In this paper, we simulated disaster broadcast service using terrestrial UHD additional data. We looked at nine functions(warning alarm, location-based information, multilingual, re-viewing the title of breaking news, evacuation knack video, CCTV, clip video, wake up, automatic channel switching) by referring to ATSC 3.0 standards. Analyzing the advantages and problems of the proposed disaster broadcast. Expert interviews were conducted after a demonstration and explanation of terrestrial UHD disaster broadcast. They said that the problems with the technology were difficulty in using, obstruction of viewing, content creation problems, and problems with advertisers. In addition to the lack of simulation-based research, this research has provided an insight into the technology by showing it in a visible way. This helped shape the advantages and problems of technology.

After the scientific development of human history, numerous images have been developed and expanded in digital media as a communication tools. Image digital media make communication closer between sender and receptor. The image digital media which has been developed with the change of technology and media transformation have shortened visual information transportation and the time as well by combining the sense of visual and audio. Motion graphic field has been emerged as the type of image digital media development. The development of motion graphic make possible for the expressive effect and dynamic image technique which is impossible by the existing media type. Especially, it is applied to various field such as the title of movie, TV program, and advertise or music video etc. These image expression techniques are stimulating acceptor's emotion to take a role of emotion communication function also. This study aims to find the characteristics motion graphic of which how influence as an effective communication tool as important role to the receptors, and the examine the effect and application of motion graphic to the receptors as a emotion communication tool by case study.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the rural housewives' recognition and practice on environmental preservation. The subjects of this study were 300 rural housewives living in Chung-buk province. Questionaires were distributed to them during a week from August $25^{th}$ to August $31^{th}$ in 1995. Major findings were as follows: 1. The saved water quite well in washing their faces and the dishes compared with urban housewives, but they did not save water so well in using the lavatory. They used synthetic detergent, one of water pollutants, more often than natural soaps in shampooing and laundering. In addition, they did not use a measuring cup. It resulted in the waste of detergent and aggravation of water pollution. 2. Food waste was disposed of properly, but used batteries were not collected separately. A disposable vinyl bag was more commonly used than a reusable shopping basket. The reason for not using a shopping basket was bothering or uncustomary. Since most of them did not know refillable products of goods with environmental mark, they did not use those. Therefore, housewives should be educated in order to prevent soil pollution. 3. The use of spry-type pesticide and hair treatment, one of air pollutants, was wide-spread among them. They hardly recognized and practiced saving of electric power when they used household electric appliances. 4. The major source of environmental knowledge was mass media like TV of radio. Many of them did not know the practical ways to solve the environmental education program. In conclusion, low level of recognition and practice of rural housewives on environmental preservation indicated that a systematic environmental education program should be developed and implemented.

Visual images are very close to our living and we make decisions and choose behavioral options with the visual images on mass media. In current-affair documentary programs, interviews have potential effects that can change public opinions on important issues. Therefore, it's a consequence that the study examined how different expressions of visual images in documentary. Using preceding research methods, this study focus on form, color, movement and depth of visual images. This study analyzed quantitatively all interview shots with 15 current-affair documentary programs from major TV stations such as KBS, MBC and SBS. The findings of the study are 1) half of interview shots used the visual image expressions to hide interviewees' face according to the shield law, 2) choosing close-up shots in company with bust shots, 3) using natural lights and hand-held camera techniques for interviews, and 4) showing wide angles without depths of visual image.

Beginning in 1990's, 3D filmmaking reappeared. As almost every job in filmmaking is digitalized, 3D takes advantage of its new software and hardware, and digital friendly customers as well. One reason why Korean cinema should take 3D seriously is that it can resolve the old and tough problem of unemployed human resources in film production. Another reason is the cooperation programs in which universities and 3D companies can join. 3D cinema can create new cinema goers who don't belong the regular viewer. The totally new experience of 3D can bring people to the movie theaters, and this will add up the total movie customers that expand the whole film industry. The newly designed 3D also could take care of piracy of movie file uploading and downloading through internet. 3D cinema would be precious alternative for film industries of Korea.

The structure of modern society are complex, fast, overflowing of individualism and losing of independence through the standardization of human relationship. The frequency increased that children watch television and play computer game alone through this structure. Also, the mental disorder like as autism tend to be increase for childhood because, parents overprotect, unmethodical bringing up children, emotional disturbance and effect of genetic. Therefore, research and case study of art therapy publish that illustrates a tendency of developing and growing. On the base of this situation art therapy realize more important than before and gain power. Therefore, this research consider that clay therapy effect for autistic just children and investigate function of catharsis through the case study. Also, make study that social rappot and function of catharsis develop for children who has autism. The suggest effect of synergy which come from clay therapy(education of ceramic) and development of education program.

This study is aimed at investigating the factors that influence the profits of Internet personal broadcasting to improve unstable benefit structure. 50 viewers of game broadcasting that includes most of internet personal broadcasting's personalities are surveyed, who are watching the broadcasting everyday more than an hour and backing to a broadcast conductor. For investigating Benefit Structure Analysis of Internet Personal Broadcasting, independent variables are composed of Social viewing experience, Parasocial relationship, and Information seeking motive and mediator is composed of viewing satisfaction that influences dependent variable, purchase intention. As a result the study founds that only two independent variables(Parasocial relationship, Information seeking motive) affect to mediator and viewing satisfaction affected to dependent variable.

Violent crimes have increased continuously due to the development of urban society and have become a threatening factor against the residential safety of citizens. The prevention of these crimes is always a major topic in human society and one of the fundamental elements of the quality of life and safety of citizens. In recent years, much attention has been paid to environmental design through the Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) as a preventive measure. Currently, South Korea is promoting the openness and utilization of public data, and crime prevention is one of the fields that can utilize public data actively. This approach to crime prevention utilizing public data will be helpful for the proposal of policies from new viewpoints departing from the general utilization measures of CPTED that improve streetlights and closed-circuit television (CCTV) installations, whose limitations have been pointed out as they are only mechanical surveillance. Thus, this study sets the research scope based on the statistics of the status of five criminal offenses by administrative district in recent years provided by the data portal in Seoul City, the capital of South Korea, as the utilization data and concentrates on the analysis. Based on the analysis results, this study proposes a method to utilize classical music as a new policy for regions where the improvements are most needed. The open-source Python analysis program was employed as the main data analysis and visualization method.

본 논문에서는 지상파 이동 멀티미디어 방송(Digital multimedia Broadcasting, DMB) 에서 비디오 영상과 데이터를 동기화 하는데 필요한 규약을 제안하고, 비디오와 데이터간의 동기화 규약을 생성하는 저작도구 구현을 기술한다. 기존의 아날로그 라디오 방송에서는 단순히 오디오만 청취할 수 있었던 것에 반해, DMB 방송에서는 비디오 영상과 관련된 정보들이 결합하여 시청자의 의견이 즉각 방송에 반영 가능한 인터랙티브 TV 프로그램을 시청 할 수 있게 되었다. 예를 들어, 퀴즈 쇼에서 출제된 문제(데이터)들이 비디오 영상과 동기를 맞추는 것이 가능해 짐에 따라 시청자도 퀴즈 쇼 출연자와 동시에 같은 문제를 풀 수도 있고 정답을 바로 응답할 수 있게 되는 것이다. 이때, 위와 같이 비디오 영상과 동기화된 데이터를 전송하기 위해서는 비디오와 데이터간의 동기를 이루어 낼 수 있는 기준 시간 즉 동기화 시간의 설정이 선행되어야 한다. 동기화 시간으로 사용 가능한 시간 값으로는 DMB의 한 서비스 형태인 Slide-Show Application 에서 사용되는 UTC를 이용하는 방법, 혹은 비디오 영상의 CTS를 이용하는 방법이 있다. 본 논문에서는 비디오와 데이터간의 동기화를 위해서는 UTC가 적합하지 않고 CTS를 사용해야 된다는 것을 보이고, CTS를 이용하는 동기화 규약을 생성하는 저작도구를 기술한다.
