표준기상데이터의 운량과 일사량 데이터 비교 분석 (Analysis of cloud cover and solar irradiance of typical meteorological data)

  • kDomestic studies on meteorologicaldata have been carried out, however they were mostly not constant but limited to fragment compilation. The studies on solar energy, among others, have been relatively active but the measurement of solar irradiance is also limited to some extent. This study, in an effort to identify the difference in data between solar radiance and cloud cover, was intended to compare and analyze the typical meteorological data developed by Korean Solar Energy Society with the solar irradiance calculated using the typical meteorological data and cloud cover data provided by current simulation program. Monthly average solar irradiance from the meteorological data (ISO TRY) of Korea's typical meteorological data which was actuallymeasured appeared to be far below the monthly solar irradiance from the American Department of Energy. The solar irradiance calculated based on cloud cover indicates very limited difference between the two data, so the solar irradiance measured by Korean typical metrologicaldata (ISO TRY) indicated the similar value, which demonstrates the solar irradiance data from Korean Meteorological Administration is more accurate than those US National Weather Center.

  • Amid the crisis of global climate change, interest in low carbon and energy-saving building has been increasingly growing. Korea is likely to be designated as one of the countries subject to CO2 reduction under the 'Post-2012 Climate System' The efforts to minimize the building energy has been made and in line with the increasing need of low carbon and eco-friendly building, a demand for building evaluation programs has been on the rise. However, the metro logical data which is necessary for such program has not been effectively provided and moreover, the source, calculation method and period remain uncertain. This study was intended to evaluate the regional typical metro logical data (ISO TRY) provided by Korean Solar Energy Society and compile the month of test reference years (TRY), and analyze the regional weather using dry-bulb temperature, wet-bulb temperature and solar irradiance which are regarded the representative metro logical data.

한국형 틸팅 조향 대차의 성능 최적화를 위한 주행 성능 분석 (Running performance analysis for the optimization of Korean tilting steering bogie)

  • Because present road traffic reaches to the limitation of its faculty, Korean tilting train was developed to find the solution by increasing the speed of rail road. A tilting train can run on a curved rail at high speed so it improves a speed of a rail transit without constructing a new line. Only minimum modification is necessary for a existing line. According to above requirement, Korean tilting train was developed in 2007 and the try run has been executing since April, 2007 in order to validate its safety and reliability in a service lines. And this test and estimation will be completed in 2009. After completing a try run, main parts of tilting train will be studied again to commercialize and localize including a bogie and its commercial model design will be finalized by 2012. In order to achieve the development target as mentioned above, the study have been done to improve the bogie system. As the first step to design commercialized bogie system, measurements from the try run and a dynamic analysis were used to find problems of present bogie system well. So this project is performed to decide what parts of the bogie should be modified in basis of this result.

현지 식문화에 기반한 유럽권 김치 문화 확산 방안 연구 - 국내 체류 중인 유럽인을 대상으로 - (A Study of Method for Spreading Kimchi Culture in European Countries Based on Local Food Culture - Survey of European Residents in Korea -)

  • This study aims to establish a strategy for selling kimchi to satisfy the needs and wants of European consumers through survey, FGI, and IDI. All survey participants were Europeans and were selected on the basis of their kimchi awareness. For the quantitative survey, 246 participants 15 years or older were selected; for FGI, 33 participants aged between 20 and 49 were selected; and for IDI, eight chefs were selected. The survey included four steps of 'Awareness-First try-Needs-Future consumption'. The participants got to know kimchi through the Internet; for example, by visiting Korea and Hallyu, and suggested positive comments, including 'fancy' and 'exotic.' While satisfaction with kimchi sharply decreased due to taste and appearance in the first try of kimchi, it is important to provide the best first-try experience. It also showed that important needs for kimchi are 'hot sensation', 'crunchiness' and 'presentation'. They gave a negative answer to combination with traditional cuisines of their own country, but provided positive comments for benchmarking the use of traditional pickled foods. This study suggests that it may be necessary to implement a two-track strategy by the traditional kimchi as a 'strategic product' and localized kimchi as a 'key product'.

  • 오종(五種)의 숙성(熟成) 내장(內臟)젓을 수집(蒐集)하여 분석(分析)하였던 바 다음과 같은 결과(結果)를 얻었다. 1) 오종(五種)의 창젓에 관(關)한 일반분석결과(一般分析結果)는 다음과 같다. 항목(項目) 수분(水分)(%) 조단백(粗蛋白)(%) 조회분(粗灰分)(%) 염분(鹽分)(%) 회분(灰分)(%) 시료(試料) 전복창젓 61.7, 7.13, 21.8, 20.5, 1.3 조기창젓 62.5, 11.19, 20.1, 18.5, 1.8 갈치창젓 59.8, 10.38, 24.8, 22.4, 2.2 명태창젓(속초) 64.8, 8.56, 23.5, 21.97, 1.54 명태창젓(제주) 72.8, 8.66, 16.1, 15.3, 0.8 2) 창젓의 염분(鹽分)을 보통 $18{\sim}22%$ 정도이다. 3) 오종(五種)의 창젓중(中)에서 paper chromatography 법(法)에 의(依)해서 다음 같은 amino acids가 검출(檢出)되었다. Amion acids Free amino acids 종류(種類) 전복창젓 Cys., Hyd ypro., Thr., Lys., Glu., Ser., His., Try., Gly., Thr., Arg., Ala., met., phe., Leu., Isoleu., Pro. 조기창젓 Asp., Cys., Iys., Ser., His., Try., Gly., Thr., Arg., Hydpro., Tyr., ala., Val., met., phe., Leu., Isoleu., Pro. 갈치창젓 Cys., Lys., Gly., Ser., His., Try., Glu., 쏙., Arg., Hyd pro., Tyr., Ala., Met., Phe. 명태창젓(속초) Asp., Cys., Lys., Ser., His., Try., Gly., Thr., Hyd pro., Tyr., Ala., Met., Phe., Leu., Isoleu., Pro. 명태창젓(제주) Asp., Cys., Lys., Glu., Ser., His., Try., Gly., Thr., Hyd pro., Tyr., Ala., Val., met., phe., Leu., Isoleu., Pro. 4) 창젓류(類)에는 valine을 제외(除外)한 7종(種)의 필수(必須) amino acids Ieucine, isoleucine, phenylalanine tryptophan, methionine, threonine, lysine, 이 모두 존재(存在)한다. 5) 7종(種)의 필수(必須) amino acids 중(中)에서 tryptophan 함량(含量)은 극(極)히 적었다. 6) 창젓중(中) 함량(含量)이 제일 많은 것은 tyrosine 이며, 그다음이 hydroxyproline이다.

  • Since National Geographic Information System was started, paper maps have been made with computer aided editing of digital map, instead of etching map-size negative film. Automated paper mapping system's necessity is growing more and more, because digital map has changed into Ver.2.0 which include attributes of feature. Therefore, in this study we try to analyze correlation of the digital map feature code and the 1/5,000 topographic map specifications which is necessary for paper mapping automatization using digital map Ver.2.0, and try to develop fundamental modules which will play a core role in automated paper mapping system.

  • Most of life thing including human being have tendency of reaction with inherently their own pattern against environmental change caused by such as light, sound, smell etc. Especially, a sense of direction often works as a very important factor in such reaction. Actually, human or animal lift that can react instantly to a stimulus determine their action with a sense of direction to a stimulant. In this paper, we try to propose how to give a sense of direction to a robot using sound being representative stimulant, and tracking sensors being able to detect the direction of such sound source. We also try to propose how to determine the relative directions among devices or robots using the digital compass and the RSSI on wireless network.
