본 연구는 음악저작의 우선표제 기술 지침 개발시 고려사항을 제안하고자 RDA 규칙을 분석하고, 여러 국가 도서관의 지침을 분석하였다. 우선, RDA 규칙을 분석하고, 규칙의 별법 및 선택사항별로 자체적인 지침을 개발한 8개 국가도서관에서 RDA 적용 지침을 조사하여 주요 고려대상 규칙을 살펴보았다. 이후 규칙별로 MLA, LC-PCC, DACH의 지침 내용을 분석하여 고려사항을 실질적으로 제시하였다. 첫째, 우선표제 선정과 관련하여 원어표제를 채택하도록 하되 원어표제가 국내 이용자에게 적합하지 않은 경우, 다른 언어의 우선표제를 사용하도록 할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 우선표제 기술과 관련하여 한 파트 저작, 둘 이상의 파트를 가진 저작, 한 저자의 전집, 특정 작곡유형명의 전집, 불완전한 합집, 여러 작곡가의 합집으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 셋째, 추가요소로 연주수단, 숫자표시, 음조, 기타 식별특성을 우선표제 기록시 고려사항으로 제시하였다. 넷째, 작곡유형명과 연주수단을 위한 통제어휘집을 지정하거나 제시할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 RDA 음악저작의 우선표제 기술 지침 개발시 고려할 사항을 제시하였으므로 음악저작의 우선표제 관련 규칙 개발과 도서관에서 음악저작의 우선표제 기술 지침 작성에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

This study describes the retention of title under UCC. UCC ${\S}$ 2-401 prescribes that any retention or reservation by the seller of the title (property) in goods shipped or delivered to the buyer is limited in effect to a reservation of a security interest. It means that the retention of title generates a security interest in the same way like a charge. To be effective, a security interest must be attached or perfected. Once attachment occurs, a security interest is enforceable against the buyer. Once a security interest is perfected, a security interest is enforceable against third parties. Under UCC, a simple retention of title clause is valid as long as it is incorporated into the contract of sale. If the seller acquires a perfected security interest, he as a secured party can enjoy a priority against other creditors. But if a security interest is not perfected but PMSI is afforded, the seller has a special priority. Secondly, under UCC ${\S}$ 9-335 and 9-336, if a security interest under an enlarged retention of title clause is perfected, the seller as the secured party has a valid security interest in the product or mass into which his goods have been mixed or commingled. But in terms of assession of goods, as the seller has a security interest only in his goods, if the seller wants to enlarge his security interest in the whole, a security agreement should cover its intention. Thirdly, under UCC ${\S}$ 9-315, a security interest in proceeds of subsale of goods supplied by the seller is a perfected security interest if the security interest in the original collateral was perfected. But if the proceeds are cash proceeds, it should be identifiable from other funds of the buyer.

본 논문은 4학년 2학기에 나오는 ‘생물과 환경’ 단원을 위한 멀티미디어 타이틀을 설계하고 구현하기 위한 시도이다. 멀티미디어 타이틀은 학생들이 학습 활동 후 좋은 결과에 도달할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 멀티미디어 특성을 극대화하였다. 본 멀티미디어 타이틀은 Hite-Media사의 Cocktail 프로그램을 채택하였으며 순차적이고 문자 중심적인 단순성과 관계된 문제점을 해결할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 그 결과로 학생들은 상호적으로 수업의 양과 순서를 결정할 수 있고 학습활동에서 동기유발과 학습참여를 불러일으킬 수 있는 청각적이고 시각적인 정보를 효과적으로 결합할 수 있다. 본 타이틀은 학생들이 수업 중에 발생되는 많은 문제를 해결하고 개별 학습을 할 수 있도록 하며 결국 학습자가 자연과의 궁극적인 목표인 ‘환경이 식물의 생활에 영향을 미치고 있다’를 이해하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

이 연구는 타이틀에서 나타난 작품의 상징성을 언어적 의미를 통해 분석하고자 하였다. 타이틀은 작가의 생각을 드러내기도 하고 작품 주제를 대변하는 하기도 한다. 또한 작품 속에서 등장인물들에 의해 구성된 그 세계를 지칭하기도 하고 더 나아가서는 무한한 의미창출의 가능성을 제시함으로 작품 전체에 대한 총체적인 의미를 부여한다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 점들을 언어적 맥락에서 분석하여 타이틀에 나타난 상징성들을 살펴본 결과, 아담의 언어로 명명된 타이틀은 시간과 공간을 초월해서 작품 속의 등장인물의 본질을 그대로 나타내는 경우에 많이 사용되었고, 시니피앙과 시니피에의 연상 작용을 통해 드러난 타이틀 기의는 작품 내에서 일어난 사건과 인물들의 관계적인 측면을 드러내었다. 이러한 관계적인 측면은 서로 대립으로 표현되지만 결국 그들의 관계는 하나의 또 다른 지향점을 나타내기도 한다. 언어의 자의성에 의한 타이틀의 경우는 작품이 제작된 나라의 문화적 배경 속에서 나타난 것으로 실질적인 작품과는 전혀 상관없는 관습의 결과이며 어떠한 사건에 의한 경험에 의존하고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 언의의 의미작용은 고유한 규칙들과 체계 속에서 발생하는데 이것은 개념으로 사물을 보는 것과 관련지어진다. 즉 고유명사는 사라지고 관계적인 측면에서 다시 상징성이 부여되는 것이다. 작품과 타이틀의 유사성은 작품 전체의 내용을 포함하고 있으며, 내러티브 속의 욕망을 간결하게 나타내는 역할을 하는 것으로 드러났다.

Ab initio calculations of the structure, atomic charges and natural bond orbital (NBO) have been performed at HF/6-311G** and B3LYP/6-311G** levels for the title compound of dibenzothiazyl-disulfide. The calculated results show that the two nitrogen atoms have the biggest negative charges and they are the potential sites to react with the metallic ions, which make the title compound become a di-dentate ligand. Vibrational frequencies of the title compound have been obtained and compared with the experimental value and the comparison indicates that B3LYP/6-311G** level is better than HF/6-311G** level to predict the vibrational frequencies for the system studied here. For the title compound, electronic absorption spectra calculated by time?ependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) are more accurate than Hartree-Focksingle-excitation CI (CI-Singles) method. NBO analyses show that the electronic transitions are mainly derived from the contribution of bands $\pi\rightarrow\pi^{*}$. Thermodynamic calculated results show that the formation of the title compound from 2-mercaptobenzothiazole is a spontaneous process at room temperature with the change of free Gibbs being negative value.

본 논문은 CD-ROM Title 컨텐츠의 검색과 제어를 위한 음성인식 시스템 개발을 목적으로 한다. 인식명령어는 학교 졸업앨범 또는 회사홍보용 CD-ROM Title컨텐츠의 타이틀(상품안내, 회사소개, 업무실적 등)로 구성된다. 모델은 지속시간을 고려한 DMS 모델, 인식은 OSDP를 사용하였다.

Lately, a large amount of textual data have been poured out of the Internet and the technology to refine them is needed. Most of these data are long text and often have no title. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a technique to combine the sequence-to-sequence model of RNN and the REINFORCE algorithm to generate the title of the long text automatically. In addition, the TextRank algorithm was applied to extract a summarized text to minimize information loss in order to protect the shortcomings of the sequence-to-sequence model in which an information is lost when long texts are used. Through the experiment, the techniques proposed in this study are shown to be superior to the existing ones.

본 연구에는 멀티미디어 타이틀의 저작과 동기화 문제를 효과적으로 명세하고 분석할 수 있으며, 타이틀의 재생을 직접 제어할 수 있는 통합모형인 BTPN모형과 패러다임들을 제시한다 타이틀내의 객체들간의 모든 관계들을 BTPN구조와 BTPN언어로 명세하는 방법과 잔여시간형 도달성그래프, 타이밍다이어그램 둥을 이용하여 BTPN을 분석하는 방법을 제시하였다. 특히, PERT/CPM방법으로부터 도입한 임계객체경로나 최 장경로 개념은 타이틀 저작 및 재생시의 불확실성을 모형화하며 재생시간의 조정도 가능하게 하고 있다.

More than two years have passed since the latest UCP, Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, 2007 Revision, ICC Publication No.600 became valid on July 1, 2007. There has been a lot of confusions in connection with the interpretation of the new UCP since July 1, 2007. Especially the transport document articles of the new UCP are the most confusing ones. Therefore, this work intends to study some points for practical attention of transport documents in the UCP 600. Transport documents can be divided into two kinds of documents such as marine transport documents and other transport documents. But most sellers and buyers distinguish two kinds of transport documents : the document of title and the document of non-title. Most traders consider the document of title importantly and ignore the document of non-title.

이 논문에서는 강화전화국 화재피해로 인하여 국사내에서 운용중인 시스템 사용여부를 판단하기 위하여 155Mbps 동기식광전송장치를 대상으로 운용환경 특성중 온도상승에 따른 시스템 신뢰도를 분석하였다. 신뢰도 분석방법은 MIL-HDBK-2l7F의 부품고장율 산출방법을 기본으로 온도상승에 따른 유니트별 MTBF를 산출하고 RBD 분석을 통한 시스템 신뢰도를 분석하였으며 운용중인 유니트중 15매의 유니트를 샘플링하여 유니트별 기능시험을 실시하고 이를 시스템에 실장하여 Burn-In 환경시험을 실시하였다. 온도상승에 따른 신뢰도 분석결과와 유니트별 기능시험과 시스템 환경시험 결과 기능이 정상적으로 수행되어 622Mbps 동기식광전송장치는 지속적으로 운용이 가능함으로써 다른 장치 또한 화재로 인한 온도상승이 시스템 기능에 영향을 미치지 알아 지속적으로 운용 및 서비스제공이 가능함을 알수 있다.
