect of internal pressure on failure behavior was dependent on failure mode of thinned pipe, and it promoted crack occurrence and mitigated local buckling at thinned area.

본 논문은 도로에 설치된 교량 및 사람들의 친수 공간 내 접근성을 필요로 하는 곳에 설치되는 확장형 인도교에서 발생되는 비점오염원을 중점적으로 경감시키기 위한 소규모 저감장치의 실험적 연구이다. 이는 강수에 의한 오염물질의 장치 내 유입 침전 흡착 여과를 통해 수질을 정화 배수시키는 공정으로 이루어진다. 소형 장치에 대한 성능과 제거 효율 및 통수능 실험은 BOD, COD, 부유물질, T-N, T-P 등 5개 항목에 대해 분석하였으며, 이들 모든 항목에서 현저히 감소하는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper is written for foundation of standard <Shanghan Lun> text to research febrile disease referring from <Jin-gui-yu-han-jing>, Kang-ping-ben, Tang-ben, Song-ben and supplementarily Gui-lin-gu-ben. Through the comparative and analytical investigation of 30 articles of ${\ulcorner}$Taiyang bing Volume 1${\lrcorner}$, 22 articles were newly compiled after getting rid of doubtful sentences or putting together. Also, one article, "wind damage of Tai-yang give rise to fever and chilling", was added from Tang-ben. And many articles were unchanged or in some case, collected together with relevant articles to make sense more.
