The purpose of this study was to investigate how clothing interest, fashion involvement, and self-consciousness affect brand recall, brand attitude and buying intension of the product placed on TV drama. The data were collected using a self-administered and structured questionnaire on subject of 270 middle school students and 260 high school students in Pusan. Frequency analysis, $X^2$-test, t-test, and multiple regression were used to conduct the data analysis on 524 out of 530 questionnaires. Clothing interest and the level of self-consciousness had significant influence on brand recall and emotional brand attitude of the product placed on TV drama. Self-consciousness affected cognitional brand attitude. Moreover, TV drama clothing interest and fashion involvement had a significant influence on buying intension. Therefore, TV drama clothing interest was the main factor which affected brand recall, brand attitude and buying intension of the product placed on TV drama.

The purpose of this study is to analyze TV drama clothes that is reflected in domestic TV fashion style. Frist of all, luxiry look is one of drama cloth's signiture look. It takes a imported brand wear and a high price accessories. Especially, the hero and heroine of the drama 'Fine lady' wear imported brand jacket and a accessories as earrings, shoes and bags are in fashion. Also the hero of the drama 'The room of a roofiop's cat' wear Armani shirts and Kenzo suits. Second, nowadays sportive look is one of fashion trend and young people's representative look. The drama 'The room of a rooftop's cat' has define trends when it comes to training wear. And the training wear is a big hit because of drama 'The room of a rooftop's cat' hero and heroine. Third, utility look shows a practical wear and comfortable wear The utility look's items is shirring T-shirt, cargo pants and jeans. In addition to that drama's hero and heroine make a lots of fashion. The hero of drama 'Winter sonata' of hair style and matching muffler is in fashion. Also TV drama's fashion is a potent influence.

본 논문은 "1980년 언론통폐 합, 이후 두 차례에 걸친 민영방송국의 개국, 케이블TV와 위성TV등 다매체 다채널 시대를 맞으면서, 변화하는 국내 방송환경 속에서 텔레비전 드라마의 영상제작기법은 과연 어떻게 달라졌을까?" 하는 의문을 가지고, MBC의 'TV 드라마 성숙기(1981-1990)', 'TV 드라마 전환기 (1991-2000)', 'TV 드라마의 도약기(2001 - 현재)' 등 3단계 역사적 발전 과정에 따른 영상제작기법의 변천과정을 비교 분석하였다. 영상분석을 위해서 '홈드라마'라는 내용상의 장르에 국한하여, 각 시대별로 3편씩, 모두 9편의 드라마를 선정하고, 방송사의 자료영상과 홈페이지의 드라마 다시보기, 대본보기 등을 통해 영상의 카메라워크와 화면의 크기를 분석하고, 샷의 평균지속시간 등을 산출하였다. 이들 표본의 영상을 분석한 결과, 텔레비전 드라마의 발전과정 속에서 화면의 크기 변화는 미미하였으나, 카메라워크의 변화는 대단히 크게 나타났다. 줌과 틸트의 사용은 시대의 흐름에 따라 현저히 감소하였으며, 달리와 트래킹의 사용은 급격히 증가하였다. 그리고 TV드라마의 도약기에 접어들면서 샷의 평균지속시간은 크게 줄어드는 현상을 보여주었다. 텔레비전 드라마 발전과정에 따른 카메라워크의 변화는 80년대 중반까지 보급된 스튜디오 페데스탈과 크레인의 적극적인 사용에 따라 나타난 것이며, TV드라마의 도약기에 접어들면서 나타난 샷의 평균 지속시간의 감소는 TV 드라마의 전환기를 거치면서 상업방송이 탄생하고 위성방송, 케이블 방송 등의 탄생으로, 이른바 다매체, 다채널 방송시대를 맞아 채널간, 매채간 시청률 경쟁이 심화되어 나타난 현상으로 볼 수 있을 것이다.

The present study explored the reception and consumption processes of a Korean audience's viewing of local and international television dramas. Findings indicated that the influential factors on the level of viewing in regards to Korean, American, and Japanese TV dramas among Korean viewers differed. In particular, a significant difference was found in terms of perceived drama characteristics. Applying niche theory, the present study also examined the audience's motivation for watching these television dramas. Results demonstrated that Korean TV dramas possessed the broadest niche breadth and were the most competitive. In a comparison of the perceived characteristics of TV dramas, American drama earned competitive superiority for most characteristics. The implications from the results were discussed in terms of cultural discount and proximity.

The purpose of this study was to examine media influence on college students' thoughts and explore determinants of the media influence. Between September 7, 2013, and September 12, 2013, a questionnaire survey was administered to students at university-A and total 328 useable responses were collected. Findings are as follows: (1) Houses in TV drama had a strong influence on college students' future housing preferences but had a relatively weak influence on housing satisfaction and concrete housing expectations; (2) students perceived that houses in TV dramas did not reflect reality well; (3) females and/or relatively younger respondents tended to perceive a stronger influence of media on their thoughts and expectation on housing; (4) respondents who had a stronger desire to imitate lifestyle of TV drama characters and a stronger perception that houses in TV drama reflected reality well, and the respondents whose consumption preferences were more easily influenced by media were found to perceive media influence on their housing expectation stronger; and (5) to see regression analysis results, a linear combination of desire to imitate lifestyle of TV drama characters, perception of reality reflection of houses in TV dramas, gender, perceived media influences on clothes and accessories, and electronics preferences was found to be able to explain 46.4% of variance in media influence on housing expectations.

본 연구는 TV 드라마 <마인>을 대상으로 이 드라마가 최근의 여성주의적 요구를 수용하고 실현해 나가기 위해 어떤 서사 전략을 사용하는지 분석하였다. 그 결과 가부장제가 견고한 재벌가를 배경으로 부계 혈통인 아들이 아닌 두 며느리를 서사의 주체로 호명하고, 이들이 가부장제 질서에 도전, 사건 해결의 주체가 되어 가는 과정을 그리며 기존 가부장제 드라마의 클리셰를 파기하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 과정에서 남성들의 권력이 거세되고 대리인 역할을 해왔던 여성들이 희화화됨으로써 젠더 권력이 전도되었다. 또한 기존의 친모-양모, 동서 간 등 여성 간 갈등 구조의 인물관계를 파기하고, 이들 간의 끈끈한 연대를 통해 부계 혈통주의를 상징하는 남성을 단죄하고 진정한 '나의 것'을 찾아가는 결말을 통해 가부장제 질서를 전복하며 두 가지 성취를 일궈낸다. 하나는 가부장제의 원형인 부계 혈통의 아버지가 아닌 양모와 친모가 아이의 공동양육을 하게 됨으로써 비혈연 모계가족의 가능성을 제시한 점이다. 다른 하나는 부계 혈통으로 승계되던 재벌가의 후계 자리가 장자나 부도덕한 아들이 아닌 레즈비언 며느리에게 승계됨으로써 가부장제가 고수해온 이성애 중심의 '정상가족' 이데올로기를 전복했다는 점이다.

본 연구는 중국인의 한국 TV드라마 시청이 한국 상품 소비에 따른 만족감과 한국의 긍정적 국가 이미지 형성에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 탐구하였다. 특히 한국 TV드라마가 한국의 국가 이미지에 직접적인 영향을 주는지 아니면 한국 상품 소비와 같은 다른 요인을 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 중국 상하이에 거주는 현지인 10대에서 50대 이상 현지인 105명을 대상으로 면대면 설문조사하여 이를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과, 첫째 중국인의 한국 TV드라마 시청은 한국 상품 이용만족에 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째 중국인의 한국 TV드라마 시청은 한국의 긍정적 국가 이미지 형성에 직접적으로 유의미한 영향을 주지는 않았다. 셋째, 중국인의 한국 상품 이용만족은 한국의 긍정적 국가 이미지 형성에 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 중국인의 한국 TV드라마 시청은 한국 상품 이용만족을 매개로 한국의 긍정적 국가 이미지 형성에 간접적으로 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 본 연구의 이론적 현실적 함의를 논의하였다.

본 연구는 '20년 이상의 장기 기획 TV드라마 콘텐츠가 창출하는 문화, 경제적으로 효과'에 대해 주목하고 있다. 연구결과 장기기획 TV드라마는 방송국의 시청률 제고에 결정적인 도움을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 후지TV의 21년 장기 기획 드라마 '북쪽의 고향에서'를 사례로 선정해 분석한 결과, 21년 동안 방송된 이 드라마의 시청률은 방송초기에 비해 종료기에 배 이상 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 또 연기자와 각본가 등 미디어 콘텐츠 생산인력을 육성, 그 나라의 콘텐츠생산능력 등 문화적 역량을 키우는데 큰 기여를 하는 것으로 분석됐다. 후지TV는 이 드라마를 시작하면서 2명의 남녀 연기자를 발굴, 지속적으로 키워감으로써 일본 연예계에 연기력으로 승부하는 새로운 배우를 배출하는 문화적 성과를 거두었다. 뿐만 아니라 장기 기획 드라마는 드라마가 촬영, 제작된 지역의 관광산업진흥 등 지역경제발전에도 결정적으로 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 드라마 '북쪽의 고향에서'는 드라마 제작의 주무대였 던 홋카이도의 후라노라는 지역을 21년 동안 일본 국민들에게 알림으로써 후라노의 브랜드파워를 높이는데 결정적인 역할을 한 것으로 분석됐다.

This study examines how the development and value of dresses shown in MBC historical dramas have changed with the overall change of the dramas. As for the research method, the second data analysis was done with literature study which was supplemented with interviews with the wardrobe team of MBC production design center. Historical dramas produced by MBC have gone through the developmental period, legitimate historical drama-oriented period, stagnant period, and historical dramas-modernized period. The value of costume in each period is as follows: Costume in the developmental period is considered only as part of drama setting. During legitimate historical drama-oriented period, it carries value as educational data and historical replica produced by historical research. Production design including costume obtains its own value in the stagnant period although the production of historical dramas decreases dramatically. And lastly, in the historical dramas-modernized period, costume starts to have commercial value as cultural contents. Historical drama costume may contain important value in terms of education and history, even though there has been controversy on TV historical dramas' role: they should focus on reproducing historical facts or they should support writers' creativity.

TV-Drama Location sets as a potential magnet for tourism have been a popular subject during the past years. A large number of provincial governments have been trying to attract location sets to their region for this cause. But so far the drama sets, once they lost the heat of the initial exposure, have not been used continuously and thus result in waste of province budget. Systematic approach to the utilization and effective application is needed. On the basis of analyzing the issues and problems of existing TV drama sets, this study explores possibilities of development in the case of "Into the storm" drama set, locationed at Jukbyun, Uljin-gun. Through SWOT analysis, feasibility analysis, the study proposes sustainable scheme that accommodates potential for future drama, tourist attraction and functions for local residents.
