The purpose of this study is to verify the research model and identify the causal relationship among leader's super leadership, self-leadership, psychological empowerment, sport commitment and performance perceived by Taekwondo athletes. The subjects of the study were middle and high school Taekwondo athletes registered in the Korea Taekwondo Association in 2020 and 2021, and data from 454 people were used as final effective samples through convenience sampling. The collected data used the SPSS 23.0 version and the Amos 21.0 version to verify the hypothesis. As a result, the following conclusions were obtained. First, we discovered that the leader's super leadership had a positive impact on the athlete's self-leadership, psychological empowerment, and sport commitment. Second, we found that the athlete's self-leadership had a positive effect on psychological empowerment, sport commitment, and performance. Third, we found that athlete's psychological empowerment had a positive effect on sport commitment and performance. Fourth, we found that the athlete's sport commitment had a negative effect on performance. Therefore, this study has reminded us about importance of psychological empowerment and sport commitment for explaining the relationship between leadership type and performance perceived by Taekwondo athletes, and might contribute to the theoretical discussion of variables related to athletes' performance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship among self-leadership, grit, and performance.Specifically, self-leadership was selected as an independent variable, two dimensions of grit were selected as mediator variables, and performance was selected as a dependent variable. This structural equation model is based on previous studies. The subjects of this study were middle and high school Taekwondo players, and the survey was collected using the online survey system KSDC (Korean Social-Science Data Center). The sampling method was a non-probability sampling method, convenience sampling method.A total of 367 copies were collected through this process, and 355 copies were used as the final valid samples after excluding the insincere data.Data processing was done with SPSS 23 for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis. Also, AMOS 21 was used for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, self-leadership had a positive effect on bothi interest consistency grit and effort persistence grit. Second, it was found that both interest consistency grit and effort persistence grit have a positive effect on performance.Third,self-leadership had a positive effect on performance.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between transformative leadership, team cohesion, and team performance of Chinese university taekwondo leaders. Specifically, it is to investigate the effect of transformative leadership on team cohesion and team performance and to verify the mediating effect of team cohesion in the relationship between transformative leadership and team performance. In order to achieve the research purpose, a total of 350 people were sampled after setting taekwondo leaders at Chinese universities as a population. The measurement tool used in this study was a questionnaire consisting of 5 items on demographic characteristics, a total of 19 questions on transformational leadership, 10 questions on team cohesion, and 4 questions on team performance. The validity of the questionnaire was verified through exploratory factor analysis, and the reliability was verified through reliability analysis. The reliability Cronbach's α of the questionnaire was found to be α=0.755-0.799 for transformative leadership, α=0.848, and α=0.740 for team performance. As the data processing method, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis, one-way analysis (one-way ANOVA), and multiple regression analysis were used using SPSS WIN. The conclusions derived through the above research methods and procedures are as follows. First, the transformative leadership of Taekwondo leaders at Chinese universities influenced team cohesion. Second, the transformative leadership of Taekwondo leaders at Chinese universities influenced team performance. Third, the team cohesiveness of Taekwondo leaders at Chinese universities influenced team performance. Fourth, the transformative leadership of Taekwondo leaders at Chinese universities not only directly affects team performance, but also indirectly affects team cohesion. Therefore, it is believed that Chinese Taekwondo players will help improve their performance by affecting team cohesion and team performance for the best games through the leader's variable leadership.
This research is aimed at looking into the effect of the leadership of a leader of a guard martial art on majors' exercise results. For this purpose, this research selected the present students of guard science-related department as a population as of the year 2008, and finally used the data from the 259 questionnaires collected mainly from the first-year students to the third-year students among the man & woman majors in Taekwondo at colleges across the country by using convenient sampling. To achieve research results, this research set a statistical significance level at $\alpha$=.05. A guard martial art leader's positive leadership can help Taekwondo majors improve their exercise results, so a leader is encouraged to show a leadership pattern having respect for objective, reasonable majors in tune with the paradigm of swimming with the stream of times rather than a traditional leadership pattern-lopsided communication. In addition, Taekwondo majors' potential for growth could get bigger, and visible results could also increase when a leader makes a positive effort to induce majors into making definite suggestion of their vision and growth at an all-inclusive viewpoint.
The Purpose of this study was to examined the relation between Belief and Actual Practice of Instructor according to education in Taekwondo Personality. To get the purpose participants was selected 286 Taekwondo instructors. Selected data were analyzed for descriptive statistic, pearson relation analysis, and multi dimensional analysis with SPSS/PC 18.0. The result was as followed. First, there were different on frequency of important factors between belief and practice of Taekwondo personality based on Taekwondo instructor's cognitive. The order of ethological important factors on Taekwondo instructor's cognitive were manner, confidence, love, perseverance, bravery. The aim of IAAF's Biomechanics project, initially launched at the 1987 World Championships in Rome, is to support athletes and coaches in the optimization and improvement of their training and competition performance. The IAF and the IAAF supports biomechanical projects, as a service to their Member Federations, starting from the IAAF World Championships in Rome 1987. In 1997, at the IAAF World Championships of Athens. In 1995, at the IAAF World Championships in Goteborg and in co-operation with the Swedish Sport Institute of Karlstad and under the leadership of Anders Bergstrom a biomechanical research on "Throws" was conducted. In 2005, at the IAAF World Championships in Helsinki on 100m - Pole vault, High Jump, Triple Jump, Javelin, under the leadership of Prof. Paavo Komi. The IAAF published the final report in 2008 with a supplement of NSA. In 2007, at the IAAF World Championships of Osaka, in co-operation with Osaka University of Health and Sport Sciences and under the leadership of Prof. Michiyoshi Ae the IAAF received a final report on; short sprint, distance running, high jump, long jump, shot put and javelin. In 2009, at the IAAF World Championships of Berlin, in co-operation with the DLV and the leadership of Helmar Hommel (GER). The purpose of this study is to draw up a plan to perform an effective biomechanics project at 2011 IAAF World championship in Daegu.
Under the hypothesis that social behavior appears with personal differences. this study tried to make it clear that sociality factors are precedence variables, through characterization of the relationship between university students' sociality factors and multidimensional leadership factors. To achieve this goal, we have selected as a population university Taekwondo players participating in playing currently in 2006, sampled 228 subjects using the convenience sampling, and then finally used their data. Data were processed through descriptive analysis, factor analysis reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 12.0, and conclusions were drawn as follows. Through such a process and method, we have yielded the following results. First, the responsibility our of the sociality factors appears to have significant influence on the types of training & direction, positive feedback, and social support at the level of p<.001, on the type of authoritative behavior at the level of p<.01, and on the type of democratic behavior at the level of p<.05. Second, the sociability out of the sociality factors proves to have significant influence on the type of training & direction at the level of p<.05. Third, the planning out of the sociality factors turns out to have significant influence on the type of social support at the level of .001, and on the types of democratic behavior and authoritative behavior at the level of p<.01.
