This work is mainly focused at developing the hydrogen production unit with the capacity of 20 $Nm^3/h$ of high purity hydrogen. At present steam reforming of natural gas is the preferable method to produce hydrogen at the point of production cost. The developed hydrogen production unit composed of natural gas reformer and pressure swing adsorption system. To improve the thermal efficiency of steam reforming reactor, the internal heat recuperating structure was adopted. The heat contained in reformed gas which comes out of the catalytic beds recovered by reaction feed stream. These features of design reduce the fuel consumption into burner and the heat duty of external heat exchangers, such as feed pre-heater and steam generator. The production rate of natural gas reformer was 41.7 $Nm^3/h$ as a dryreformate basis. The composition of PSA feed gas was $H_2$ 78.26%, $CO_2$ 18.49%, CO 1.43% and $CH_4$ 1.85%. The integrated production unit can produce 21.1 $Nm^3/h$ of high-purity hydrogen (99.997%). The hydrogen production efficiency of the developed unit was more than 58% as an LHV basis.
Hemolytic-uremic syndrome (HUS) is the most common cause of acute renal failure in young children. It is classically characterized by the triad of microangiopathic hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia, and uremia. Further, not only is intussusception one of the differential diagnoses of HUS but it may also become a complication during disease progression. We report a case of HUS. preceded by intussusception in a previously healthy 17-month-old boy. The patient presented at the emergency department with bloody stools that developed the day after reduction of intussusception. HUS was diagnosed 4 days after the reduction of intussusception. The patient was provided only supportive care and his laboratory test findings were normal at discharge.

It has been widely accepted that open phase may separate one of the power lines from power supply which is mainly caused by fuse melting, malfunction for source circuit breaker, contact failure, and disconnection under normal operating conditions, and is considered a kind of failure mode during disconnection of neutral wires as well. When open phase occurs, unequal voltage between phase might happen in the unbalanced load connected each phase, and further, depending on conditions of load, malfunction by providing low voltage. Moreover, load could be burned or overheated with overvoltage, which, in turn, can be a contributor to starting fires. Accordingly, in order to clearly overcome these problems, the current study aims to introduce the theory of uninterruptible power open phase compensation device, meaning that unbalanced power automatically restores balanced power and provides continuously the power supply without blackout, and verify it through simulation and experiments.

The influence of tire belt angle on the Plysteer Residual Aligning Torque(PRAT) and the cornering stiffness by the FEM has been studied. The PRAT is a performance factor of the tire about vehicle pull, and the cornering stiffness has relation to vehicle steering response of outdoor test. To validate FE model for analysis, simulation data for both the static stiffness(vertical, lateral) and the PRAT have been compared with the experimental data. In addition to the characteristics of the PRAT and the cornering stiffness due to the tire belt angle, rolling and cornering contact characteristics have been studied. The tendency of the PRAT and the cornering stiffness due to the belt angle can be used as a guide line for the tire design in relation to vehicle pull and vehicle steering response.
The KSTAR device succeeded in first plasma generation on $13^{th}$ June of 2008 through comprehensive system test and commissioning. Among various kinds of the key factors that decisively affected the project, success in the construction and assembly of the major tokamak structure was most important one. Every engineering aspects of each structure were finally confirmed in the integrated commissioning period, and there were no severe troubles and failures prevented the KSTAR device from operating during the commissioning and the first plasma experiments. As a result, all of the experiences and technologies achieved through the KSTAR construction process are expected to be important fundamentals for future construction projects of superconducting fusion devices. This paper summarizes key engineering features of the major structures and of the machine assembly.
The approximate compositions and the taste compounds of tilapia, Oreochromis nitoticus, cultured in freshwater and seawater for six months, were analyzed. As for the approximate compositions, there were little differences in moisture and protein contents of tilapia cultured in seawater and freshwater, but somewhat higher lipids and ash than that cultured in freshwater. Also, no significant differences in the content of free amino acids, nucleoli-des, betaine, TMAO, and total creatinine were observed between both groups.
We manufactured the inkjet printing system for the application into the nano Ag finger line interconnection process in Si solar cells. The home-made inkjet printer consists of motion part for XY motion stage with optical table, head part, power and control part in the rack box with pump, and ink supply part for the connection of pump-tube-sub ink tanknozzle. The ink jet printing system has been used to conduct the interconnection process of finger lines on Si solar cell. The nano ink includes the 50 nm-diameter. Ag nano particles and the viscosity is 14.4 cP at $22^{\circ}C$. After processing of inkjet printing on the finger lines of Si solar cell, the nano particles were measured by scanning electron microscope. After the heat treatment at $850^{\circ}C$, the finger lines showed the smooth surface morphology without micropores.

We examined the effects of food on pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties of fenofibrate released from sustained-release(SR) capsule as therapy for hypolipidemia. Twenty-four healthy volunteers were used in $3{\times}3$ crossover pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic study; Additional six volunteers were used as a control group (i.e., no fenofibrate administration). A single dose of fenofibrate (SR capsule, 250 mg) was administered on three occasions: after overnight fasting, after consumption of a standard breakfast, and after a high-fat breakfast. Serial blood samples were collected for the next 72 hours. Plasma fenofibric acid concentrations were measured by high performance liquid chromatography, and pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated using ADAPT II program. Plsama triglyceride concentrations were measured by blood chemistry analyzer (CH-100). The pharmacokinetic parameters were significantly affected by food intake. The high-fat breakfast affected the rate of absorption of fenofibrate more than did the standard breakfast and fasted conditions. Plasma concentrations of triglyceride at 24 hours decreased significantly after the administration of fenofibrate compared with the concentration at 0 hours(P<0.05). In healthy volunteers, the bioavailability of fenofibrate was greater when administered via sustained-release capsules immediately after the consumption of food than after fasting condition.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to assess exposure to VOCs and PAHs and the health effects on volunteers who participated in an oil spill cleanup in Yeosu. Methods: Atmospheric VOCs were evaluated in the vicinity of the accident site and questionnaire surveys were conducted to identify personal characteristics and acute health symptoms of clean-up workers seven days after the accident. The levels of metabolites of VOCs (t,t-MA, HA, PGA, MA, MHA) and PAHs (2-NAP, 1-OHP, 2-HF, 1-HPH), oxidative stress markers (TABARS, 8-OHdG) in the urine of workers were analyzed. Their correlation was determined by multiple regression analysis with SAS ver. 9.4. Results: Although the concentration of atmospheric VOCs in the residential areas were low at the time of survey, the levels of VOCs and PAHs metabolites in clean-up workers were higher than those in the control group after clean-up activities. The levels of urinary VOC and PAH metabolites were significantly increased after clean-up compared to those measured before participation. The thiobarbituric acid reactive substance (TBARS) concentrations were also increased and showed significant correlations with those of metabolites of benzene. Conclusion: This study shows that oil spill clean-up activities affect exposure to VOCs and PAHs and the health of clean-up workers. The results suggest the need for check-ups of participants in oil spill cleaning work.
